I really like this Starbucks. They get a ton of friendly neighbors (who are usually half asleep…). Hope they open the indoor dining area soon.When they get super busy customers get cranky about the wait, yet the local neighbors are very patient, understanding, and say something funny to lighten the mood.When the condiment counter gets messy, I just automatically clean it all up. I make sure there is fresh cream on the counter, and patiently wait for the barista to bring me the refill. On completion I push the garbage down too.What can I say…. When things get busy, everyone needs an extra hand. That way the staff get the opportunity to flash a bright smile and offer a cheery hello.It is a funny thing - the locals are so enamored and grateful to have a Starbucks nearby. You would be absolutely astounded by how much the locals help out in little ways. It is almost as though they are right back in their own busy kitchen, where you just do not think twice about getting something done - you just do it unconditionally.In short: A smile goes a very long way…And oh by the way: Their dark roast coffee is phenomenal…. ;)

Oh my goodness it was our first time spending time in Oak Park and we had such a good time at the Starbucks! Both times we came in we were taken care of by Pablo and he had such a great personality and was awesome! The whole block was great.. everybody was friendly it was a nice place to hang out. Itmade us look forward to coming back to Oak Park sometime again!

This Starbucks is always chaotic! They got my name wrong, someone took my drink, there is no order in that Madison Store. Its a headache experience every time. My Chai Sot latte was tasty after they remade it but then having to wait 20 mins I was 15 minutes late for work. I give this Cafe chance after chance. I will go back to making my own at home so I can get to work on time!

Worst Starbucks Ive ever been to!!!My Panini was cold, my flat white was all foam maybe one sip of coffee and this all cost me $16. I will never go to the Starbucks again.

Each time my Uber Eats order comes from this location it is so quick and today I had to stop to appreciate the care that was taken to package it. So ingenious and thoughtful! Great job to the manager and staff working today thank you !

First time at this location on Madison near Harlem Ave, and went to pick up an iced mocha for my son. Very friendly baristas.. somehow I felt like Id been there before, and that was special. Drink was well prepared and store was very clean.

Love this location! Get drinks for me and my coworker every weekend. We can both literally taste the difference in drinks when we are forced to go somewhere else. All employees are very friendly which is a plus. Thank you!

After a handful of random visits over the last month I can confidently say this is my FAVORITE bucks in the area. And theres a few! Nice, attentive, fast& SOO accurate! Always accommodating adding sea salt cause I cant add through mobile, really appreciate the kindness & great coffee

Super busy with mobile orders, but worked hard to get everyone’s out. Takes a bit to get your coffee if you are in a rush. Not a problem on their end. Staff super friendly!

ThIs location is the absolute worst. I walked in today told them I had a mobile order that was ready for pick up. The guy said ok got it. After a 15 minute wait I asked if it was read and the guy was like oh yes here it is. I asked why he didnt call out my order I had told him the app said it was ready 20 minutes ago. He RESPONDED I was busy. Literally the absolute worst customer service at this location. Instead of playing around and joking you should focus on helping your colleagues and getting the orders out to customers. I ordered hot coffee, it was cold coffee by the time I got it. Another customer brought her order back because it was wrong. It is nearly impossible to social distance with all the customers coming in and standing around waiting for their order. No one MANAGING THE FLOW. Keep driving DO NOT STOP AT THIS STARBUCKS.

5 stars! Although I feel terrible...I already had a coffee in my own cup from down the street so I just sat in here and worked on my laptop. I thought I might get a coffee or pastry later, but the line at the counter was constantly 5-10 people deep. There were other open tables, so I dont think I did any harm, but still, I was a freeloader that day. Still, the WiFi was speedy, the seating and the lighting was comfortable and, yes, they have a clean, accessible bathroom.

Fast service, the drinks are made to perfection and the sandwiches are hot and fresh!

This place gets BUSY, and they are understaffed in the morning, but the staff keeps a great attitude, even with the rude customers. I usually order through the mobile app and rarely have to wait; and my order is correct most of the time. When it’s incorrect they apologize and remake it immediately. Awesome customer service!

Had a little freetime while waiting for my mom and a taste for a Carmel ribbon crunch, unfortunately they didnt have all the ingredients for it. They made an alternate drink and charged me the same price. It would have been nice if they adjusted the price but oh well.

This has got to be one of the slowest and most incompetent Starbucks Ive ever been to. I worked at a busy Starbucks for a year and half and was able to keep up with drinks better than them. I put in a mobile order before I came and also ordered a drink when I got there. The one I ordered there was ready before my mobile order. It seems the people who work here dont pay attention to anything.

Starbucks at this point is Starbucks. Way to expensive coffee ☕ but its the best coffee In my world. The place is very clean + the service is in point. Their are a few workers that really are sweet, they GO above & beyond what I BELIEVE A Starbucks employees duties are. They make it a point to make new coffee ☕ lover feel. NOT LOST. Meaning getting ur specialist coffee order correct. Its could be intimidating at 1st. Well worth It!! ENJOY.....

This is my local starbucks, closest to my apartment. I come here every Saturday and Sunday morning to get my Venti Chai Tea Latte to start my weekends. I am an earlier riser and love the employees here. They are always so friendly and provide speedy service. During my school terms I also make a quick stop here on the way to school. As always nothing, but great things here.

Great service plus recently they accidentaly forgot to ask me what size I had wanted for a drink. He realized it as he was ringing me up when I said I wanted the large size he told me that he had charged me for a small and then while he was telling me what happened he reached for the large sized cup. That was really great customer service, will have to come back more often!

I live in NW Chicago and am a regular StarBucks customer and this is one of my favorite stores. The employees are friendly, well traind, and professional. its has a good vibe with some great regulars. The only thing that would be nice is some reading chairs! Update Aug 2019: they just renovated the store and they got the chairs! Thanks for the awesome refresh!

I placed my order through my Starbucks app 10 minutes before arriving and I had to walk out with out my coffee. This is the 2nd time I had to walk out without my mobile order because they take way to long. Also the app says that they have no breakfast sandwiches but people where ordering at the register there breakfast sandwiches 🤨. I don’t understand why corporate doesn’t get involved and higher more staff to help out....very disappointed

I come in this Starbucks frequently and I am not sure who has the worse customer service. The Hispanic lady with the red hair or the white lady with the red hair. Neither say good morning or is in a pleasant mood when I enter this location. I thought it was just it was with me. No I watch them with other customers, their customer service skills are horrible. I get the samething every time I come in. I rarely ever get a Espresso drink. The young lady that I see maybe once or twice a month, remember what I get better than the ones I see regularly. This is a big thing to me because I use to work in a coffee shop. We prided ourselves giving superb service and knowing our customers. I guess this is something this location dont pride themselves on. It made our customers feel loved and willing to wait in long lines to for our drinks and service.

Im not allowed to drink caffeine anymore per my PCP, Nutritionist, Gastrointestinal MD & Cardiologist! However; from August of 2018 - December 2019...I am very proud to say I have lost well over 150lbs. So...I am allowed to reward myself Once a week or two. I may have 1 of the most difficult drinks to make at Starbucks. Around 40% of the time I walk away dissatisfied with my tail between my legs. But....BoyOBuoy when the customer service representative does get it correct, its pure HEAVEN right here on Earth. A Venti White Hot Chocolate, 3 Splendas,¹/² Half & Half with Caramel sauce on the bottom, along with Caramel Drizzle Whip Cream on Top!!!🤯🤗❣❤🥰😘💋

Loved coffee @ Starbucks, it’s seem wake me up in the morning jitters. Good flavor even though, one time they disappoint me with a brewed in the bottom of my cup! And drink it. I was upset that morning. But i forgive them.

Went during busy hour in the morning, my drink was pretty similar to what Ive had at other Starbucks but the wait time was a little long.

Solid starbucks location. A small branch that’s busy but never overly busy compared to other nearby starbucks, quick wait times and a good, friendly team. Orders are always accurate.I once watched the experienced-looking manager very calmly and cooly mediate a situation where some lady was losing her mind because she couldn’t get her starbucks app to load and didn’t have any other way to pay. Manager lady seems like she knows how to run this ship!Public parking only. Madison parking can be tough parking but the road running by starbucks that intersects with Madison almost always has plenty of short term parking open.

I have been a Starbucks partner before; I was a shift supervisor. the shift supervisor on duty was doing an amazing job with a team of new ppl. she was coaching them in a positive way, even though I know how frustrated she was and how frustrating that can be. the baristas were friendly and were trying their best. the store was clean but the service was slow, which really cant be helped when youre scheduled with a bunch of ppl who need more training and experience. I applaud the shift for her ability to remain calm and do the work of four ppl.

This Starbucks is in a great location. They have out door patio seating alone with street parking and a parking location across the street. Easy for a quick stop & run.

My drink is every single time set aside when I do a mobile order and ignored as I watch it there. Many employees will go by it and do nothing. Its annoying. Theyre slow, mess up basic drinks like TEA, and ignore customers. This place is a headache. Also so small and disorganized.

Ordered & prepaid my coffee on the Starbucks app, yet 41 mins later and I’m still waiting in line for my drink. Bad bad service

Its satisfactory, I needed a place to eat that I could plug in my phone charger, I could see a spot to do that from outside.

Very slow service and rude. I waited over ten minutes with no one ahead of me to get the wrong order and they refused to heat lemon loaf because they could get third degree burns even though I have it done at all other locations. I ordered at 7a and I had an appointment at 7:30a. I rushed with only 10 minutes to spare only to find the order was wrong. I called the manager about it and after speaking she called me Anastasia. I have no idea who that is but this location needs to be retrained on customer service and their drinks. I will go to any other location(out of my way) from now on.

You always know what drink you are going to get at a Starbucks - and it was very good of course - but the display of snacks looked unappealing - not that the items had sat around too long or anything like that - maybe I am just getting old and not in the mood for egg white cupcakes or whatever these supposedly trendy food items were -just give me a bear claw or some other types of pastry to choose from.

Without getting into the details of my order, seems like they have a hard time listening to what someone actually ordered. This location used to be better.
