I ordered a shirt over a month ago, 2 weeks had passed from the day that I ordered and I received no shipping email. I emailed them and they didn’t respond. 3 days later I email them and I received a call from someone who said that in within a few days they will ship my order and include extra items since it was late due to the shirt that I ordered being out of stock. After that an additional 2 weeks passed and no word, not an email, or anything from them. I file for a refund through my bank and 6 days later they finally decided to ship my shirt AFTER I filed for a refund. I waited over a month and now that I want my money back they tried to pull a slick move of sending me the tshirt. They still have NOT processed my refund.

They did a great job designing and wrapping my truck. Ill be back to get my companies hoodies next month. I love there ufoatl branded shirts they have in store very creative.

I ordered a school math department oxford shirt on September 21. It is November 5 and I have heard nothing from this company or the owner as it relates to my shirt. Cash was paid for the shirt on September 21.Very, very bad customer service. The store could have possibly gotten a lot of business from the school. We order hundreds of school shirts every school year, but this company will not be the t-shirt company that we use.

The owner doesnt care about your order unless its huge. I had a few orders with the place, and every single order was late, some of them over 2 weeks late even though he takes the money up front and promises a deadline. The only thing you get with Ufo teez is a cheap price. Toro is a good guy, but he needs to have much better customer service.

I order business cards tshirts and magnets. They helped me come up with a nice logo and color scheme for my company. They were extremly perfessional and I cant wait till the winter to go and get some hoodies gor my staff. Everyone loves my shirts and I tell them all about UFOteez.
