Just bought a new Can Am Spyder F3 Limited. Bert and Ryan were great. No hidden fees that I’ve seen at every other dealer at which I shopped. Negotiation was straightforward and honest.
I was in a huge jam having broken down on a roadtrip, with an electrical issue in my Honda shadow. Mike, the director at the Forrest City Powersports, as well as Rick a technician, gave the best and most professional help and service. Fitting me in on short notice, they got to the heart of the complex issue issue and got me on the road the same day. Huge thanks from me.
My dad purchased a Can-Am, Ryder. They went to the trouble I put it together and a brand new one for him as opposed to pushing off the old floor model I thought that was pretty cool he says the service was great they were fast to get back with him when dealing with him on the phone he gives it five stars if you get five stars out of that old man they deserve five stars LOL

Bought a new Honda pioneer 1000 and the oil light came on at 16 miles. Was a nightmare to get it fixed. Had to have a new oil pump installed on a brand new machine. Their communication with the customer is terrible. You call and either get transferred to a voice mailbox that is full or just get disconnected all together. It was 1 day shy of three weeks of trying to get it fixed. Get it home and I keep smelling antifreeze so it now has to go back somewhere to be fixed again. Also was supposed to be a full tank of fuel in it when I left with it the day i bought it. The fuel light was flashing when i got it home. Seat was full of water. After the repair my rear lights were unhooked and a box full of bolts was in the glove box. Makes you wonder where they go!To top it a off I looked up prices on honds powersports extended warranty online. I asked the stealership when I picked up from warranty work what it would cost for a extended warranty. They tried to sell me a 3 year with a inflated price. 1499.00 before tax for a 1000.00 3 year warranty. No thank you. The machine is nice though if it will just last but my hope is fading quickly!
So I went in looking at can-am spyders and found one I liked went the next day (Friday) with a check mad a great deal and hauled my new machine home when I got it home I took it for a for a ride and put the first 28 miles on it got home and it didnt want to shift to neutral or reverse (by now they were closed) I call the next day (Saturday I was at work) and got it set up to be there Monday morning first thing 9am sat there until about lunch and was told it may take a day or two to figure it out got a call Tuesday saying they had to order a part and it would take a week to come in ok Thursday at 4pm I was informed that the part was on back order and it would be a month before it was back in stock im done the machine only had 0.8 miles when I picked it up and as of right now I wont get it back until the drive out tag is a month out of date I would not recommend this business sales and parts department seem to be really good but overall not happy with my experience here

LaDonna and Crystal we’re great. No problem for them hold a vehicle for me until I could get to Forrest City to pick it up. When I got there, it was cleaned and full of gas. They walked me through all of the features and maintenance. The price never changed, it was the first number they quoted. Almost every place else I had talked to had additional fees that you only found out about if you ask, or when it came time to close the deal. Best of all, they gave me the best price on the Rancher I was looking for.
I can’t say anything nice. We went to find my son a motorcycle helmet which are on the wall as soon as you walk in. No greeting, stood there looking for 20 minutes with people who worked there walking past us. No one offered any help. Half the helmets didn’t have a price the one we bought Had a piece of paper with an item number taped to it paid 115 . Got in the car peeled it off low and behold it’s hiding a scratch!!!! So, unless you are looking to buy a high dollar ride go somewhere else. They don’t need or want your business.

The part I needed was $44.08 & not available but for $148.87 they had the whole part. Next day picked the part up Searcy store. 44 and some change.

Best thing this dealership can do is get Fallon out of there and Nikki back up there!!! I have sent several customers over the last few years and for the last 2 I know Nikki gave top notch service never had a buddy complain now the ones I send would rather buy local cus Fallon wants them to buy what she wants to sell instead of what they want and far from educated about any can am on the market.
It takes too long to get your parts back from this place it takes 2 weeks to get parts and then they get the wrong parts not very happy with this place better to go to Forest City they have a better parts manager and better parts you can get faster it might be a little drive but its well worth it
Ill have to give them a A+ theyve been good to me and treated me very well. Had to have an engine rebuild done with only 3 days left on the warranty. They took care of it and didnt cost me a dime. You cant possibly complain about that kind of service!
First visit. Dropped my gold wing off for repairs. Service staff, Danny and Brenda were great. Very friendly and helpful. So far so good. Will let you know after the repairs are completed.

I have Polaris RZR 900 S that I took in to have its ECU re-flashed about a month ago. I didnt want to wait the time it takes to ship it ( who likes down time), so I called them and set up a time to be there when they first opened . I drove from Hot Springs Ar, they were waiting on me and I was in and out in about a hour! I got home and was riding or should I say, ripping around the trails the same day. Beats waiting on UPS.k
Cranky old blonde must have thought i was broke cause i was dirty from working when i came in. Was seriously considering a x3 mr till she gave me the tude. Went down the street and got a high-lifter and i can say im impressed in the out of the box performance but i cant leave well enough alone. Oh and most there positive reviews are fake just look where the reviewers are from.
