Best customer service ever. A huge shout out to the store employees at checkout. They are wonderful-saving my wallet for me. I’m not sure if I would have been so lucky anywhere else.

If you have patience and dont have a immediate need for a specific item, Rack is awesome. The real secret about getting your best deals here is timing and clearance racks. If you shop mid season there will be a mixture of previous season and last years stuff on clearance. Remember, Rack is already discounted up to 70%. When a item reaches the clearance racks the already reduced price tag gets cut in in half to start, and reduces more if it doesnt sell. I have made some ridiculously priced fabulous buys! There is one caution. I went to buy shorts in May. obviously there werent any on clearance. The clearance was very lean (purposely) and mostly coats and sweaters. I bet by June, all the other clothes will be back on the racks.

You guys are back to making vaccinated people wearing masks? Ive been vaccinated. Thank you but no thank you In regards to me shopping there. There is plenty of other retail places that arent requiring masks for the vaccinated people. Whats the point of vaccinations if you guys are just going to not let us try on clothes in the store and require us to wear masks. Just stay indoors for the rest of the year if you guys are scared of covid. Ill change the review if this rule of yours ever makes sense.

I have lived in fort collins for about 20 years. I am a good worker and am half Hispanic. Regardless today I decided to purchase some supplies for the weeks coming. I had about 2000$ in my pocket with no intention to steal from this store. When I came to checkout a tall weirdo cashier in her mid 40s accused me of stealing from the store. Caucasian lady accused me of stealing because she saw outlines of shoes in my backpack. I had purchased the shoes next store at ross..It was my backpack they were my shoes, and I was purchasing a backpack that day.After I assured with receipt that I had purchased the shoes at Ross, this weirdo started to brag about her husbands clothing preferences......Im not easily offended but this was wierd.

This store is well organized and always clean. The prices are very reasonable and their clearance racks have some amazing deals. Huge selection of purses, friendly staff, dressing rooms, and a decent return policy.

Why does it look like a garage sale in here? Fort Collins is SO very limited on apparel stores and Nordstrom Rack used to be the one place I could count on to carry decent clothes and shoes and accessories. Its gone so far downhill. Handbags taken over by Nine West and Guess, hundreds of el cheapo jeans, everything all packed into giant racks like at Marshalls. Very few quality items anymore.

After we asked about price on an item and confirmed it was $3 not $15...they still rung up as $15...had to drive back to correct. 😩

Low key version of an upscale department store, The Rack has a nice selection and the quality youd expect from Nordstroms - without the price.

I went a few days ago and picked up 3 pairs of shoes none of which were over 60 bucks each. All brand new. I picked up a pair of new Nike, a pair of new chuck Taylors and also a pair of house slippers. I normally go there for my converse Allstars but these guys have the best selection of shoes for a really good and discounted price!

Good deals and lots of options on all kinds of things!

Today I went into this location of the rack, because I was looking for new athletic clothes for spring and shoes. The lack of options for XXL is bordering on discriminatory practice and was exponentially disproportionate to the other men’s sizes. Literally 2 styles or colors on every rack in the men’s section- I’ve shopped the Rack for years and have had better experiences at other locations. Since moving to Fort Collins, I’ve noticed this store has different/higher price points than its Boulder or Denver locations, and less selection or brand name variety in clothes, shoes, and home sections. I prefer shopping in person because so I can determine if something will work for me before buying...I did find a new bag but it was missing the strap and marked at full price and when I asked the cashier if there was another bag in a different color or would discount the bag, I got a polite “you can check”- I get that the cashier isn’t there to offer shopping assistance. On that note, no one greeted me when I walked in, no one was available in the men’s or shoe sections, and as I went to explore the bag section I became so annoyed that I left- since the pandemic this store has left me opting to shop at other locations which is a bummer

I had an experience where Nordstrom rack delivered the completely wrong item to me. So I went to the store to return and the current floor manager told me they could not accept this and that they could have ups instead pick it up from my house for free to return.I left the store and called customer service and they told me that they don’t do ups pick ups. So I’m feeling like I got played and lied to by this floor manager who clearly just didn’t want to help me. Customer service over the phone confirmed that the store did not handle the return correctly, hence this review.

I went their with my family looking for shoes for someone’s birthday. One of my favorite places to go. We find what we’re looking for, happy about the price, download the app to get the $5 off. We get up to the register and we tell the gentleman, Mustafa A that we downloaded the app. He never asked for a phone number like your suppose too. As a past employee I know how the procedure works. As we get to the total we noticed he didn’t take it of. We asked him about it politely he confirmed he did take it off . We looked over the receipt again and saw he didn’t and asked again. He assured us once again that he gave us the $5 off. We were a little upset about the service considering we already went to 6 different stores looking for shoes. As we were heading to check out the store manager Lauren Atkins ran to the sales counter after trying to watch us for “stealing” like any past employee that tries to shop there. The family member I was with never gave a phone number to the cashier (not that he even asked) and somehow he already had my information pulled up. I never bought anything today just along for the shopping and they were able to have my information right away. I’m sorry my family member spent over $100 on one item. Ended up returning because we didn’t get the $5 off and they left the alarm on the boots.

Oooh😛...$6 bucks for these!! Always go in looking for something else though. 😁

This place is spiraling down. After you get past the sunglasses at the entrance it looks like a thrift store. You couldnt give me anything in there they had for sale. Very disappointing.

They carry this and that, from the clothes on your back, to the nick nacks for your house.

Ah. Ross Dress For Less for the (only slightly) more affluent. I love this place. Staff is always friendly, returns are easy, and there are almost always fun finds (my Marc Jacobs totes is in use right this second!)

Found an amazing deal on an amazing shirt!

We found my wife some great, nice clothes for work and didnt have to break the bank account doing it.

Smaller mens selection.

First visit with my 17 year-old daughter. We found a sweater she liked, but it seemed like most of the close were for older women. I plan to go back on my own when I have more time to look at some business casual clothes and it looked they had some comfortable business casual shoes I want to check out.

Very disorganized. Not impressed. Realize this is a discount store but, prices are ridiculous considering the disorganized shopping experience, minimum selection and products.

So once again I’ll post my review since your store deleted it. I was persuaded into signing up for their store credit card and found out three months later that the cashier never entered in my cash payment so I was left with a credit balance of over $80.00 plus interested at this point of course. The physical store did very little to help and never once suggested looking over the cameras to confirm my immediate cash payment upon using their card that day.Instead I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with customer service and an auditor who never got back to me about looking at the footage. I will copy and paste this review every time you delete it—people deserve to know that their credit is in jeopardy due to your lack of policy, ethics or concern for solving legitimate disputes.Shame on you. I will take legal action if you keep refusing to resolve this issue.

Good priced clothes

Nordstrom Rack is a great addition to the Fort Collins shopping scene. They carry a great selection of clothes and shoes for pretty great prices. Its also really nice that they carry clothes sized for normal sized men...I used to shop at Express, and everything they carry runs small on me, and is usually cut slim fit, even if it doesnt say so. Nordstrom carries clothes that actually fit well and are high quality and cheaper than Express. Definitely a good place to do some clothes and shoe shopping, especially if youve got a lady in your life because shell enjoy it. I know my wife does!

A little hit-and-miss for me. I have about a 50% success rate with the rack. Love the shoe section.

Large store, a lot to choose from

I love looking for a great price so I was super excited to go to Nordstrom Rack for the first time. Unfortunately great price isnt in their vocabulary everything was just as expensive as everywhere else around town. The clothes also warned that great I was highly unimpressed. Fortunately it does save some stars that the store was clean and it was conveniently located.

If your looking for that one of a kind, special or needed clothes, shoes or purses then make this a must. Great prices too. Lots of designer brands.

Love this store. Clean, clearance rack deals, & social distancing.

Serves its purpose as an outlet store quite well. Definitely worth dropping in if you want to save a few dollars. Essentially, youre getting better prices but less variety. I was able to get a nice messenger tote for much cheaper than anywhere else that has comparable quality.

Expectations were met, a couple items were found and decent prices and sales. Customer service isnt spectacular, but good enough for a simple shopping experience.

I visit Nordstrom for one reason. SHOES! They carry fashionable styles that typical shoe stores dont and wont. At the Rack, the customer service is not what you would experience at the Nordstroms. The selection is typically wonderful for men women and children.

Went in yesterday to look in the plus size womens section. Its gone. An employee told me it didnt sell well. I guess Ill cross this store off my list. Nordstrom did the right thing when they chose not to sell Ivankas clothing line after the election. I wish they would do the right thing again and bring back the three racks they had for women who wear plus sizes. Sigh.

Decent place to shop but watch out for their supposed sales and discounts. Bought some clearance gear and they conveniently forgot to take the additional 30% off. Had to make another visit just to claim my $15

They are kinda aggressive about trying to sign you up for their really good credit card and ask for your email address every time.

It is a lot smaller ghan yhe one I shopped at near Seattle . The clothes sold there did not appear to be of Nordstrom standards. More like you would see at TJMaxx

Hit and miss depending whats on the shelves/racks and whats on sale, Ive left here with nothing a few times and Ive left here with the deal of a lifetime other times. Definitely recommended before going elsewhere, though, in case it is a day you get lucky....more often than not, youll leave with something for a fraction of what you anticipated spending!
