The environment was not welcoming at all! As soon as I walked in! I was greeted w/ a shout “ Mam How can I help you!” As if I was a bother of some sort. At the ending of the transaction I got another shout “ Is that all for you!?” And proceeded with telling me the price ending the transaction with okay then! Not a have a nice day! Thank you for your business! There was neither, I am not looking to be catered to when being serviced and or conducting business! However being polite goes a long way. From one black business owner to another work on your delivery!

Its me, Quick Lady.... I went in here Saturday Morning Feb.2 for some Fedex shipments. The man was very helpful.They even had tape and some lite supplies to use if I need to.So I purchased a few small boxes, very small and they were like a dollar and some change each.So know that if you dont have a box yes you can bring your item and shipping label and package there.This was very convenient for me.Also, it looks like that little shopping center doesnt get too crowded. So you know Ill return. Seeing that SAVE A LOT grocery store was a nice surprise too. It was early Saturday and I was in and out.Thanks guys Ill be back soon.

I have received only TOP NOTCH service at this facility. Whether it be Faxing (sending or receiving), Copying, Laminating, UPS, FEDEX or USPS services being utilized. Followed them from their Silver Hill RD location. Proud to have this business in our neighborhood. Always a pleasant experience!!!

I love being a customer here. I originally started with them for accepting my packages years ago(since 2012). I still have my box. They have never lost a package! Even on busy days Im in & out in a reasonable time.

Yay quick and easy ! Had no idea they were here til I googled it while being in the area. Turns out they were right next door to where I was! Awesome.

This place has a wide range of services. Staff is very nice, resourceful. And give a lot of advice on how to conduct business politics and government They try very hard to cater to the black community.

The customer service here is terrible,,,Ive been here 2x within a month...1 guy stays on the computer writing emails etc,,the other smh just need a lesson in customer service...I got in at the opening hour when there were no other customers there,ask for a dolley for my box and didnt even get offered any assistance. Barely got a Good morning and left there feeling like I just walked in somebody house and woke them up..like I was a burden ..

Had to mail a letter last min so its 5pm post office is closed so i decided to come here to mail my letter but when i arrived they were closed a hour early big disappointment i been here before and had no problems so i wont down there stars rating just know you should adhere to your posted time
