Horrible customer service. Stood at the counter for ten minutes while they took phone orders. Waited over twenty minutes after ordering for a Togo order of two freaking bagels while every phone order was made to sit and wait. Good is good but over 20 minutes fir a bagel? Come on.

Ordered the Lox & Cheese. Pretty disappointed, hardly a sliver of salmon (the salmon itself was very fishy), the bagel felt a bit stale to the bite. Hardly much flavor. Im certainly not going to go out of my way to eat here.

Poor customer service. Staff took my to-go order, then chatted at length and filled orders of three other customers who were behind me. Bagels better be great, but somehow Im not hopeful.

Haven’t been here in years and stopped in on a whim Saturday morning, quick and friendly service, but disappointed in quality of the food. I ordered the veggie bagel and it was tasteless with hardly any egg or cheese for the size of the bagel. My husband ordered the classic and same thing, not much on the inside for size of bagel. Kudos for nice people, but won’t return for quality of food.

Coffee bar is gone. No decaf coffee. Cream now comes in little, tiny tubs and not insolated, sealed pitchers like it used to. No sweetener, just sugar. Soft drinks machine was broken.Things have changed at Rocky Mountain Bagel and not in a good way. The bagel sandwiches man was wonderful but the other worker seemed lost, maybe new? The bagels are still good but my bagel sandwich gave me exploding, watery diarrhea which I resented. I wont be going back which is a shame because the shop used to be legendary here in Fort Collins. Sad

Horribly slow service. Only one person actually making the orders, while others (at least 3) were on their phones while the line is almost out the door. I don’t blame the staff as much as a lack of systems or structure. Orders were made in no sort of order at all. Other customers besides myself were also commenting that people behind them in line got their food before them. After all that it took them almost 25 minutes after I ordered to let me know they were out of 2 out of 3 items I ordered.Got a refund and went down the street to Gibs instead, which was just as busy, and got in and out of there in less than 15.Won’t be back.

I usually get some decent bagels here but the last 2 orders I placed for delivery on Doordash were never confirmed. They don’t answer the phone… not really sure what they want me to do to order delivery but the current system isn’t working. Maybe they’ve closed up shop?

I went here during my 30 minute lunch break, asked about the wait and was told there was none. I waited for 15 minutes for my BLT and they gave me a bagel with cream cheese. I’m usually not one to post a review, but I didn’t get what I ordered (and payed for) and I didn’t have any time to go back. The bagel and cream cheese was pretty decent, though…

For starters I ordered two breakfast bagels with bacon, but got sausage. The sandwiches were dry and had no flavor. Im sticking with Gibs.

The fire bomb is my favorite. But only when its made correctly, which is not often and when they have all the ingredients, which is about half the time. The customer service from one particular employee is terrible and hes there often, also the phone is forwarded to someones cell phone often with no answer.

I had to edit my 2 year old 5 star review today. This is my favorite breakfast. And today was a special day so my wife and I ordered our usual. We do not have a car so we get delivery. We received 1/2 sandwiches. WE ORDERED 2 THINGS AND WERE MISSING ONE! HOW DO YOU DO THAT! AND THEN YOU REFUND BEFORE WE CAN REQUEST REDELIVERY.

My boyfriend and I come here often, and we love the bagels! They have a great array of options of both bagels and cream cheese, and their bagel sandwiches are great for breakfast!

10 minutes for 3 simple bagels and then they messed two of them up. One plain bagel ended up sliced with cream cheese and one simple sliced bagel ended up whole. How do you mess that up?

Bagel was yummy and fresh, coffee was meh and the employees were disinterested and rushed despite the lack of customers. I dont usually really care but it made me a bit nervous like I was wasting their time or something. Id go back just because the food is good and the girl with the red hair who made my bagel was very nice.

Always pleased with the bagels here. The cream cheese is pretty top notch too. A half-dozen and some cream cheese is an easy way to cover breakfast and even lunch for a day or two.

Ill keep my disappointment short and sweet. The dark roast coffee had the color of dirty dish water and seemed too watered down. The breakfast burrito I was looking forward to was dry and microwaved so the middle was cold. And then the bagel sandwich we had used the butt of a tomato on an overly hard bagel. We went next door for a much better experience.

Both of our bagels were cold, barely toasted and basically no cream cheese. If you go to Gibs down the street you get a huge hot fresh cream cheese sandwich that is so good. Not much care on these ones sorry!

This place is trash, it took 45 minutes for me to get 4 bagels. When I did get them they were stale and cold!! Would not recommend.

This is the best place ever, mostly because of the exceptionally nice young man who works there. We went for lunch today and the bagel was delicious (we had the classic with bacon). But what made it memorable was the interaction with the employee. If I owned my own business, I would steal him away. Great customer service! Hes a gem.

I hate giving bad reviews but we’re from New Jersey and we were ecstatic to see Taylor ham egg and cheese on the menu. To say the least it was disgusting. One piece of Taylor ham microwaved like the egg. After we left we realized our chocolate milks were 3 days expired. The bagel was decent but everything else was unacceptable.

We called to make sure they were open during the stay-at-home order and Lucas answered the phone. He was very nice and upbeat on the phone and clearly wanted our business. I honestly wish he worked for me because he was very welcoming. We put in our order and he told us exactly how long the order would take. When we arrived he helped us right away and when my girlfriend mentioned she worked in health care he was sure to thank her for being on the front line during this whole virus. He was a very nice young man and had a great attitude especially considering what is happening in the world. It was very refreshing. Thank you Lucas!

Honestly this place has delicious bagels. However the atmosphere, cleanliness and staff have been deteriorating over the last couple years.I’m not sure when the last time the owner looked up at the ceiling that is covered in dust, stains, broken lights, and suspicious black spots. The staff lately has seemed to not really care, effecting food quality. My last bagel had hardly any cream cheese compared to the normal amount. They were also more concerned with talking amongst themselves than helping the ever growing line.Hopefully a remodel is in the works for this place, or at least a deep clean.

Rocky Mountain Bagel never disappoints! My girlfriend and I love coming to get breakfast here. They have great food, fair prices and friendly service.

Disappointed. Asked for bacon to be crispy and it was practically uncooked. My daughter and I ate a third of our sandwiches and had to throw them away. Staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly.

When I was a student, Id come here all the time. Now, when Im in town I make sure to stop by. Glad theyre still around. Eating here brings back nostalgic times.

They dont clean anything properly I used to love this place and the food they gave until I saw one employee answer his phone during making my beagle and then proceeded to touch everything on my beagle without washing his hands. Your phone is considered to carry as much germs at a toilet and I will never go here again!

The bagel sandwiches are delicious and they sell the day old bagels in half-dozen bags for $2.50 which is one of the best deals in town if you ask me. The store itself is pretty basic and doesnt lend itself to long stays the way a Panera or Einstein Brothers would, but the food quality makes up for that. So, if you are looking for quality bagels on the go and dont mind having a quick visit, this is an awesome option. I personally recommend the New Yorker, but all the sandwiches are good.

I love this bagel place. While it might not be the most attractive on the inside, they make the most fresh and delicious bagels. Their cream cheese is also in house and tastes fantastic. My personal favorite is garlic and herb. Every one of their staff members are incredibly helpful and kind. I highly suggest to anyone looking for a good local bagel.

This is one of the first reviews I’ve ever written, because I couldn’t find an email address to privately address some of my concerns and even several days later, this is still bothering me.The venue was cute, staff was friendly, and I was provided with my order quickly and efficiently.However, the bagel I received tasted stale, dry,almost like cardboard complete with a premised microwaved egg. I have never been more disappointed in a sandwich or bagel place that I pay $7 for (I had also purchased the day old bagels because at a glance they looked delicious, but they tasted the same and I ended up throwing them out/sharing half the sandwich with my pup) - and I’ve eaten at many sketchy places, including gas stations and convenience stores.Please, please, please whatever recipe or system you’re using may be due for a revamp for the sake of all holy bread. I love bagels and bread and want to support local shops that love it too. Being from the east coast I understand no bread or bagel will quite be that standard, but I believe you can do better and I want you to do better so Colorado can have options of good bagel places! I beg of you.This was a one time experience and perhaps it was a bad batch or bad day, but I was so alarmed/disappointed at this thing you called a “bagel” and so passionate about bread, I needed to say something. Let me know if there’s anything I can do to help.

This place is awesome, small, local and the food is way cheaper and way better than chain breakfast places.

Grew up going the RMBWs since the early 90s when it was awesome. Had not been in for years. Stopped by early in the morning. The employee was not friendly. She proceeded to make my bagel and then tell me that they were out out 2 of the 3 cream cheese options. The best part was, that she kept her bagel making gloves on to run the cash register and take payments and then went back to making the next order with out changing her gloves. Very UNIMPRESSED with the service, the bland bagel and lack attention/knowledge of health standards.

I always take visitors here! This place is DELICIOUS! And very affordable. My favorite quick breakfast place! They have so many different bagel and cream cheese flavors to accommodate any taste. The John Taylor is my absolute favorite. The staff is super nice too!

I used to love going to this place. Recently, it has taken a down turn for the worst. They messed up my order every time and they run out of specialty bagels by 10:00am. Sorry wont be going back, if you cant handle basic food prep.

I love Rocky Mountain Bagel Works! The staff are always super friendly and the bagel sandwiches are incredible. The lox salmon bagel is one of the best in my opinion.

It was the worst thing I have ordered in a while. They definitely used the same knife to cut my husbands lox bagel before my cinnamon and sugar one. Nothing like a little fishy garlic taste on my sweet treat!

Used to frequent this place for the breakfast sandwiches which are gross in a good way, but coffee containers are always empty, the broken down espresso machine (going on 3 years or more) kinda sets the scene. Bagels are good though. However Ill never go back - last time I was in there I was given a prank bagel... ordered a classic with sausage egg and cheddar cheese... was given (with a smile) sausage egg, salmon cream cheese, a pile of jalapenos, pepper jack, mayo?, on an everything bagel, to-go.... very funny guys, I want my money back. BTW the breakfast aussie pies next door are much better and their espresso machine works.

Went because we had a coupon. First impression, staff was rude. I said I didn’t know what bagel to get and was given dirty looks instead of a suggestion. They had an award on the wall for best onion bagel so I got a sandwich with ham cheese egg and an onion bagel. The bagel was unbelievably hard, dry and chewy. The onion flakes on top were black. The egg patty was worse than any other fast food place I’ve been. Completely flavorless and gross texture. My husband had bacon and sausage on his and the bacon was literally all fat, no lean whatsoever, just a big piece of rubbery fat that no one should eat. Save your time and money!

Love this place. We always get the Spice Girl its a great place with awesome staff. We are sad that our favorite guy is leaving soon but we will always be happy going there. Their day old bagels are the best too. Only $2! Its a steal for 6 of their bagels.

Seems like a toss of the coin every time I come here. Sometimes the staff are friendly, sometimes not. Breakfast bagels are good, however the rest of the bagel menu is a bit gross and microwaved (Gordon Ramsey would be appalled). Run down and often out of various ingredients. If you go here, grab and go, and make sure it’s from the breakfast menu. All good then.

Wow! FYI in case you didnt know you should never have to ask for extra cream cheese. I guess its Rocky Mountain Style. If youre a true New Yorker dont go here you will be disappointed

Been coming here for a long time, and the quality never changes. Great bagels, good coffee, good prices and great service. Why go anywhere else? It was super busy today and the staff was working extra hard to move everyone through at a reasonable speed.
