Major Issues in my opinion! Having been involved with coins and bullion for 25 years, I stopped in to see the place. First you feel like a criminal having to be buzzed in while held in a little cage and then comes the lousy selection. As soon as they figure out that you have knowledge equal to theirs, they suddenly become cool, sort of surley and seem to prefer you werent there! Maybe the business is built on making money from the ignorance of some customers since the prices are not competitive as well. Not long after my experience, I found a friend who had bought an expensive ring there and they gave him a lifetime warranty which included free cleaning anytime. He went in recently and was told that they dont sell that stuff anymore and they wouldnt clean it for him. That is amazingly poor service to me since it doesnt cost them anything. It gives you the feeling that they dont plan on sticking around and it is strange how a lifetime warranty suddenly turns into 6 months. I would tell anyone who asked me to avoid the place since better stuff with peace of mind is available only a short drive away.

Poor customer service! I felt as if I was being a hassle for asking simple questions. Uncomfortable and awkward experience. I would give a poor rating to any shop that conducts business in that manner from a precious metals shop to the place where I get my coffee in the morning. Maybe they were having a bad day and I ended up there at the wrong time. At any rate Ill never go back. I ended up dealing with Top dollar gold and they were very professional,helpful and informative.
