Really good doughnuts. Heavier than I am used to, the dough was fresh and tasted homemade, they were the best doughnuts that we have ever had, but the decorations were top-notch. Also, the service was amazing, super kind staff. Great story behind the restaurant too.

The Doughnut Club is a delightful donut shop located on Riverside near Old Town. Their menu is extensive and super creative. I will pretty much guarantee that everyone can find a unique donut that will suit their individual tastes. We tried the churro donut and the original glazed (I always order an original donut to taste the real craftsmanship!). Buyer beware - these donuts are huge and will almost certainly leave you in a sugar coma.If youre looking for donuts with flare, look no further than the Doughnut Club!

Odd little corner business. But wait it gets better. They take a rather large basic doughnut, dress it up, as if for the mother of all formal gatherings, and present you with a rather difficult choice. Brilliant! Perhaps the 3 best doughnuts collectively my twins and i have ever had!

This review is for the flatirons location. $3.75 - $5.00 doughnut seems very high price point. I would imagine, your paying for the Art of the doughnut. To me, this would not be your breakfast doughnut but more of a desert doughnut. When I see it this way, it makes sense for price point. For breakfast doughnuts, Ill go to Lamar, or Krispy Kreme hit the dozen and have left overs. If I wanted just one doughnut in the afternoon for a lunch desert(even dinner desert) I would probably pick this place over the other two. I would suggest visiting once. Would I go back: Yes.

Stopped in to check it out as I pass this every day. I have to say the donuts are a little pricey but they are way above the quality of donut you get at King Soopers or somewhere similar. Each flavor is vivid and delivers exactly what it says it will. No vegan options unfortunately, but if that isnt an issue for you then I recommend stopping in for a donut just for yourself. They current have 12 flavors on offer, and we got one of each for the office. Nothing but praise. Stop in and try one!-Also the protein donuts! But those I didnt get to try!

I visited the location in the Flatirons Mall. Over $18 for half a dozen donuts...very expensive. They were good, but Voodoo donuts gets my vote...more variety and not as expensive. The girl that was working was very nice and peppy. She greeted me as soon as I walked in even though she was helping another customer. HOWEVER...she must’ve called me darling, sweety and honey at least as many times as the half dozen donuts I spent too much money on. I find it extremely unprofessional to address customers with such terms.

I live this store, the donuts and the owners. Amazing food and the owners have great hearts. I did run into two small problems this morning though. My 5 year old son who recent switched to gluten free has been missing some of his favorite foods so we were really excited when I called ahead and the lady I spoke to said they had two kinds of GF, vegan donuts. When I arrived she said she was mistaken and they are only vegan. I get mistakes happen, but my son was crushed when he found out. The second problem was on me as well. I was running a little late when I got there. The lady didnt inform me that they had to make all donuts fresh due to COVID. (I know, who complains about fresh donuts haha..) but I would have ordered the few kinds they had premade behind the counter if I had realized it. Again I LOVE this store, and since these small things are easily avoidable, in the future I will still come when we need gluten-fillled donuts!

Great donuts even if they are a bit on the expensive side. Location is easily missed but youll find it no problem if you know what youre looking for. The good donuts are great but they have a few that are mediocre despite the premium toppings. Favorite one so far is the Caramel Macchiato. Never had a coffee donut so good before. Definitely worth stopping in if you have a few bucks to spend.

Review №53

The donuts here are GREAT! My favorite is the Papí! While the donuts themselves are for sure 5-star, what pulls the overall rating down are two things:1. It’s too expensive. Artisan or no, $4/donut is too much and definitely a deterrent to going more often.2. There needs to be a better, more environmental way to take donuts to go. A GIANT box for one donut (or a giant GIANT box for two) isn’t the right answer. It feels wasteful, and I’d be happy with just a simple to go BAG.

Took the family for the grand opening, and, wow! Yes, the donuts are priced a bit higher than your standard, run-of-the-mill fare, but theyre totally worth it as theyre different and elaborate with their flavors. I got the Black Widow, and the kids got Cookie Monster and 5 Second Rule (lol). They were all delicious and worth it.If youre looking for the ordinary, everyday flavors...get a bag of donettes from 7-Eleven. Every flavor at donut club is unique.Oh, and the staff were friendly and fast, and the coffee was great, too!

Not many times in your life do you have a treat that changes your perception of that treat forever. Well, today was one of those times. We went to the motorcycle rally and walked around for a bit before the kids wanted something to eat. Its was a bit to close to the time we were to arrive at a cookout with family so the question was, what to get that wasnt going to fill them up but satisfy them. DOUGHNUTS! The perfect answer for everything in the life, really 🤔. We stopped to take a look at the spinning treats and asked some questions. Turns out they had samples, lets just say a sample was not going to satisfy me, let alone my kids, or my wife. Queue in mind explosion 🤯 these were delicious! So good that went had to get more. I have tough about them since went had them. The lightness of the dough, the flavor of the icing, and the melding of every bite makes one just not enough. The balance of sweet and dough wasnt overpowering, like Goldilocks said about the Bears stuff its just right. If there is one thing you need to know about these doughnuts, its that they dont leave you disappointed, and you get the whole doughnut, hole and all! Thank you for coming to Ft Collins and I am going to be back for more as often as I can!

NIce people but the doughnuts were really disappointing. Getting home I pulled two sticky messy globs out of the bag. They dont hold up to bagging and they tasted mostly of oil and sugar. The dough was tart. I couldnt detect any apple in the Nanas Apple Pie(?). I threw them away. If Im going to load on the calories its gotta be worth it. No high protein doughnuts prepared and available on site. You have to take a frozen protein doughnut home and cook it.

Being from the South, its been difficult for me to find a deliciously balanced fried yeast doughnut in Colorado...I FOUND IT HERE! I had the Apple Pie doughnut today and it reminded me of home. Amazingly fresh, pillowy soft, and just sweet enough without making you wish you had an insulin shot afterwards, lol. I did share it with a friend though since you get to keep the hole! Its definitely a unique experience and I cant say Ive ever had a doughnut to compare it with. On a side note if you are willing to pay $4 for a gourmet cupcake, you will definitely get more bang for your pastry with these. The staff was very kind and helpful, making the entire experience one I will try again in the future! Thank you Doughnut Club :)
