After all of the great reviews, I went out of my way to seek there service. This company is the worst! They have an office listed in Forestville, MD. When I get there, the address does not exist. I call the company to and I’m told that it’s a dispatcher service only. I drive to Springfield, VA to see some face to face. I’m told I’ll be contacted on a Tuesday or Wednesday. By Wednesday I don’t hear anything and It’s revealed that the technician is busy and will call me back. Once the call is returned, I’m informed that there was nothing that they could do, and they could refer me to another company.

These guys provide great service! My computer now works fine and the turn around time was unbelievable! I got my system fixed in just a few hours- something i thought was going to take the whole week. Highly recommended!

Great repairman! I brought in my computer because I dropped it on the ground and messed up something having to do with the power cord interior thingie. This is all I asked him to fix -my computer also has a sound problem but since I can live with it I never wanted to pay to repair it. However when I picked it up he said he spent extra time fixing the sound and asked for nothing in return! I paid him extra anyway, but was so happy!These people are the best in this area.

I have a large external harddrive that I use to store backups of all my important video files. Few days ago I unplugged the drive while it was transferring and when I plugged it back in I got an error message and I could not see any of my video files. I was very worried and took it immediately to the closest repair store I could find which happened to be Geekabc. What a surprise it was when I took it there. Their customer service is impeccable and they are incredibly informative about the whole data recovery process. They under-promised and over-delivered. I was able to get all of my videos back. Yay!

They were able to come in at the same day that I requested assistance, and the turn around was one day. They also explained what was wrong with my computer and that was very helpful.

My computer was having multiple issues after I tried to upgrade to Windows 10. I took it to them and they were able to fix my problems. Windows 10 works flawlessly now.

My old laptop seemed to be overheating and shutting down automatically. Geekabc said that all computers tend to need a CPU and heatsink thermal paste replacement after a set period of time, otherwise the CPU is not cooled properly. They cleaned out the dust and debris from my heatsink fins and replaced the thermal paste. My laptop is no longer showing overheating issues.

Was having issues printing. This has been a longstanding problem and the frequency of print failure has been getting worse and worse. GeekABC sent over a techician. The technician punched in some gobbldy-gook and inputted some other gobbldy-gook in funky DOS commands and lo and behold my printer is printing consistently now.

A friend of mine worked on my laptop to replace the hard drive on it for me. But, during the replacement he misplaced the bottom screws of the laptop. According to him the screws “disappeared”. Luckily Geekabc had similar screws in stock and they put in new screws to keep the bottom plate attached.

I want to Apple Store to repair my Macbook, when it had a cracked retina screen, they told me it will take 2-4 days to be fix, I needed it urgently and to my surprise Geek ABC fixed it in less than 24 hours.
