I never leave reviews, but when I spoke with Kim King this week, I knew I had to let everyone know what kind of people work at super sod. I called to order some sod. Kim helped me figure out what kind of sod was best for my yard. She asked questions that I never even thought about. The amount of knowledge she had was impressive. I said you must have been in the sod business for a long time. She said actually, 4 month! I was shocked, and to be honest a little skeptical to take advice from someone who had so little experience with sod. So I researched everything she told me. I found that everything she said was 100% true! The company trains their employees well. Kim was polite, patient and SO helpful. I wanted to use a sod that would not thrive this time of year in my area. I had no idea what I wanted wouldn’t work. We were able to get me the right product and I am super impressed with it and Kim. 5 stars for Kim and Super Sod!!!!

Excellent customer service. EVERY piece of sod was in excellent condition. I couldnt believe what I was seeing . I thought there would be a few pieces that would look bad, but I was wrong. After I out down all the pieces some turned brown. It was a hot day. After I watered it it came to life. Best Sod place I could have found.

Im prepping for my first DIY sod project. I called Super-Sod in Forest Park and got Kim M. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the services and the products they provide. She answered all of my questions, even the ones I didnt think to ask! In a matter of minutes she emailed me a written quote and offered some solid instructions how to proceed. She was totally awesome. And best of all, the price of the sod pallet was surprisingly affordable. I cant wait to start working on my lawn.

This place is awesome actually per piece is a bit high in price but a pallet of sod is very reasonable pricing. The stone place next to is great as well as the greenhouse and plant area. Very easy to get to as well off of Int 75-S. We will definitely be back again and again. The farmers market should open soon too

When the normal person that we buy sod from wouldnt return our calls anymore, we decided to purchase from Super Sod at the Farmers Market. Other than the rude old man next door at the pine straw place, what a great experience. They were fast, very friendly, and no less than 3 people apologized and rushed to load me when they saw someone get in front of me in line. Spoke with Rep, Dominque she was very professional, very knowledgeable abourt the different types of Bermuda sods, gave me so much pointers in asking landscapers questions. I have ordered sod four times from Super Sod Forest Park. My overall experience was good however on my third order a problem arose. A bad palate was delivered. That day the delivery did not come on time. When I called the rep told me the driver had to come back to load it -which should have been a red flag. It was delivered late Friday evening around 7. On Saturday morning it was laid, I ordered 2 palates. One of them had all brown grass and the bottom layer was all scrap pieces. It was after 12 so I called on Monday to complain because none of my other palates were brown and the bottom row was scrap pieces. Jason assured me that the grass was resilient and would grow soon this was on 7/21. I ordered another palate which was discount to over the scraps from previous delivery. After almost 6 weeks the brown grass is still over 90% brown. I again called to complain and I sent pictures both times. I am please to say that Super Sod employee Daniel has remedied my situation I will be getting a delivery on Saturday 9/12. Kudos I would definitely recommend the sod and service to others.

Can’t say enough good things about Super-Sod! Their quality and prices compared to big-box retailers can’t be beat. They cut sod from their farms the day of delivery, so the sod you get is as fresh as it comes. They are also very knowledgeable and have a helpful monthly newsletter. Recently our elementary school PTO purchased sod for a small project near our bus entrance. After pricing several different vendors, we chose Super Sod of Forest Park. This was such a great decision! Upon delivery the driver, who happened to be the store manager, noticed we would not have enough sod to complete our project. We didnt have it in our budget to order more sod but Daniel offered to work with our PTO and donate several rolls of sod to help us complete our project. He even offered to bring the donated sod to our school on his own time. Our new sod looks incredible! Even though we installed our sod in the heat of the summer, we followed the watering schedule provided by Super Sod and it is nice and healthy. Thank you Super Sod and thank you Daniel for the excellent customer service!

Daniel at the Forrest Park is absolutely the best. Last year when I wanted to completely redo my lawn he responded to my emails and answered all of my questions. He was super helpful along with the in store clerk. I bought a CU of their Soil 3 compost to add to my centipede seeds and it was delivered on time w/no problem and this product has yielded me a great looking lawn. This year they even went the extra mile to hold a few bags for me of their Soil 3 that was actually only an in store walk up special. That is incredible. I super appreciate their customer service and their compost is excellent.

I have spoken with Maria from the Forest Park location many time and she always does a great job but yesterday I must say she really saved me. I called in to see if my grass was ready to pick up and she told me that it was she verified the order with me and i told her it was not for the Gwinnett location i ordered from Forest Park she took care of my order and made sure I could pick up at Forest Park and also called me as soon as the grass was ready and I was able to finish a job I had and the client was very happy with the grass. I will only ask for Maria when I call because she helps to make sure we get our grass and she is very professional.

Ive had an outstanding experience at super sod market. Brad is the representative that helps me when I come in and hes always excited about providing me the best customer service he possibly can all while making sure I get the product that Ive come in to get. I appreciate him and the manager Daniel for them working with me throughout my process of re-sodding my driveway this summer.

I had a quality issue with sod I ordered that was addressed by Pamela in customer service. She had me send pictures of my sod and reviewed my concern with the local store manager. Pamela kept my file current and worked through the process until it was completed to my satisfaction. She kept me informed and communicated on a regular basis. I would recommend supersod based on my positive experience with customer service.

I cant imagine it getting any better than this. After picking up sod from Pikes or Lowes, paying a premium for it, and be limited to the number of pieces, due to the weight, that I could get in my vehicle each time, this was as easy as picking up the phone and ordering what I needed, and getting it delivered, where I wanted it placed in my yard, all while I was out playing golf! The only thing that would have been better if they placed it for me while I was gone.I ordered 2 pallets of sod and 3 CY of topsoil to replenish my front yard. I plan to do the same in the back yard this Fall.

I had a small yard project that I started last year. I was not sure if I wanted to seed or sod the area. When I called customer service I spoke with Lindsey Coker. Austin, but I am not sure. I also would like to commend the two guys who loaded me up... perhaps Kyle and Chuck? One was from McDonough where I live.Lilly in customer service was also quite helpful, professional and friendly.All in all, this place has super customer service. I am a small time home owner and was treated very well.

This company is the worst company to do business with. They promise to hold your sod order and if someone else comes along then they will sell it without even calling you. Then they blame it on you for not getting there fast enough. I will never order sod from this company again.

My results so far with the TifGrand is well beyond my expectations!Last week, I installed 2 pallets of your TifGrand to replace the grass in my front yard. As prep, I mowed the existing grass to soil level and removed the remaining grass and rhizomes with a thatch rake. Then I watered the bare surface for 30 minutes.Grass arrived promptly at 930 am as promised. For installation, I laid out, butted and lapped the sod rolls..and sodded over the concrete, then trimmed with a lawn edger. The yard was installed in less than 90 minutes. Then I immediately watered it. While it was watering, I went to Home Depot and got a water roller. I rolled it in less than 15 minutes.My guess is that I have less than 5 hours invested in the whole project.Ive been watering for 30-60 minutes every morning. Yesterday, I put 24-2-2 plus iron on it.The result? Fantastic! The lawn is green, growing and the roots have take hold firmly. Ill need to cut it very soon.Great product, great service, great delivery, friendly people, easy install and a nice price on the summer special. Its my best experience of this Summer.Update...Second week after installation...when you look at my yard form the street, its almost impossible to tell that I installed it two weeks ago.

Last Spring we ordered the fescue sod, we had put a lot of effort into prepping the ground. We were very disappointed as each piece had a different type of fescue some was very fine and some was the horrible thatch type that contractors use to cover ground on banks etc. A good portion of it died and we ended up have to add more dirt and seed with Vigoro fescue seed, which has came up strong and thick. Unfortunately, we are still trying to get rid of the thatchy type fescue that was part of the blend in the sod they delivered. Dont waste your money!

Be carful with these guys I order some sod from these guys and they told me I needed 6 pallets to due the job. It only took 3 pallets and they refused to take the excess back
