Honesty with no pressure/hassle sales! Great deal on the vehicle and every promise that was made was honored. Paperwork was ready and I was in and out in an hour. Overall, very pleasant experience. I will very likely purchase my next vehicle from this dealership even though I live an hour away.
I want to give a special shout out to Bruce and Alan in the body shop.. I was hit in the left rear quarter panel of my XT5 yesterday. I took it to Dellenbach right away... both of these gentlemen were immediately available to me and very honest and straight forward. The damage turned out to be minor and was fixed beautifully by simply buffing it out.... These people are very trustworthy and I will not hesitate to use this dealership in the future.
They did a great job, my only complaint is that there is no shuttle service available.
That was a great buying experience and the staff was extremely professional. At NO point did I ever feel like I was dealing with a salesman but was just chatting with a friend. During this time of Covid we must all understand and work together and I felt completely safe and comfortable at the dealership. I will recommend Dellenbach to anyone that asks where to buy a vehicle, especially a Cadillac. Thank you.
I had the pleasure of having my Cadillac serviced at Dellenbach. The service writer Stewart was both professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my car correctly with a simple explanation of the problem. Some parts to repair my vehicle were on back order and Stewart followed up with me through the months as we waited, always keeping me in the loop. I would highly recommend this dealership for its excellent service and care of their customers.Thank you...
Good people,, great service..Still a great family company
Brought vehicle in for oil change. Service area was clean and employees were quite pleasant. I learned of an operator-error issue that was fully explained to me. Car was returned washed and cleaned. As a suggestion, if they can do it, vacuuming would be most welcome, particularly in winter and early spring.
This 5-star review is for their service department, which provided great service in my short notice emergency. I had been traveling in the Great Plains and I had left my Cadillac sitting for nearly 40 days, resulting in a dead battery just as I needed to return home to Vancouver, WA. I managed to get it jump started by had no power steering and many error codes (modern cars have lots of computers). En route and nearing Fort Collins, I called Dellenbach Cadillac and spoke with Marty, who understood my situation immediately and told me he would squeeze me in and help me out.I was afraid of being stranded in the wilderness of Wyoming or Utah with electrical problems or a bad battery, so getting immediate help was a great relief. And the service department is honest; they easily could have ripped me off by simply forcing me to buy a battery I didnt actually need, but they determined that the battery was holding a charge. I did have computer codes that needed clearing, and they had to reprogram modules affected by the low power but that was to be expected and I didnt mind waiting and paying for that. They had me back on the road on three hours and I got home safely. I have tremendous respect for the honest and hard working people there and Im lucky that I found Dellenbach Cadillac and its excellent service department. They even washed my car. They did a great job, kept me fully informed, and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. Highly recommended.
There are some issues I wanted to explain like some of the noises I was hearing while driving and I was told that, they cant go on a test drive with me and they will figure it out. Well, they never figured it out and instead they told me it was a speaker issue when I was hearing the noise when the speakers were muted. So it will be really nice if the service people who are handling the work could actually listen to what customers are trying to say.
Great people here. Charles the sales manager is just an awesome person. One of the few places you can go where the people actually care.
Absolute worst place to take your Cadillac for routine service. I brought in a coupon from Cadillac for a $50 synthetic oil change, when I picked up my car, they charged me $100 and explained that the recommended oil for my particular model (2009 DTS) was Mobil 1, so that is what they used and charged me twice as much WITHOUT MY PRE-APPROVAL! Also, they didnt do whatever was necessary for the cars computer to know they had changed the oil, so just a few weeks later the Change Oil light came on, plus they didnt register the service with Cadillac so now on my Cadillac web account, it shows a warning that my oil needs changing.
Notre better place to buy a car or have it serviced
Dont waste your time coming to test drive, they had one Cadillac car on the lot.
Received new tires. Service completed in one hour. Excellent.
General Motors says that Dellenbach is listed as one of their preferred providers and they have the tools, equipment and know how to service my recall, however Dellenbach is refusing to provide the service. I called GM to see if this is a misprint on their part and they confirmed that despite Dellenbach being a preferred provider they have received numerous calls that Dellenbach is refusing to service the recall.
Excellent service .
Had an 11am appointment for a recall issue & at 1:30pm they had not even started. Never again!
These people are awesome! Paul Myers
Subsequent to your recent oil change on my 2008 Cadillac DTS, I found that oil was leaking from both the drain plug and the oil filter. Not good.
I have never had such great service as I did with Charles and Jim.
Great professional service.
Prompt and complete service.
Friendly staff
