Manager was extremely rude for no reason!!! I recommend other locations

I was help by one of the associates.. they was going to do my pawn when the Spanish lady was helping her kind with a pawn she stopped what she was doing to go see what the associate was doing on my pawn.. once the associate came back she denied by pawn from the conversation with the Spanish lady .. then the Spanish lady with back talking to the Spanish couples she was dealing with

I frequently shop at this location for silver coinage and bullion rounds, sometimes getting out of there with my purchase is kind of slow, but from what I can tell they are going through management changes, or their computer system is the culprit. All in all every time I go there the staff are friendly, respectful and welcoming.

If your trying to get low balled come here . Theyre forever flirting with the clients instead of getting their job done . Very unprofessional and slow. I cant stand the Spanish chick its either shes jealous of other women or racist
