Then look no further, youve found the place to be at.After encountering a bad experience with another UPS in the Colorado Springs area, I called and talked to the employee Pete. He was very informative, and helpful on all my questions with his answers. The transparency he and Mallory provided was amazing to say the least.Before I signed the contract here, I made sure I was not going to be charged for every little fee here and there. To my knowledge, that wasnt the case. If you go on vacation, leave for work, etc. and currently still have an active mailbox, you have up to 400 days to pick up your packages. This UPS location # 5039 does not charge you per package per day like other UPS locations might. Even if each UPS location is privately owned, that doesnt mean you need to charge the customer for every little fee here and there.Im happy knowing my packages and mail will be received and well taken care of at this establishment.When opening my new mailbox, Mallory did an outstanding job with answering my questions and getting me out of the store in a timely manner. I was going to sign up for the year but decided to just do the 3 months due to being cheaper. This was based on their recommendation by the way.I highly recommend you to sign up for mail to receive your mail here. Surely you will not be disappointed because I know I wasnt at all.

Ive never had a bad experience here. The girls are always friendly and contrary to other posters the owner is very nice. I love the convenience of hoping on the computer and printing out exactly what I need.

I was very disappointed with the lack of Customer Service Experience at this UPS Store.Especially being located on the Military Base.For us who are serving the Country.Most of the ladies clerks are polite.But the Male Clerk s very Rude and Disrespectful .I came to pick up some copies which I emailed to the store. usually the cost for an color copy is .33 cent. Well not being informed prior to receiving my copies that there is a service fee per email of $2.00. So I needed 3 color copies Which he refused to give me. Instead I received 2 Color copies. I also had 1 Cover Sheet, 2 Separate Resume. Which on the top of each page had an number on it. Which everyone knows that a resume should not be numbered.Anyhow I did not get what I order. He asked me to leave the store. Because I tried explaining to him what I needed. I paid. $11.22 for 2 colored copies and 3 black & white messed up resume sheets of paper. I gave him a $20 bill he gave me $5.80 change back. I was very upset with the way he mistreated me. I started out the door But before I put the change into my jacket pocket I looked at the receipt and the change and realized that he had short changed me $3 So I showed the receipt to the officer whom check your temperature when entering the building who is working at the door so that I could go right back into the store for the rest of my money due to me. I received the balance and left the store. Which I have no intention of ever going back to that particular UPS Store.

I understand different people may have different experiences, but Ive yet to have a poor experience from this store - I dont know if Pete is the supervisor/owner, but hes helped me a few times in person and over the phone. When I was looking to ship some packages out of state, I didnt realize it would be so expensive - Pete was more than understanding and even recommended options from different postal services that could be more affordable. He was very informative in regards to questions I had over the phone, and treated me with professional kindness.

I used this UPS store to pickup, package and ship to my house. #1 Customer Service was great, #2 Communication was even better, #3 was promised my package would arrive the following week and it arrived many days early. I would Highly recommend this UPS Store, they do care about their customers and are great to work with. Thank You!!!!

Terrible experience. Waited in line for 30 minutes and was not helped. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to downtown to avoid using this store.

The owner has zero customer service or people skills. He ran after me yelling at me as I was leaving the building, as I turned around he yanked a prepaid label his employee gave me from me that was pressed against my body between a package. He then yelled at others who stood up for me. Unfortunately, it seems to be common knowledge that he yells at customers. Save yourself the experience and drive a few miles up the road to another store. Since he is the owner complaints to UPS are ignored and he believes his behavior to be acceptable.

Best UPS Store Ive ever used. Super helpful folks working there, always smiling when I come in. They offer advice to save me money on my shipping and explain the best way to pack my fragile items or will pack for me when Im n a hurry. As long as I live in Springs this is the store I will use for every item I mail! Peter and his staff are a wonderful!

Good place to have a mail box and mail stuff. Post office sucks. Worth the little bit extra to not have to stand in line and get my stuff.

I had a package being shipped home and i read the address out multiple times and before she confirmed the and I paid. Then come 2 weeks later I get saying the package was returned because the shipping address was wrong. So I go to look at the address and the name wasnt even close to what I told them, the street address wasnt even close and the area code wasnt right. The only thing that was right on the address was the city and state. By the if a package gets returned because the address is wrong you have to pay again, whether it was your fault or not. UPS will never be getting my business any where in country ever again

Specifically requested I needed a package at a certain location at a certain time (4 days later.) supervisor at store claimed that there was a 94.7% chance that the package would arrive on time and “express shipping was not required.” Here I am, waiting on a package that is now going to be 3 days (took 7 days total instead of the requested 4) late and has caused inconvenience to what I’m trying to do. Had I known I would have just paid for advanced shipping, but the staff was adamant it would all work out.

This place has great service. I came to open a mail box and was in and out. Everyone working there was helpful, knowledgeable and had awesome attitudes.

Everything you need to do is quick and easy here. The longest Ive had to be in there was about 5min to open a mail box

Sent a package to Canada but it ended up being adbandment. Trying to retrieve the package but this UPS store kept saying they couldnt retrieve it. After calling the Canadian UPS, we were told only the USA UPS store can retrieve the package for it.

Get in, get out, no hassle and very professional; the employees are great. The guy complaining about the store opening earlier than the posted time has issues.
