I purchased the 2 piece living room set for my newly revamped house on Labor day Monday, six months ago, with using my $50.00 off coupon, and had it set up to be delivered to my house that upcoming Sunday a week prior of my purchase, and sure enough my 2 piece living room set has been delivered as promised (which I had to pay $99.99 for delivery/set up) but other than that both my purchase & delivery was outstanding to be of customer service. But for the most part Im definitely coming back to Rooms to go outlet furniture store this year to see about buying a gray recliner chair from there, as well as a set of bar stools for my kitchen too.The sales person who sold me my 2 piece living room set was Mr.Taylor Hicks who was helpful, fast, and exceptionally good.So to anyone whos planning to head to the Rooms to go outlet furniture store to buy whatever furniture needed, just remember to ask for furniture salesman Taylor Hicks hell be able to get you a good deal on whatever furniture that you need.Thanks Mr. Hicks.🙂👍👍Also just seven months later I had purchased two more pieces of furniture for both my all gray living room & master bedroom from this same Rooms to go location, and here are some additional pictures of the two latest pieces of furniture that was bought from Rooms to go.

Went out of curiosity to see what the had.Showroom samples discontinued items and a whole array of other things most at less than 60% of the cost in the store.The young lady who helped us was very helpful.We didnt need anything but it was good to know thats available right there near the Atlanta airport.If youre in the market for furniture and in that area it may be a place to try.

Ive had two rough experiences with Rooms To Go😒.....However Bill was doing his best to help resolve the issue. Thanks Bill 🤗Word to the wise, always take pictures of your furniture before you leave the store. Let them see you examine your purchase. The worst shopping experience. The Forest Park store unfortunately does not begin to match any semblance of quality service. Charlie was rude and seemed quite disturbed by my questions and request to determine whether the device worked properly (reclining chair). Even more disappointing, Shirley, who clearly captures the full meaning of rude and dishonest, allegedly scheduled delivery. These dates never occurred. We were told the first date the delivery was not scheduled and was in fact the next day. On the following day, we called and were told we were not scheduled for delivery and in fact a Doug pulled the delivery some time before. To underscore their horrible customer service commitment, they will block your phone calls. This was my second and last experience with this store. My first experience at this stores was not good; however, I tried again. They dont deserve your business. If I could give minus (-) stars I would.

This place is a Designers dream! Justin, Miya, & Ms. Shirley were AMAZING. More variety than anyone can explore in a single day ANDwith both excellent customer care and pricing. A five star shopping experience.

Its not enough that our community gets all the broken merchandise it also comes with broken promises.The day before delivery last Thursday I received notice that my bed that was on order since July was discontinued. They sell defective products that don’t work the Managers Sam who was there on 9/9 as of 3pm disgustingly rude and highly unprofessional and disrespectful, please do not go to this one, the location in norcross has better management with a more helpful attitude and attention towards customer care and concern. This is not just off one experience with this location and the management everytime it’s a nasty attitude. If you don’t like your job or being there you should not work there . You can see it in how a person deals with customer issues. This man is horrible. Don’t go to this location . The product did not work at all . Could not be used

I visited the this store and you can really find some real gems here. HOWEVER, the office lady Shirley is very rude and disrespectful to the customers and to the staff. I have never seen anything like it. The ONLY reason I made a purchase there today is because our salesman Owen and the Assistant Manager Mr. Sammy were so kind and helpful.

Found a great deal not what I was looking for but to good to pass up. The service and some of the people who work there are AWFUL and deceitful except for stock people who tried to assist but were reprimanded and told not too by managers. They have furniture in the back that can be sold during so called SALES but they tell the stock people to not bring it out or tell customers what they have.

Im very dissatisfied and disappointed with this store. It will be a while, if ever I come back. I bought some furniture in the store and hired movers since they no longer deliver. I came early to be in line to pick up the furniture. But they still made us wait at least 40 minutes when the movers got there to pick up the furniture. Of course I had to pay the movers for the hour that we sat around waiting. This is inefficient at best and inept at worst.

It has good furniture,but youll catch better deals on special holidays.(4th of July,Labor Day).

My mother purchased a bedroom set from Rooms To Go Store 1071 located in Forest Park, GA on April 8th 2021. Wendy, the store associate that helped her that day informed her that the bedroom suite was on back order and it would take 2-3 months for delivery. My mother agreed to wait and paid a total of $2,629.06 for a bedroom set that will never come!On July 26th, my mother called this location to check the status of her delivery and was informed that the furniture was discontinued. When the Store Manager Myia was asked when did he find out the furniture was discontinued his exact response was, “Today when you called us.” The disrespectfulness only escalated from there by offering my mother the opportunity to come in and view what was currently available and possibly taking $50-$100 off the price. No refund, not the option to see if the bedroom set was available in other stores, but to push onto her another bedroom suite.Don’t waste your time and take your hard earned money elsewhere!!!

I was advised by a Rooms To Go online associate to call the outlet locations about the availability of 3 bedroom sets. I called this location to see if the sets were available before planing a trip. and the associate told me to wait please before getting 5 words out everytime she came on the line. Ive literally been on hold for over 50 minutes and the associate still havent came back to my call. It also looks like this is their low busy hours and after realizing the time they are closed.

Purchased a power recline sectional here. It arrived slightly damaged and without the necessary power cords. But Sammy, the manager, was absolutely great to work with. He offered multiple solutions and now the cords are in route.

😊 This Rooms to go outlets always have nice deals, a long time ago my found me nice table set with 4 nice chairs. Beautiful set. We put our masks on and went to check them out a few weeks ago looking to see what deals they had. They had some nice sales, but people had beat us to all the best deals. U have to get there when they first open up in the morning, we were the three late birds. My mother and grandmother old Saying is get there early, because the early bird catches the worm firsthand. Great experience. Kinda slow day with the rain so sales associates were a little slim but helpful with pointing out general locations of objects of interest. Found exactly what I was looking for and had it loaded up the same day.

Brought a dining room table which arrived damage. I return the table and because I paid cash(no refunds on cash orders you have to wait 10 days for a check in the mail) I decided to order a new table totally different table. It arrive and it was the wrong table. I asked for grey they sent white. Ok so that’s returned and I’m told I’ll receive a call for new delivery date. Never happen so we go in and an associate told us it was in stock. So we pick it up the next day only to get it home and it’s water damaged. They replace it but the damage is already done. It took me over a month to get a table that I paid for. I AirBnB my house so this held me up for over a month.

It took an hour to get my furniture from the back room/warehouse to the mover I had to hire separately to take it to my houseWhile at the store I called the store tonsee what they could do and they told me to come in the warehouse to look for it myselfA set of useless people

Furniture are over priced for the amount of damage, service was terrible. Associates were fighting over who would help us then left us sitting around waiting on them.

Went to just look around. But I would go here before an actual store. The furniture is in better than good condition for about 35% less than in the regular store. I will be back.

My husband and i met this awesome and pleasant Sales Associate, Ms, Debra Wilborn. She was very attentive to our need and what we are looking for. However, with her expertise and in-depth knowledge in furniture, we were able to get the best mattress and foundation, fabulous king size bed and my desired Noah high dining set.Ms. Debra is simply the best! She goes all out for her customers and tries to applies every available discount she could just to make your experience a wonderful one irrespective of who you are.Thank you Ms. Debra! my family and friends all have your contact and they will come looking for you...

This place is in forest park and they had us waiting for almost an hour and a half just to see someone to start an application. And guess what we still havent done an application. They see too other people that had just walked in the door before us. Then they had people laying down on the beds and the beds dont have any plastic on it. With everything going on that shouldnt be happening. I wish I could give them a zero for a over store service but the only reason Im giving them two stars is because of the only salesman Taylor that took the time out to help us. You are a great man Mr. Taylor help putting consumer first.

The customer service is great. The furniture is slightly damaged, but I found what I was looking for. The items I bought were sturdy and well worth the price I paid for them. They even have sales sometimes, which make the prices even better. However, I would recommend that you use an independent delivery company because the price of delivery is $150 and I only had four small items.

Advertising is deceptive. When you go into their store, the price is much higher than advertised. It is the same item.

Wasnt expecting as many, really nice selection. Wendy, the saleswoman was really nice and kind. Didnt have to spend too much time in the store after choosing my furniture.

I went into Rooms To Go Outlet last Tuesday due to a sales circular I received in the mail. There was no indication on the mailing that this sale hadn’t started yet. We were in need of a dresser and furniture for our dining room. After I was told that the sale did not start until Saturday, I requested to speak to a store manager. Miya greeted me and explained the process of the mailings and the sale. He actually provided great customer service and I was able to purchase a dresser to my liking. So my review is for the great customer service provided by Miya the manager. Thanks again!

If I could give NEGATIVE 10 I would!! I see why their review is only a 3.7 and I should have checked the reviews before attempting to spend any money with them. The staff is the most ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENT STAFF Ive ever encountered in all my years of purchasing various furniture! After being there over 4 hours during the day and almost $3,000.00 later, with an attempt to purchase 2 adjustable base beds and a king mattress, I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with them as a whole! I purchased my items, went to the loading dock/ bay and had to wait almost an hour for them to retrieve my merchandise. The staff finally decided to bring my stuff to load. I never purchased adjustable bases before so I did not know what the box(es) would look like. I know this man knew what the merchandise looked like because he emphasized he worked there for 4 years. I knew something was off because he took entirely too long to get my furniture and he and another lady was having sideline conversations, as if they were discussing something about my merchandise. As the gentleman loaded my items I made sure to inquire if BOTH bases were being loaded. This man literally looked me in my face and blatantly lied. His exact words were Yes, both bases are in the box. With that being confirmed, I had my son discard of my King bed that was being replaced before I got home. I get home unloaded the merchandise, unboxed the product, which the man said had 2 bases in it. Michael was my sales rep and clearly NOT a good one. He didnt even ensure my order was complete. I called the store back, and he apologized stating Oh there was a mattress in the other box thats why they only gave you one. I was taken aback because again the gentleman who loaded my furniture ensured there was 2 bases. Michael then said to give him 10 mins to research the issue. This should have been done before I left the store. It took Michael almost 40 minutes to call me back. When he did, he said oh we can have the other base sent to you tomorrow, as if that would have been ok for me to sleep on the floor. I advised I needed my full bed in completion tonight. He then suggested to hold the line and give him a moment, which took another 45 mins- 1hr. Finally he came back and stated they had 2 bases at an alternate store in Suwannee, which was a 2 hour + ride from my home, but the catch to that was I HAD to bring the base back before I can get my bases. There was literally NO incentive to their blatant disregard to their client and the order they purposely messed up. Their clear and only concern was to get the sale/commission. I returned their base and to get my refund it literally took them over 2 hours to process. So on my ONLY day off, I spent the day pretty much working for Rooms to Go, for free, dealing with all this madness. I am totally dissatisfied. I will never EVER patronize this establishment and would encourage others not provide business to them either!!

I recently purchased a living room set fromthis outlet. I was told that my furniture would be delivered on June 8th. The day was agreed upon twice and is reflected on my receipt. Today, I got a random call stating my set is being delivered on June 1st (tomorrow). This is definitely an issue seeing how I haven’t even moved in yet and live many hours away.Upon negotiating a new day, I now have to wait 2 more weeks (the earliest availability) for my couch to be delivered. The representative didn’t offer any compensation or “my apologies” in the least. They only hung up on me. If I had known that I would be getting my couch two weeks later than expected, I would’ve spent my money somewhere else.I’m not surprised by the customer service I received, because it was also lackluster in person. Definitely won’t be shopping here in the future.

No one told us you had to put down 10% when using a rooms to go card. Also the selection was terrible and prices were still very high on the scratch and dent items. One chest was broken on bottom and they still wanted $327 for it. Complete waste of time and gas.

My experience was horrible I payed for a couch, the delivery guys lied like they attempted to deliver, but didnt want to because I live upstairs, instead, they said the couch wouldnt fit trough a standard door!!!! I end up waiting 2days for a delivery and a bunch of lies...I called the store Sheryl Lee at the front desk placed me on hold did not return, purposely !!!! Instead of being professional. A manager by the name Mya refunded me my cash back, he is the only person of integrity that took some responsibility about the matter. Yes that particular location has lost a good consistent customer from now on and I change my rooms quite often...Bad business

They attack you when you walk through the door, then when youre ready to buy you have to beg someone to assist you. Just kind of backwards in my opinion.....Selection has been very limited over the last couple years that Ive stopped in as well.

My experience was so pleasant until it came time to checkout. Shirley, the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, was nothing short of unpleasant. The most unprofessional, inconsiderate, cold, and dismissive experience ever! I stood in line while she spoke on the phone, on an unrelated business call, then relayed to another store associate that their girlfriend was on the phone. She then proceeded to the checkout counter and fumbled with papers before asking with an attitude, cash or card, I responded, cash she immediately walked away WITHOUT any communication that she was getting the cash box. She proceeded to check me out didnt advise, all sales are final didntinstruct pickup process. Her attitude was just disgusting! After asking a sales associate for their manager because she was horrible they confirmed she is like this with EVERYONE and management is aware!!! I would not spend my money here for the unjust treatment!

The customer service is abysmal. Fortunately I knew exactly what I wanted. Had to keep looking for our sales associate, no follow through what so ever. The staff in the back for pick up the next day was lazy and full of attitude. This place was a quick fix for a situation needed a couch and a love seat, got a couch and a love seat but I promise you this never again, I will continue to go to Ashley, regardless of the deal and price, it’s worth paying for good customer service. Just to prove they really didn’t care, when I picked up my items, my name magically became Rodriguez. The two items I bought had a sold tag on them with the customer name of Rodriguez, mind you this tag is filled out buy the sales associate at the time of purchase. My name is Allen nothing close to Rodriguez.

Ordered an adjustable base with remote and the remote was faulty or the base is, called to explain the matter and I was told they would order a remote for me, they never did. Called back again never got an answer so I came to the store. Long story short I still have no new remote or adjustable base. Manager was nice but never followed thru on keeping his word...I Believe his name was Micka or something like that

This a hidden gem in the Southside. They have great deals that will make you want to spend more money. Ask for Kimberly McGriff, she will take care of you. Shes extremely helpful, upfront and makes sure you get what you need. She is very detailed and focused

Also, the pick up service is extremely coordinated. You get a ticket, wait on the item and they haul it into your car. Amazing ! Thank you so much.

We needed a queen sized mattress and boxed spring. We found a set with a 10 yr. warranty under $500. We were assisted by a very knowledgeable gentleman who didnt try to force us into something we didnt want or couldnt afford. Because it was in stock at the store, we now have a bed thats ready for a good nights sleep!

I went to Rooms To Go to buy a dresser for my room. I was greeted by Debra Wilborn at the front and she showed me around and she always had a positive smile and attitude. After I found one I liked she dropped the price for me because I didn’t have that much money and made it affordable for me.

I purchased a “Brand new -in box” Dinette table set and received a severely damaged set floor display that was already put together. The delivery personnel told me that they couldn’t take it back to the warehouse. I have heard nothing back from any associate about getting me the new table that I purchased.Their customer service is terrible!

Pretty well cleaned, most things are organized, some things are too pricey for what it is and their in-house pay department is too lax with the purchasing information not relaying info about the extra charges

Went to find chairs for a table I already own. Found mix match chairs at a table, ask for assistance and a guy comes over and tells me he cant break up the set. Dude, the chairs at the table dont match already and theres only a price on one! And that one doesnt match the other three. He then tells me he has six chairs new in the box for almost $500! But they are not the chairs Im asking about. He tells me to hold on and then walks off to deal with other customers in the store. Im flabbergasted that the level of customer service has fallen so short these days... I had money to spend and this store just lost a customer. I will not return.

One of the greatest places to find great furniture at fantastic prices! Salespeople are really helpful and work well with you. Some of the furniture may have a ding or dent but you cant tell that most are damaged at all. And they have a huge warehouse and lots of furniture. My daughter got me a beautiful leather electric recliner with a tiny tear on one side that you cant even see. The price of that recliner was so amazing, I was shocked. You need to try this place out if you need furniture!!!

I had a very good experience at the Forest Park, GA Rooms-to-go. Our salesman was helpful, friendly and knew his way around the sales process. We came in ready to buy. He did not have to pressure us. Delivery is today. We shall see how that goes. But so far I am really impressed with the whole outfit.
