I bought a pair of boots, a cleaning kit and a waterproof spray for just a little bit under $300, this place is awesome!! They have hats shirts and jackets for mens and womens. If youve never been to this place before I highly recommend it he recommended. The staff is friendly and the places clean.

Made yet another great purchase from this store today. I have bought three pair of boots here for myself in the past 4yrs. Not because of the boot quality at all. Just because I enjoy shopping here. Not to mention the purchases my wife has made for herself and our little guy. The prices are on par with every other location for boots and western wear. There is always a great selection and you can find sales on different items multiple times a month. Also, anything you find on their website can usually be shipped to store within a few days at the most.

Be careful of Credit Card theft through this store. The employee was good at what she did. Do not open a credit card through this store. I have contacted customer service and Ashley (manager) although Ashley didnt really seem to care.

I absolutely love this place I got boots a wallet and belt for my husband a long dress and 2 awesome really nice shirts for 300. The quality is wonderful. If you enjoy western wear you will love the boot barn. If you dont they still have items you will like.

Stopped in boot barn for my daughters Christmas present. We are from Texas but I was not expecting the store to be the same as what we were used to. The staff was really friendly and helpful in suggestions and fitting for this climate. She found a pair that she loved easily.

Was not happy with there service.. almost feels like because Im brown they werent to fast to offer help unlike some of the white folk who walked in the door whom they were quick to rush and offer help spent a half hour looking for a boot

The Fort Collins Colorado location was not very helpful on a returned cowboy hat The store manager Wouldnt even give me the correct phone number for customer service

We love shopping at the Boot barn but the restroom being closed because of COVID is a little too much. They are one of the only places in Ft. Collins that I know of that do not have restrooms available to customers. Dressing rooms are open but restrooms are not. Please open back up the restrooms for you customers!Thank you

Wonderful customer service and great staff! I normally buy Justins and the awesome sales lady introduced me into another brand of boots and I am head over heals in love with them. Actually going to go and pick up another pair but in a different color! Def the place to go if you like this style of clothing and look forward to some great customer service!

Horrible customer service. Rude. Won’t ever come back to this store. I bought shoes online and shipped them to the store and the coupon clearly states to do this on the website and I would get $20 off in store. Instead the manager told me I was wrong and the coupon was wrong so I called customer service. They told me to have the store call them because they were wrong and the manager proceeded to be rude and unprofessional. The coupon clearly stated SHIP TO STORE FOR $20 CREDIT. Do not go here. They don’t deserve your business.

Great staff! Helpful. Friendly. Love the smell of leather products there. I didnt think I would ever be shopping there because I am not a country kind of person. But I had to get a gift for a person with those tastes and I was so happy to see things at the boot barn that was pleasantly tasteful. Great place for a city girl!

I found a pair of boots in store and worked with a sales associate to order the waterproof pair online. Went home and checked their website and found them on Boot Barn’s website for almost $30 cheaper. I had to go back in and show them that the store had over charged me. They said I would receive the money back in my back account within 3 days. Instead they shipped out a gift card that they won’t let me redeem for cash. Called both the store and corporate office about getting the card redeemed for cash and they can’t help. I’m in awe that after they were the ones that made the mistake, they won’t do anything to correct it.

If you want overly priced western wear then come here. If you want to pay a better price then go to Whitesides. If you prefer boot barn then I highly recommend the Cheyenne stores or Greeley. Fort Collins, not so much. I’d also rather not drive an hour to town to fix my hat with the steamer and them tell me they are too scared to. This store is ran like a person who is too lazy to work

I went in to get two pairs of muck boots for work. One for me and one for a coworker. They didnt have our sizes and I asked them how long it would take to get them in. We spent an hour waiting for the two ladies to try and figure out how to order them in. They gave up on that and decided to try to get them from another store. They found one pair in Greeley and one in loveland, and they said we had to pay up front to do that so I did. Then they said they should come in by Friday it was Tuesday, I expressed some frustration with that because I could have gone to those stores and gotten the boots but I had already paid for them. One pair came in quickly on Thursday but when I called on Friday I found out they had not been shipped and were coming from a store in Grand Junction, And would not be in until Tuesday. Meanwhile when at the store a lady had earlier came in and returned something and got a cash refund, but they shorted her $20.00. She came back in to get the money and they told her she would have to come back tomorrow for it, I was dumbfounded. Why would she have to come back on a different day to get the rest of her money? Why cant the people who work here order boots? I should have shopped around first which was my mistake I just usually go here for those boots but they were $40.00 cheaper at tractor supply and they had our sizes, so that is on me. When I pick up these boots on Tuesday it will be the last time I enter this store.

Brooke was making an exchange and she mentioned really rude that the pants smelled like they where washed they were in a drawer since Christmas because we haven’t made a trip to foco or Greeley in a while it was very embarrassing that she said we washed them In front of people she could of not said it as loud . I think the whole store heard it . I’ll just stick to ordering from the brand on the website instead of being so embarrassed..

Walked in and put on a pair of boots. Walked around for 20 and no one asked if I needed any help. The store was not busy on a Saturday at noon. Took off the boots and drove down to Whitesides in Loveland where the service was excellent and I bought the steel toes I needed for work.

Horrible experience. Went there tonight, 12/28/17 at 7:05 pm. Walked around with my wife and son for nearly 30 minutes. I tried on 3 pairs of boots. I literally walked around with one boot on for 15 minutes looking for someone to help me.After being ignored by the two young girls working, I too the boot off, took a picture and looked them up online. Shockingly, they were 30$ cheaper online. I however wanted them today, but after the poor service, no way!!My wife said “thank you” and smiled as we left. The girl working the counter was looking at receipts and never even looked up to acknowledge us.This is unfortunately why business is shifting online.Why would I spend more money for something, to be treated poorly by your staff ??Won’t return

So I couldnt buy anything or have it shipped due to inventory? Sorry I thought I was a paying customer who buys boots every year? Fort Collins, or Colorado Springs refused to help me by ordering the boot we needed in a certain size for my cousins wedding. Told me to order online and they were more. Colorado Springs worker did nothing but laugh the entire time and refused to ship. The only store that was helpful in any way was Greeley by finding the boot and size I needed. Not sure I would shop for this company ever again.

Very very very poor customer service in store and out. Under trained staff doing transactions. Charged me twice (an extra 230.00) and said it will be cancled and put back in the account in one buisness day. Three days later no communication or seem to care to refund the money. Bank struggling to contact the manager and accounting to refund the money. Every time we called management was on break or on the phone. Concluded to not being able to do anything and Call customer service, maybe they can help you. So we called customer service. They said we will write a letter to accounting and it will be put back in your account in TWO more days. For a expecting family it makes us very sad that boot barn has no respect to the hard working man. Shame on boot barn.

Despite the negative reviews, I took a chance and had a great experience. The saleswoman spent a lot of time with me to pick out the right boots, and she seemed quite knowledgeable and helpful. The decor is so-so, and the displays feel disorganized, but they have a great selection of footwear and accessories.

Just left Boot Barn. The young woman working there stood 2 feet from me while I looked for new boots for about 20 minutes. She was gossiping very loudly with a group of friends. They were in my way several times as I tried to walk pasr. I didn’t even realize she was an employee until another employee asked her a question. She never asked if I needed help, even though I had tried on 4 different pairs of boots. The loud chatting with her girlfriends on the sales floor was astonishing. I also feel like their selection of women’s boots used to be much larger. There selection was really limited. Much larger selection of men’s boots.

They need to do better with customer service. Very poor attitudes, almost annoyed to help. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. I bought that exact boot several times before. And they said the the company doesnt make that boot. SO I came home and ordered them on Amazon.I wanted to spend my money local, but incompetence, and poor attitudes forced my hand elsewhere.
