I loved the staff here good service only reason I give 2 stars, I just never received a call about my glasses ever, so I just let it go to the point where I was tired because I did call multiple times. You may not receive a notice for what you picked out just saying. This was a while ago just letting it be known, they are good but you may have to press for your glasses or contacts.
Best experience ever. The staff was absolutely amazing. For me being a first time customer concerned about my vision for the first time ever in life, I didnt know what to expect honestly, but after speaking with (Dionne) the receptionist, I was put in better spirits once she showed a true concern of my eye care needs. Every staff member I interacted with greeted me with a warm smile and gave professional detailed insight with full information with me having no questions to be asked.i would definitely recommend this location for your eye care needs. A 1 service definitely. Thank you all for a great experience from beginning to end. The office was clean, safe and moving rapidly. The prices were reasonable, and I was given several options to choose from. Best experience ever!!!
I have always received good service at this location, but when I came in Last week for an eye exam and new glasses. I was very disappointed to learn that we could no longer pay half up front and the other half when you come back to get your glasses. They are blaming it on the pandemic. If you are going to change things you should put that on the website and post it as well in the center.
The office personnel were very warm and inviting. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Alexis who was very cordial and polite. She also helped me pick a very suitable pair of glasses and was very knowledgeable of the framing and how the glasses fit my face.She was very committed to making sure my visit was handled with care and professionalism. Alexis you are a ROCK STAR in the customer service field young lady! Thank you, Alexis, for making my experience a fabulous one! You definitely need more customer service personnel like Alexis. I truly enjoyed my visit. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
This is the worst my eye dr location that u have ever been to. Their customer service and attitudes suck big time. I would have to be really desperate to ever go back to that location. The only reason that I gave them 1 Star was because the optometrist was pleasant. Apart from that, this place n the employees are just horrible!!!
The service sucked I was early for a 9AM eye exam the door was locked a horrible hand written note that said dont knock use phone numbers.After I called deshawn answers the phone and without asking who I was appointment time I had he said that we arent going to see you because we have to clean. Let lots of laughter in the background no other explanation I was asked to go on line and make another appointment.
I received excellent service from the time I walked into the door. Everyone and I mean everyone was very professional and I found me an eye dr for life. Her name is Dr. Goode and she listened to me and gave me samples and referred me appropriately. Thx Dr. GOODE. YOU AND YOUR TEAM ARE EXCELLENT
Customer Service is a definition unknown to the employees at this location. I was over chargered for my glasses and had to return to spoke with DeShawn who was as dry and uninformed as a bag of rocks. I will NEVER return to this location and to think I spent over $900 at this place on glasses and contacts for my family if 5 with people who can care less. I can use my insurance and funds elsewhere.
Went to this facility for the first time last week. I needed an appointment last minute, I was able to call and found out they were booked but was told they would call me if something opened up. No more than an hour later they had me in for an appointment! The staff is friendly and professional and my visit was quick. I was able to get everything I needed in one place, truly a great experience! Thank you to the team at this location!
Refused to see me because i was 7 mins late even though they cancel my appointment yesterday because the doctor had an emergency i was reasonable they should have been too
After eye exam I was informed that I would receive a notification call or email when glasses arrived. It never happened. I called and found out glasses arrived 13 days ago. A few days after exam. No call or email. I wonder how many more glasses are sitting in the back without notifications. If it was a life or death situation Id be dead. This is unacceptable. Business is business. When i spend my hard earned money i expect good service and commitment. Poor customer service. Sorry, sorry wont get it.

Every time I come to this office theres a problem with my appointment. Today I was told my appointment was cancelled, but as usual with this office I am the last to know. This place is not satisfactory when it comes to notifying patients about their appointment changes.
All the front desk workers were great !! I was in and out in and they were very helpful throughout my whole experience. I will definitely recommend this place and jasmine was great one of the best !!
Why call and confirm an appointment with a NEW patient on a day that youre clearly CLOSED and NOT DISCLOSE that information with the patient?🤔?🤨? I waited a whole month and a half for this appointment, very weird and very unprofessional !!!!!!
No one calls back at this location, and when you ask anyone here too many question they get agitated. Was told it would take 2 weeks for my glasses to return from Lab, it has been 3 weeks and still no glasses, and no one has called. They will tell you anything to get you off the phone. Wont use this location again nor will I recommend, location on Branch Ave is more reliable, although you will get a negative attidude there as well.
All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Sat there and listened to ALL my nagging questions about my daughters vision problems. The staff that assisted her with glasses selection made the process entertaining and a game to a little girl who didnt want glasses. I simply LOVE this place and will not go anywhere else for my familys and my own vision needs.
Its has been over a month since my last exam and promise of new glasses and I have YET to receive them. I did receive a call about my glasses being ready short time after my exam, but when I went to pick them up (6/3), the prescription in one of the lenses was TERRIBLY wrong. So the rep stated he had to send them back to get corrected. A few weeks after that, I received a call about picking up my glasses as they were ready. I go to pick them up and they were STILL not ready. Not because of the prescription but they couldnt FIND my frames that I had chosen. Im not even sure if the prescription was corrected because they never showed them to me. SMH. This was on 6/14. So as of today, I DID NOT receive a call about my glasses. So I called to check the status of them and the young lady that answered confirmed that they are ready for pick up. Unprofessional. Its unfortunate because they are so close to my house, but I will be finding another location. I will send an update on whether my glasses were ready and if I have them in hand.

I was prescribed the wrong prescription eye glasses & I called to reschedule another eye exam. They expect me to pay for another exam 👎🏽I had 2 pair of eye glasses smh what a total waste of money. I decided to go somewhere else for better service! Please don’t experience what I did.
I came in because I was concerned about sudden vision loss I had experienced overnight as a result of a migraine - the doctor was MUCH less concerned with the fact that I suddenly woke up nearsighted, and was only focused on selling me a pair of glasses. I know they specialize in setting people up with glasses/contacts, but he couldnt even offer an explanation for why Id lost so much of my vision so suddenly, or if/when I should expect it to return to normal. In fact, when I specifically asked, Is my vision going to get better? He said, Probably not. What youve got is what youve got. Now lets go on out here and get you a pair of glasses.Spoiler alert: I did NOT purchase any glasses.Spoiler alert #2: Its been less than two days since my appointment, and my vision is almost back to 20/20.I am appalled by the fact that the doctor ignored my legitimate medical concern in favor of profit.But maybe this was my mistake for expecting anything better from MyEyeDrLong story short: If all you want is a prescription for a pair of glasses, then I guess this place is great. Service was quick. The people were friendly. But if you have an actual medical concern, dont bother. Find a real, private practice.
I had a confirmed appointment for 840am. I arrived at 835am and the doors are locked. It’s almost 9am and the doors are still locked. My last two reviews were 1-star as well due to extreme wait times and lackluster customer service. I keep coming because it’s so close to my house but this is the last time!

I was here this week, there was one light skinned lady at the front desk with brown/grey eyes and a ponytail. Everyone is busy working but she would rather roll her chair over to the other receptionists and gossip about paying customers. She looks like a snapping turtle with a horrible under-bite. I do plan on speaking with corporate about her later this week. This receptionist in particular is probably great with her data processing skills but proper customer service is what keeps us, the customers coming back. She may need time off to receive some kind of training. There are a lot of people with those same skills looking for jobs.
Horrible customer service. They are rude, they have no consideration for their guests. Jasmine I think is her name doing the pre exam rude af. She needs training or a different job, maybe working with the dead. On second thought even the dead except more respect then she is capable of giving. She rude they talk about paying guests at the front desk. Where is the customer service? What is the company teaching in customer service, if anything. I asked for my contacts to be shipped because I never want to go back there, they couldnt do that right! Ill never step foot back in there...... they couldnt pay me to return...... save yourself and choose another location or different company altogether! Im actively looking for a different company going back to Lens Crafters sounds bomb even if I have to pay for everything out of pocket! Id NEVER return to MYEYEDR at Forestville!
First and last visit to this location. Literally took 30 minutes to pick up glasses that were paid for. The process for service is ridiculous when theyre fully staff.

Arrived 30 mins prior to my appointment time of 10:15 am and completed all of the paperwork, but customers that arrived 5 mins after my scheduled appointment was called in to began the process before me. I confronted the clerk about the matter and when she approached the staff members calling the patients she just laughed.I’ve been a patient of Dr Goodman’s since 1998 and I can tell how the service has gone from very good to so so. If I don’t see an immediate change I will be looking to go elsewhere.

All representatives were courtious and pleasant. Arrived 10 minutes prior to my appt time; waited 5 minutes before being seen. I will definitely have MyEyeDr in Forrestville as my eye Dr from now on.
This is the worst place I’ve ever been to for an eye exam. They attempt to over charge for exams. The parking is terrible, poor lighting and the staff aren’t professional at all. I would recommend Lens Crafters over this place any day. I can’t tell you how good or bad the doctors are because once I arrived and talked to the front desk, I was so disgusted that I cancelled my appointment and booked one with Lens Crafters! My over all thought of this place is they have a bunch of scammers here. Hidden fees and some of the staff smell like marijuana. Don’t smoke at work guys..... geesh!
