Theyre a small business and dont have many people working so you may have to adjust to that. But as far as the service I got, was super. Jordans great, knows his stuff and took time and patience with me. Ill go back for my next purchase or stop by just for a visit. And their prices were very reasonable.

Sd needed new wires. Wasnt necessary. Took radio out and couldnt get factory radio to play. Not sure if it was the radio or them. Wanted get a new radio but they sd I would have to pay to install again. I felt like I waisted 45.00

Been dealing with Jordan for a few years. Wouldnt deal with anyone else. Ive seen some terrible work from other audio stores in this area, including the big box stores. (He has photos to prove it.) Jordan does all my audio hookups right everytime. Always get compliments on the clarity and loudness of my caraudio. Wouldnt recommend anyone else.

I wanted to make an appointment to have an automatic car starter installed but no one answers the phone. After calling 5 times I found somewhere else.

Came here for maintenance and customers were sitting in the parking lot waiting at 12pm and they were suppose to be open by 10 am customers said they been coming for a month and they havent opened since BAD REPUTATION and leaves a sign on that say open one customers wanted to renew his warranty and couldnt because they were never open and you cant go to another General audio because they are different owners

Very poor customer service the person installing my subs got smart with me after his mistake and said I still have to pay him or he would call the cops on me definitely would not recommend their service to anyone else
