Trashy attitudes!!!! From the manager to staff! Manger is ALWAYS at lunch and NEVER return calls. The stuff HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF HOW THEIR SYSTEM WORKS SO THEY RESPOND IN A ANGRY BRUSH YOU OFF, I DON’T HAVE TO HELP YOUTHE MANAGER DANISHA IS ALWAYS ALWAYS AT LUNCH SHE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT YHE SYSTEM AND SHW WILL BRUSH YOU OFF FASTER THAN YHE STAFF!!!! This is by far the worst PP I’ve been to. I’ve gone a few times, thinking maybe it was just the person working at the time but no. I have never encountered someone who actually helped me and who seemed like they wanted to be there. They will literally listen to you talk about what you want and wait for you to walk around the kiosk to find it. Poor customer service. 0/10.

They had a sale 50% off of one purchase one or two items.

The heavy set african american lady was so rude, wasnt explaining the piercing services, she was helping me and just.walked away to help another gentleman after I had already given her my money, has the worst attitude ever. I will never shop.here again, lets just pray that my piercing doesnt have any problems so that I wont have to come back to see Mrs. Rude Lady

The young lady that did my baby 1st ear piercing did an amazing job she gave her a lollipop before and after to keep her calm overall they were pleasant and knew how to keep the customers happy keep up the good work ladies

Forestville Mall Location is excellent! Go see the store manager Ms. Kassandra. Shes very professional and knowledgeable.

Good customer service

The worst service I have received in a very long time. If I could take the1 star away trust me I would. The young lady with the long blond and black locs that helped me was not customer friendly at all. The entire process was a rush. She nevered smiled one time during my visit. She should take notes from her co worker. Her co worker was really nice. She was very engaged with her customers and had a lot of patiences with her customers. I have shopped here for years and never received service like this.

I was at this place at 10:59 the 2 employees first ignored me when I tried to call them attention one was so rude and she said we open at 11 I think one minute you can help some one in one minute .... rude and unprofessional
