Liandra was incredibly helpful with answering questions, arranging the service and helping with recall info on our Kia.

The staff is nice and courteous but they are consistently behind when we come In and we have to wait almost twice as long as they tell us. This often puts a wrench in our plans for the rest of the day. I wish they would be more punctual or give a more realistic estimate of the time so I can plan accordingly.

I was there for nearly 4 hours waiting but Tracy, the Service Manager looked at the issue we are having with the Nav system and said he would look into our problem.
