Works BR in town.. they rarely have more than all of 6 flavors.. the employees are rude and dismissive.. and they close way before they advertise as closing time. Ridiculous that even tho I live close- within walking distance my family and I travel off post to a different location for baskin.

Went to get ice cream with the kids because it was hot out, the store was empty and the employees were just sitting around on their phones. We walked in and as we approached the counter they said that the Baskin Robins part of the store was closed. It was noon, we drove back to the house and my wife decided to call and ask for the hours and the lady on the phone said they where open till 5pm. Other reviews that I read or hear about at this particular location are mostly complaints about the employees picking and choosing when they are open. I hope some sort of management or higher level person reads this and makes a change to this unprofessional and Embarrassing behavior.

Rarely has anything in stock. Very poor choices in different products.

These hours are a big fat lie & it claimed it was just updated two weeks ago!!!Only open until 5pm. Waste of time!

Do not pay with debit card in the drive thru. My card was taken out of my sight. About 6 hours later I saw a charge that was used to pay for Microsoft office 365 family. They constantly say the register at the window is down and they take it where you cannot see. Beware.

Even though they had a limited number of of flavors, it was still a wonderful experience.

Walk in 15 minutes before they close and was told they cant serve me a milkshake because they close in 15 minutes!

Worst place I have ever been. Went 2 hours before they closed and weren’t able to make a milkshake because it was already cleaned. Then asked for a warm sundae and couldn’t get that because the warmer was already cleaned. I would understand if I went in closer to the closing time but they were still open for another 2 hours and couldn’t make stuff because they had already cleaned it. What a waste of time even going there.

Nice place to grab some ice cream on a hot day. Only giving 2 stars because the placed smelt like urine or something and I had to sit in my car to eat my ice cream and you can see the employees goofing off jumping around in the sitting areas.

This is the worst ice cream place we have ever been to. They were out of almost everything, they made all 4 of our items incorrectly and tried to hand them to us anyway. On top of all of that they tried to charge me $5.99 for a single scoop of ice cream.The people that worked there seemed nice, but have received zero training.

Got a great welcome upon entering. The staff are super friendly. And they know how to give a real full scoop lol

Worst experience Ive ever had at any establishment. Looked on the website said they closed at 8pm. Pulled in at 720pm and they were already closed. Sign on the door said they closed at 9pm. Called the guy walking around inside and he was extremely rude and wouldnt even let me finish talking before he hung the phone up in my face. I will never spend a dime here and Ill tell everyone else I know not to waste the time going here either.

Uhh...So the ice cream is hands-down wonderful! I thoroughly enjoy the (limited) flavors they have there, and that necessarily is not the problem. The core problem I have is every time I go there, it seems as if the employees have no idea what is going on. It takes forever for lines to go down, and simple requests such as do you have banana or can you put chocolate on the bottom urges them to stare upward for a prolonged amount of time as if they have to process the request lol. They are nice people, but I would not trust them for complex requests. The ice cream is great though!

Went to go pick up pizza hut next door to it and was gonna get a milkshake, they closed 20 minutes early. This is not an isolated incident either this has happened to me like three times

Great customer service

Hours are not correct or they dont abide by them. Came in a hour and twenty minutes before close and was told to pick something out of the freezer rather than the bar. Ice cream was still out but she said she was about to put it all up. No thanks, I have a freezer at home.

They hung up on me right away after I ask what time they closed!!!!
