Darrell came by to replace a broken spring on our garage. He was very friendly and professional. I stayed and chatted with him while he was making the repair and it was obvious that he knew his business and took great pride in his work. I called Darrell to come over and take a look at our garage door as it was not closing correctly. I also asked him to replace the weather stripping at the bottom of the door. He was able to fix the door by replacing the cables and also replaced the rollers for us as well. Darrell is very knowledgeable and efficient, as well as professional and reasonable prices. I will definitely call him again if I need garage door work done.

Bad communication with pricing and service and I dont really understand where this company located because in the address that shows here there is no any garage door company it is a private place

I made the right decision to hire Darrell just based on the customer reviews on his website. After connecting by phone he came out the next day to assess our garage door issue (17 year old GD opener circuit board was dying), recommended we install a new GD opener, and a few days later the installation was expertly done. He also assessed the door & did some much needed maintenance, and then showed us how to continue to prolong the life of the door. Hire Darrell, youll be glad that you did.

Amazing service from beginning to end. Darrell quickly identified the problem, skillfully replaced the defective parts, and conscientiously inspected all other facets of the garage door and opener. 16 year-old opener had recently failed. Darrell found bad PC board almost immediately and replaced it with a good, used board that he had. Also provided 2 used remotes that were better than what I had. Then lubed the door. All for $101. Very impressive, and a much less expensive solution than most people would have provided.

I called in an issue with my torsion cable coming off the spool on my garage door. Darrell came in the next day, and was right on time in the morning. He got the torsion cable back on and lubricated the door with no charge for parts. Darrell was adamant about not charging me for parts and services I didnt need, and took the time to show me how to perform maintenance on the garage door. He also made sure the garage door closed perfectly flush and was performing well. He was in and out in 30 minutes, and did an excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone!

When I called for an appointment, he called back quickly, accommodated my schedule and got the job done with attention to detail and quality. We talked while he worked and explained everything he was doing and why. Darrell charged exactly what he quoted, despite doing a number of additional things at no extra charge to tune that old door up and get it running like new.
