This is a medical supply company that delivers medical products to people in need. They are one of the primary suppliers of products for people with respiratory issues. They literally come to peoples homes... and they have no vaccine mandate. Meaning, they have an entire business that treats sick and ill people and most of their employees arent vaccinated. If you care about your loved ones, USE ANOTHER COMPANY. Dont let these unvaccinated people who are treating covid patients into your home!!!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. In and quick, theyre always right on time for your appointment. Ive added some photos to help find the location. We drive right past the first visit due to the sign being hid by trees. Its immediately to the left as you enter the parking lot.

Absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. From not recording my insurance information after I heard the phone call from the doctors office to billing well over the amount the insurance covers to old. (Antique equipment), from having basically non English speaking collection calls day and night I started in January giving my insurance and doctor information. July 14 got a call saying no doctor information and by the way we need your insurance info. What???? Then no we dont use that insurance. Care Plus no insurance at all.

PATIENTS BEWARE! I am so disappointed with Apria Healthcare. They DO NOT seem to care about the patient and their needs at all! It appears they only care about delivering the cheapest product available. My neurologist ordered the products that were ordered for a reason. I have MS with balance issues and live alone with no help, and I cannot lift anything heavy into my car without losing my balance and falling. I am on blood thinners, and if I fall and hit my head, I could get a brain bleed. Does this company care? NO, they DO NOT!My experience with this company started with them calling to collect payment before delivery. I paid them. Then I waited for my delivery of a quad cane and a Drive Medical Nitro Elite CF Carbon Fiber Walker Rollator, Black that weighs only 12 lbs. that my neurologist ordered. What do they deliver, a quad cane that was unstable because something was wrong with the base and a Drive adjustable seat height rollator, not the Drive Medical Nitro Elite CF Carbon Fiber Walker Rollator, my neurologist ordered. I refused both! Then a week later, I called to ask when they were going to deliver what was ordered, and I was told they would be delivering them tomorrow. Now, if I would have never called, I would not have known about this delivery. I advised them I had a doctors appointment at 2 pm, and I would not be home from 1:30 to 3:30, and to please notify the driver. Well, the next day, the driver calls to tell me he will arrive at 2:00, which is when my doctors appointment is. I advised him I would not be home, and when I would return, so he switched his route and came later in the day. This time he delivers a good cane, BUT the same Drive adjustable seat height rollator that I turned down the week prior. Once again, I refused it and had to wait until Monday to call this company once again. The next day the driver arrived with a Drive Nitro 4 Wheel Rollator that weighs 17.5 lbs., and its red. I am really in need of a walker, so I accepted this walker, but I have already discovered it is too heavy for me to lift it into my car safely. Its too heavy. The weight and how it folded was one of the main reasons my neurologist ordered the Drive Medical Nitro Elite CF Carbon Fiber Walker Rollator. So, now I am in danger of falling when I try to load this in my car. If I fall when trying to load this in my car, my family knows it is due to this company and their lack of caring that would have caused this.Last night I noticed the one front wheel on this walker is pulling funny. This morning the company called to make sure I received the walker. I told them about the wheel, and they said, the driver said it was fine! If I wanted another one, I would have to do another entire order. I am so over the way this company operates. Their delivery drivers were excellent, but ALL of their representatives don’t care and are very rude. Every time I call, I asked to talk to a manager, but they would never put me through to a manager. It is ashamed that this company DOES NOT CARE about the needs and safety of their patients. I will be reporting them to the BBB, my doctor, my insurance company, and everywhere else I can so other disabled people might be able to get what they need to support their special needs.

My husbands results were sent to Apria two months ago and they have not called to say he can come in and get a machine. He has surgery the 28th of this month and it is very important to have this machine. These people are the Worst in customer service and caring about a patients well being.Do not use this company in Forest Park, GA. They evidently don’t need customers!

This location in my opinion has great customer service. The overall problem is the corporate office. The communication between the corporate office and these district offices is poor. When a new customer gets a cpap machine they need to go through a 45 to 60 minutes training class on how to operate this cpap machine. I was not told that when I spoke to representatives at corporate. This is my first time ever using this type of equipment and it would have been nice to know in advance on how I was going to be exposed on how to use it i.e. cleaning and overall functionality of this equipment. However, this office personnel got me through it with their knowledge.

Upon speaking with an Apria representative, I explained that I have a prescription for an oxygen tank and valve set up, that Im a first time user and because of the fact that I am a self pay and do not have insurance, I need to know the approximate cost for equipment on my prescription. I was place on hold for a very brief moment and then was told and I quote, APRIA DOES NOT SERVICE PATIENTS THAT DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE. Thinking it was just a misunderstanding, I reiterated that I would be paying cash for the equipment at the time of purchase. Again, I was told, APRIA DOES NOT ALLOW PATIENTS TO PAY. PAYMENT MUST COME FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY. WOW. Im hoping other oxygen suppliers do not have this rule.
