I love it that I can go in a store and get everything I need with one stop. My three complaints are; First, there is only one or two registers open and you have a long lines of folks with buggies full of groceries. Second, have at least one cash self check-out instead only debit cards. Third, the shelves are constantly staying empty.

The Walmart Experience it was Decent Everything You need Is Upfront Besides water but the prices are pretty good for example beef jerky compared to convience stories

READ UNTIL THE END!!! This Walmart is full of non professional workers. Very unpleasant. I went into this Walmart because my grandfather passed away a week ago and I traveled from Sparks NV to help my grandmother in Lexa. My grandfather purchased a carpet cleaner before he passed away. The problem was that my grandfather bought the wrong thing, he was supposed to buy a vacuum cleaner.I tried to help my grandma and return the carpet cleaner just to exchange it to get a vacuum cleaner. I did not have a receipt because we don’t know what my grandfather did with the receipt.Vera at customer service quickly refused Walmart’s written policy that was on a sign big enough to see. I asked her why is that policy there if I can’t return without a receipt. Her words exactly “I don’t know why that’s there because we don’t do that you have to have a receipt or a card that was used at time of purchase. I then explained to her I use to be a CSM and you can return without a receipt and my grandfather purchased this a month ago. She then said we don’t do that at this Walmart. She had a 15 year badge on and I got the impression that she just really didn’t know what she was doing. If she didn’t know what she was doing that’s all she had to say.I had to drive all the way to Walmart in forest city to have the best customer experience from Naylia I hope I spelled her name right. She gave me a store credit and I got to get my grandmother a vacuum cleaner and she even extended her condolences to the lost of my grandfather.. Thank you so much Walmart in forest city you have good workers in that Walmart everyone was so friendly.

Every time I go to the Forrest City AR Wal-Mart, I am always disappointed. The service is worse than bad. If it wasnt against the rules, I would curse online about it. Hey Wal-Mart please get a responsible manager. Thanks

Jahna (spelling) in the auto center was the sweetest!!!! I had a blow out, they didnt have my size but she told me exactly where to go to get help! I was back on the road to California very quickly! She was amazing!! Such a kind and beautiful smile.

Good as long as you avoid the online pickup. Those workers dont want to work and will claim items are out of stock. You can be in store and see the item.

Not too bad for a Walmart.. but the self checkout guy (me) needs better training lol since Im checking my self out.. do I get an employee discount?

Another Super Walmart where I found the people to be helpful and pleasant even the managers.Even the young black lady who was driving the security vehicle was very pleasant. She had a great sense of humor, a beautiful smile, and a very pleasant demeanor.I guess there are still nice people around.I wish some of the other Walmarts would learn from folks like these.

Im not a fan of walmart in Forrest City. Not in the slightest. They have a store full of workers, nothing on the shelves, at the least the staff is friendly though. All self checkout, one or two actual registers open. Not to mention they dont take cash, they constantly say they have a cash shortage or change shortage which no other store within this state has that problem, so I dont understand that. Just go to Wynne Walmart. Its better. They always have shelves stocked, they always take cash. And the price are better at Wynne walmart, to anyone thats reading this Wynne is about 10-15 minutes down the road.

Never have cash payment/ cashback options in the self checkout.The whole point of self checkout is for me to be able to take care of all the things I need and walmart doesnt have to pay cashiers... Doesnt work when I can never pay with cash or get cash back.

Im disappointed. I returned ink cartridges. The package indicated exactly what my printer uses. When I placed the cartridges in my printer they were incompatible. I returned them to the store. I had a receipt showing I had purchased them there. They said Were sorry maam but theyre non-refundable because they have been opened. I said you do realize they were $48 and I cant use them. The clerk said sorry maam its just our policy. I said WELL YOU KNOW I AM LEAVING HERE A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Only stopped to use the ladies room from our road trip. But the store and bathrooms were clean and during this time thats very important!!!

Miss Beatrice in the auto center went above and beyond. I was in need of RV tires since two of mine were going bad. I arrived at 6:55 pm, they close at 7. She not only took the time to look if they had the size tires I needed, but also set things in motion for me to get my tires changed. Ezra and Jamarrius both super nice, changed my camper tires. I was on my way home to Texas from Illinois. I thought I was going to have to stay the night in the parking lot until 7 am the next morning. But Beatrice, Ezra, and Jamarrius made it possible for me to make it home to Texas without any interruption. All three of these employees should be rewarded for going the extra mile for a complete stranger. This is the type of customer service that most people only get to read about, but I was lucky enough to see it first hand. Thank you again to Beatrice, Ezra, and Jamarrius at the Forrest City, Arkansas #91 store for taking the time to help a stranger out, it will never be forgotten.

Stock is clogging the shopping aisles. Help from employees is IMPOSSIBLE to get. Checkout lines are horrible, including self check.They need more employees and new management.

Clean and organized. Not much in clothes for men and women like most Walmarts. Still a nice store. Didnt appreciate the fast grey car circling around the parking lot at night. Finding that in most Walmarts at night lately in the southern states.

Review is specifically for tire shop. Took in tire for repair. Older gentlemen checked tire and filled out ticket for service. Knowing it would be a few hours I went shopping. I called two hours later and was told tire was done. Going in to pay was told tire was not re-pairable since nail was in sidewall. Nail was in the same tread as the wear indicator! Clearly not the sidewall. Waste of time - truly think theyve lost all competent personnel back there

What can you say, its Walmart.. They have their good days and bad ones. (customer service and checkout lines/self checkout) but very well stocked with their products and alot more variety compared to the other local Walmart in this area.

It is an older Walmart, but it is well stocked and the associates are very helpful. There is truck parking here if you are a truck driver

First my grocery pickup got canceled without a reasonable explanation. And then when I took my vehicle in for an oil change the person didnt want to do it. He very rudely told me to take my vehicle back where I bought it.The only bright spot was the nice cashier who helped me with my other purchases.

When asked an employee a question they act as if were bothering them

0 for 2. Bathroom was filthy and there was no soap in the dispenser.Then I purchased a laptop through affirm, and they could not find it in the store. So I cancelled my affirm financing, but affirm is still trying to charge me almost 300 in finance charges.

The produce options were terrible. No raw bell peppers at all, the organic avacado were way to mushy and there were hardley any organic options. We plan to live there soon but really want more organic options, please!

When comparing to other Wal-Marts this one is missing a lot. It covers basic necessities though.

The customer service here, is the worst Ive ever experienced as a Walmart sheShopper. I was trying to find an item and so I asked the nearest employee and she took me over to where that item shouldve been, which is where I was before I went over to her and I reminded her that I dont think any of them are out here and. And I was right so then I ask if she could check and see if there were any of those left in the warehouse part of Walmart. Then I asked her if she could please check something, ready.

They hardly ever have what you need.

This store is used hard. Plus the staff is doing their best to keep the rain from flooding the floors with totes to catch the water.

I am a truck driver and I am thanksfull to walmart for letting us park for the night and the security guard. In the morning I went to shop for things met with great and helping people !

I am a trucker and super grateful for this Walmart letting us park and shop... even take our 10H breaks here but just from being here for 30 minutes I can already see what type of neighborhood we are in. The carts strewn all over the parking lot is not us. I just witnessed multiple guest(s) just rolling their carts any and everywhere, even rolling them into the aisle where we have to drive to get out. No care to put them into the cart stalls at all that are literally 1ft away. While I understand that some of us truckers can be a bit on the messy side, we are not the problem(s) at these Walmarts... the community is. We just come to grocery shop and sleep. I think trying to blame us for the littered lot(s) is unfair when I see with my own eyes that we go the extra mile (literally) to try and keep our truck friendly Walmarts since they are so far and in between. Rant over.
