My customer Customer Service experience with Andrea was excellent!I noticed in the reviews that Service was slow. Youre not picking up a Pizza. She made sure I had everything I needed, checked to make sure it was in working order before I walked out with it. Good thing, because 1 part was defective. Saved me a huge headache.

Grainger is a great supply store. They have almost everything and if they dont have it in stock they will order it and get it very fast.
