Love this place. Great service and great people. The selection of cigars are amazing.

Doesnt get any better. Anyone can sell a cigar but being knowledgeable and creating an EXPERIENCE is what separate these guys from the rest. You will feel like family if you come through enough. Definitely worth driving past the competition no matter the distance.

I live quite a ways from this cigar lounge, but I love coming and continue to come. The ambience, vibe and the friendly patrons keep me coming back.

Absolutely love this Cigar lounge!The new owners Brandon and Julienne have really made this place such a total elegant vibe.I appreciate all of their Davidoff cigar selection, and going to get some family Christmas presents from here for sure! A must visit if you haven’t been or are new to the forest park area... I SURE will soon be back! :)

Descent selection and good service. I only stopped to buy a couple of cigars so it was easy and quick. They do have a smoking loungue though, but I havent tried it out

Perfect Cigar Spot for getting away from it all

The staff is very dry and not very knowledgeable about cigars. As in the type of leaf certain cigars are wrapped in. Which is very important to some people. It will help determine what type of smoke a customer is looking for.

Walked in and felt welcome. I was asked about my preferences and shown a variety of complimentary smokes. Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. Would like to have been allowed into the members area. As an out of towner, I gladly pay a day rate charge if required. Otherwise, Ill be back!

Great selection with plenty of options for sitting down with a friend or a group and enjoying a nice stick. Staff were helpful with recommendations for my friend, who isnt a frequent smoker. They also seem to have a VIP room with a big TV for watching games.

Good vibes and positive atmosphere

Excellent cigar selection, wonderful staff, but the members only room has ridiculous requirements, asking one to spend hundreds of dollars a month just to sit is more comfortable chairs. No day membership and no alcohol allowed outside said membership room makes me feel as though theyre not interested in the casual smoker and are trying to concentrate on the more well off crowd

Came back to town after moving away. Visiting a member in their members lounge and was asked to pay a cutting fee of $10. Not really into paying $10 to smoke a $15 Cigar. So i relented and just decided to catch up with my friend whom is a member. 10 minutes go by and mike comes and introduces himself and informs me off the rules yet again, no outside cigars unless you pay the cutting fee. Made a dim witted comparison to not taking coffee to Starbucks, but I left that alone. I assured him I wasnt smoking my outside cigar and just wanted to catch up with my friend. 5 more minutes he motions me to the door and tells me I now owe $15 for sitting in the room. Its a smoking lounge he reminds me, its for smokers!!! Again he informs me if Im going to be here I have to buy his products and pay to sit next to one of his members in the members lounge. As furious as this exchange made me, its his house and hes free to treat guests as he wishes. I said goodbye to my friend and left. Cigar smoking is a lifestyle. Its a culture. Its not a penny pinching, scrape the bottom of the jar kind of activity. The members room hasnt changed since I last sat in it with the previous owner. Never before was it so imperative that I buy and smoke and pay before I was ready to do such. Wont ever go back. How you treat people says a lot about who you are and the kind of business person you are. Mike, I invite you to Atlanta, where cigar lounges are the real deal, and not uptight and starving. You can bring sticks from Wakanda if you have them. Theres no cutting fee. Theres welcome mats. And exquisite experience. We believe in the lifestyle, not the quick $10 you make having an ass in the seat.Doc

Went here last Saturday and had the worst encounter with the manager. First was called a very offensive word to my skin color. Next was physically attacked by 2 other smokers at the lounge. Then was forced by the manager to pay for every ones cigarettes for the past hour. Also went with my grandfather who absolutely loves all types of cigars. He has smoked all the way back from when he served for the U.S. in WWI. Unfortunately on Sunday (the day after) he passed away due to lung cancer which had never been in his system. The doctor stated that something within the cigarette must have killed him. If you want to contact her, her name is Shmim Patel. I am considering sueing for my familys sake. Very unfortunate. Tragic.

I read online that they had a lounge. I stopped in. The staff was knowledgeable. I bought a $15 dollar cigar and planned on staying a couple hours to do computer work while I watched some tv and relaxed. After the cigar was cut and lit, they let me know that I was not welcome in the lounge without spending $250 monthly on cigars. There were some seats in the lobby to sit at and one tiny tv, no table. I decided to make the best of it. My computer had a low battery so I needed to plug it in. There were no outlets in the lobby area. Frustrated and put out at their lack of hospitality, I cut the burn off my cigar to leave. The cigar was too dry, so it split. I left the unsmoked cigar and full coke there and went to another lounge that recognizes customers that arent in town often enough to spend $250. I will not return to any Monte Cristo location.
