I chose Connect Hearing because they were covered on my insurance plan, and Im glad I did. It was easy to get an appointment at a convenient time, and both the receptionist and the audiologist were wonderful. They were professional and very courteous. The audiologist, Meg, is so knowledgeable and did a follow up call after my initial visit to see how things were going with my new hearing aids. I recommend them highly.

I did a walk in and couldnt have been more welcome! Audiologist Meg is a special person. She is someone who combines talent, compassion and knowledge. She helped me tremendously, and really listened to my needs. Her warmth is rare, and will keep this customer coming back. Cassidy at the desk is helpful and very pleasant. How lucky I was to stumble upon this place and these wonderful women!

I have worked with three audiologists at Connect Hearing in Forest Park. All three have patiently answered all of my questions and made adjustments to my aids. I avoided wearing hearing aids for many years. Connect Hearings attentive audiologists have made using hearing aids cool.

The hearing care provider Linda did an extraordinary job explaining my mother in laws hearing loss and how wearing hearing aids can delay the progression of hearing loss. Shes passionate and very professional, always making sure she explained in layman terms what she was doing first and then showed us options. She understood our budget concerns. She made us feel comfortable from the very start to the finish. The first appointment is about 2 hours because of the testing including speech. You can trust Linda to have your best interest. She is a terrific listener. Also Adriana was very hospitable and helpful with our appointments. You cant go wrong with these 2 pros. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and very helpful. This place is very clean and welcoming. It was helpful because they provided the best hearing aids that i need along with my hearing loss diagnosis. They also explains each type of hearing aids they offered. Adriana is the person that assist you if you need anything (her spirit is a blessing) and Connect Hearing should be proud the doctor and Adriana!

Even though I had hearing aides for five years, and also was a nurse for forty four years, Linda explained every step to me and was not condescending. No matter how old or your education there’s always room for growth. She was extremely nice, patient, and knowledgeable. She is AWESOME and a real asset to Connect Hearing! Adriana was a godsend with all her technical knowledge. I’m not real tech savvy but again patient and kind Adriana taught me how to make the most use of your product using the apps and my phone. I have to tell, I liked the girl that I originally got my first hearing aides from however, they were never connected to my phone or anything else. MET Dr TIM AT THE OAK PARK TOWNSHIP SENIOR LUNCH PROGRAM, WHERE I WAS INVITED TO A LUNCH PRESENTATION OF Connect Hearing PRODUCTS... SHORTLY THEREAFTER I TESTED A PAIR OF HEARING AIDS FOR A WEEK OR 2 WHICH RESULTED IN MY PURCHASE OF MY FIRST EVER HEARING AIDS... I FOUND LIMITATIONS WITH THEM & MOST OF MY HEARING IMPAIRED FRIENDS SO I CONTINUED MY SEARCH FOR A BETTER SYSTEM, ESPECIALLY SINCE THE FOREST PARK LOCATION CONTINUED TO HAVE PART TIME HELP...THE ONLY THING STABLE WAS ADRIANA, & IF IT WASNT FOR HER, IN MY OPINION, THE FOREST PARK OFFICE WOULD NO LONGER EXIST...DURING MY ABSENCE I WAS BEING COURTED BY A COMPETITOR WITH SUPERIOR RESULTS UNTIL LINDA, RETESTED & REPROGRAMMED MY ORIGINAL AIDS TO WORK BETTER THAN THE COMPETITOR...THE BOTTOM LINE IS, BETTER AIDS ARE MEANINGLESS WITHOUT CONCOMITANT STAFF... I had my first appointment with connect hearing on Wednesday, May 20. I knew I was having trouble hearing but was amazed how poorly I was hearing out of one ear. Linda took plenty of time explaining to me the results of the testing and what it would mean generally in terms of what I was missing. It was distressing but she assured me that my hearing could be basically “fixed”. I found it reassuring and we quickly tried a model of hearing aids and I was astounded by what I could hear.The next day I received a phone call saying that connect hearing would be closed until July due to covid. Linda and her assistant very considerately got me in the next day to receive loaner hearing aids to use until they could get my own pair in July.I couldn’t be more satisfied with their expertise and compassion. They went the extra mile to make sure I didn’t have to wait another month. I highly recommend connect hearing as a place to get excellent clinical testing, educational information and service

The audiologist, Linda, is the best I’ve ever had. After the hearing test, She explained what my test showed and that my aids could be adjusted. Then, she took told me things about them I never knew, and I’fe been wearing them for 9 years. I highly recommend Linda.

My experience has reminded me of the value some place on service. Once the sale is complete, the customer has a unique opportunity to evaluate their decision. If the merchant remains committed to customer satisfaction then the customer is pleased. I am very happy with the product and the service after the sale.

The ladies who took care of me there were great ! So patient with me and answered all my questions and took extra time to help me download app for my new hearing aid ...I highly recommend them !

The ladies in this location really took the time to help my grandmother with her hearing needs. They gave her temporary aids until hers arrive. You can tell they really care about their customers. They even helped me increase my credit line to help my grandmother acquire her aids. I would recommend this location to everyone I know that has a family member suffering with hearing loss.
