They are literally a rip off!!!!…do not go to this establishment!!!…I will be reporting this on the local news!!!

Went to the store and saw like 5 ps4s and lady said they were not for sale

Great service. They will give you the most by dollar compared to other pawnshops. The only downfall is the service could be a little faster if they have 4 to 5 people behind the counter, but overall friendly staff.

Because I am a senior citizen, I felt special due to the manner in which I was being treated with dignity and respect. Based on observation the staff appeared to treated all the customers in that manner due to, the immaculate guidance and supervision of manager Ivan.The merchandise at this location is of great elegance and eminence which attracts customers to this location, the staff works closely with you around your budget and make items affordable for you by introducing to you their layaway plan in which also attracts customers.The outside of the establishment is clean and plenty of free parking in which is very important to customers, on the inside is very pleasant environment very clean, tidy, neat and well organized. Pretty decent. Growing up in the hood you know what is shady and as if someone is trying to hustle you. My experience here was simple. Greeted and communication. I got a reasonable price and the person actually looked it up to determine its price. Im not sure if its because other pawns have older people but my experience with Pawns Shops in the past were insulting.Offering me $100 for a TV that sells for $500+ used and thats me being nice.

I dealt with a lot of Pawnshops over the years, I really have. And this one is relatively good. If you have some of value you will be able to get cash. BUT this is what I really appreciate, they actually look at the item. But whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO THE PAWNBROKERS at 5931 Martin Luther King Hwy, the manager there doesnt know how to evaluate up to date electronics. Go to the store off of Marlbro. Pike.

Great customer services and knowledge about their products.

Customer service was on point. I was in and out. The staff was pleasant and not pushy. I got top dollar for my speakers that I sold.

I would avoid this location, as twice now I have gone there to sell jewelry. The first time, I brought a platinum broach to sell, which they said was not real before even testing it. I assured her that it was and she said she was sure it wasnt. I asked another associate and they agreed to test it. Of course it came back as authentic. When the first associate saw this, she went to the back of the store until I left instead of apologizing. The second and last time I came here, I brought a carbon fiber Invicta wristwatch. A different associate felt the watch and said it was too lightweight to be real and that she knows Invicta watches. I left, very upset and got $150 at the pawn shop a few doors down. Their employees are very arrogant and dont seem to have the knowledge to back up their claim. Other pawnshops with the same name seem to be much better prepared to appraise valuables than this location.

I went there with a mini fireplace that is three years old never used. There were four people behind the counter when I came in the door one girl behind the counter yellled out oh that is too old,! she kept yelling that out I was there for at least twenty minutes before a guy finally came over looked at the date of the fireplace, and serial numbers. I thought it was a nice fire place cute never used I just wanted to know if I could get alittle money. I was there for approx. 25 min.before finally being told no, that wasted my time the embarressment that girl behind counter was yelling that is old and whispering to co-workers.

It was the best ! i got 100$ for my xbox 360 and some games, and thats an old console, the staff is friendly, cordial and actaully looks at the items... the best !

They really try to work with you

I just called and I have an xbox360 and the lady Jane said I would only get $20 dollars are you serious so hell no and she was saying they would only sell it for $30 dollars and thats a lie they sell stuff for twice as much and get over on people
