I hated it, this location sucks shelves not stock no one greeted me. I spent 200 dollars and no bag. I was mad my fingers hurt from carrying 4 small bags. Customer service terrible. Other location much much better. I am always so excited to go purchase my candles today I wanted to take back. 😩

I was just here lastnight, bought a skull light up candle holder (50$). I Saw a whole entire wall display of berry waffle cone items full price. Today the sprays are 5.95. I called just now and was told the fragrance is out of season and we cannot sell it. Girl bye. Why are you lying ? Bath and body works is literally selling it on the site and at every OTHER location. Employees wanna buy up all the stock at this store and lie on the phone about it. Once again employees at this store are lying to customers about stupid stuff. Just make the sale you work there for a reason. I CANT WAIT UNTIL THIS STORE STEPS THEIR GAME UP

Store needs to be updated. Looks old and run down. I went in to exchange some things and I just stood at the counter and watched employees laughing and talking and walk in and out the back. No one acknowledged I was there. An older woman eventually checked me out. I did my exchange and went on my way.

Just went up there today to return a lot of stuff and Amber was very helpful she was very polite I love that she greeted me and I was also greeted at the door

I really Love this store. Its always clean and busy. Can always find a bargain here and there is always something new to smell. But, like Michael B. Jordans biceps, going there can be very addictive. Wakanda Forever !!!!

This location has it hit or missed time and it also have to do with what workers are working that day because some if them can be a little rude at times.

I just left out the store ! I had a rude staff member Poor Customer Service!!! Asked Staff member who act like she ain’t want to be bothered if she could to go look in the back for the candles when I asked her to check for me said mmm with a tone. I was like oh I’ll go to another store since you seemed like you don’t want to wait in me. Huh you got it!!!

The cashier was very pleasant. I love the semi annual sales twice a year.

Came in on a Friday evening and found the two employees talking very loudly and unprofessional at the cash register. No one was on the floor greeting anyone or helping, I’m assuming they are short staffed as the young lady stated “ this is not my scheduled shift anyway”. The young lady made the shopping experience terrible.
