Nice place with a huge variety. The associates are so good that they will try to go above and beyond to help you out. Especially the lady there, she is super nice and helpful. I just forgot her name, else i would have definitely mentioned it here.

Stopped in just to browse, after waiting 3 months for a set that we purchased up the street at Marlos, which we ended up getting a refund for because of the long wait. Surprisingly, we found an Ashleys dining room set that we loved at the furniture place and it was delivered within a week. Our saleswoman Ulche is absolutely great!! Purchase and delivery was timely. Thank you Ulche.

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I brought a dresser and nightstand from here. The dresser arrived a few days later damaged. I made several calls and emails to get it resolved but they did not follow up and gave me the run around. When I visited the store to talk to my original salesman and get everything settled, I noticed the exact dresser and nightstand I purchased were now missing from their floor model. For clarity, I purchased what should have been a brand new dresser and set. They refused to give me a refund and even called the police ( I was not being hostile or belligerent just adamant that I wanted a refund) after I told other customers who were in the store to not purchase from there. I would not recommend doing business with them at all. They will give you a faulty product and will give you the run around and never resolve any issues. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and dispute the charges with my bank.

My experience was God filled everyone was so polite and kind it wasnt about the money what I was going to pay at Marlowes for one piece of furniture I got a whole God experience so I say thank you Jesus 🙌

Terrible service period. The folks that assisted with ordering the furniture were helpful up until payment was made. The advised arrival would only take 2 weeks - it took about 8 weeks, then they scheduled a delivery date without even contacting me to verify my availability. When they tried to deliver my furniture I had to pay double because THEY were not equipped to deliver to my home and then the driver asked if I could assist him with unloading my items!! And then was not even able to deliver on the scheduled date due his own personal issues! When i contacted the office to reschedule they didnt bother to help me and sent me another number to call to schedule my delivery because they “didn’t want to deal with it” . Then when they were finally able to deliver, they didn’t arrive with all of my items and another one of my items was missing a piece so i had to wait even longer for my order to arrive and here we are again, they dont want to deal with setting up my delivery...because once again, they scheduled a date without contacting me....save your money and go elsewhere.

One thing I can say about this location is I love the simple fact that they have outstanding customer service. The staff was super friendly in very helpful when it came to my needs. They have some of the most unique and amazing furniture you could ever find. I bought a bed from them and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend this store.

I bought furniture from this store twice. They are prompt with Delivery and installation of furniture. I had an issue with my 1st order and they had me send photos and then promptly sent a team to fix it. That is why I came back a second time. They offered me incredible service and incredible pricing. Morris I believe was his name is always perfect. I shop at the location on Donnell Drive.

I bought a entire bedroom set from this store. Not even a year later and the bed frame has broke. It appears that the wooden planks used to hold my mattress is very cheap. I paid $1600 cash for the set no finance. Im getting ready to move in a year and Im going to have to purchase another set for my new home. Im very disappointed.

I recently purchased a glass/chrome bar table with two stools in addition to a king bed and when they arrived I was so overwhelmed on how BEAUTIFUL they both were and how they look in my new place. Morries was my salesperson and he was nothing short of a dream to work with. Thank you so much Morries! We was told by sake rep delivery will be on Tuesday they will let us know what time on Monday. Come Monday we was told Wednesday. Sales rep Jackie lied and lied and said she never give me a day. Well today am informed it has been moved to Thursday. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO NOT CARE SBOUT THE CUSTOMER ONCYTHEY GET THE SALE. Manger basically told me I was a liar because Jackie said she never gave me a date. Me and my girlfriend heard her clearly.

Worst place I have ever conducted business with. Please please anyone reading this do not buy anything from these people. I just reported them to the Better Business Beureau. I bought a sectional and a bed for my mother they said I would get the bed in a couple of days a month later my mothers bed has still not arrived. I placed the order on the 6th of Dec, they promised delivery on the 10th, they never called me and when I call them they push the date back to the week after. That week came nothing, they told me the 28th with the sectional. I called on the 28th to confirm and they told me the 3rd of January. I called on the 2nd of January to confirm delivery and they told me I would have to wait until the 7th. And when I called the warehouse they said I wouldnt receive it until the 17th. My mother has back pains now because shes been sleeping on an air matress whilst she waited for her bed. I cancel the order because I have no choice but to go buy another one which was delivered the same day by the way after I explained my situation. And the owner refuses to cancel the order. He said Im stuck with the bill. I waited a month havent even received the product yet and when I tell them to cancel it they said no. I am going to chanel 7 on your side and Im going to tell my story. FURNITURE PLACE IN FORESTVILLE, MD IS FULL OF HUSTLERS! Never again!

Walked in and in a matter of 20min I walked right back out. The 2 stars is for the sofas and sectionals I saw on the floor. The customer service or lack thereof showed very clearly. I sat and listened to a woman going off about her delivery being constantly pushed back and that was enough for me to leave.

Morris in Forestville is a liar I received the wrong dinning room set I will never shop at this furniture store again and delivery service took forever scammers don’t shop at the Forestville location

Pretty good deals

They deliver guys take my door off my house broke it couldnt get it back on they broke my light fixer on my house .The owner claim he would take care of it he did nothing but give a lot of excuse .I would never ever buy nothing from them again or recommend to anybody

The worst service I could receive, I waited more than a month for a piece of furniture, when they told me that it would arrive in 2 weeks. And every week they gave me one more, after what was in the warehouse? Without giving me an address or anything, I personally went to the store and the girls got upset that they gave me the address in such a bad way. Much to our surprise, the Warehouse staff were much friendlier than those in the sales room.

The service is very good but the delivery is very bad the representatives of this store are disgusting
