Nice store, wish they would bring back more of the Jim Shore collectable items, really good selection of quality ornaments, staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!!

Staff was extremely helpful and provided an excellent customer experience. Still well-stocked considering this is Christmas week. Of course hot items were sold out along time ago. Upon entering was greeted and sincerely assisted, I was pleasantly surprised based upon some of the previous reviews I had read. Really enjoyed shopping at the store!

I just shopped at the store this morning and was treated very poorly. Every associate asked me if I was ready to check out numerous times. I was shadowed throughout my entire stay. I am 73 years old and do not believe I look threatening. I finally curtailed my visit and paid for my few purchases. In previous times I have been allowed t shop, look t things and check out in a leisurely manner. I will probably go to another store from now on.Eva Lieser

I love this store! I can always count of finding the perfect gift for hard to find friends, as well as the most fitting card for any occasion. I stopped in recently to find a sympathy card for my friend who just lost her mother, and was helped by the manager to get the best card. There was such a wonderful selection! I really appreciated the fact that even though Im a Hallmark Club member, I didnt realize I could get a free card, and the kind manager got me signed up. She was the best!

I want to recognize my local Hallmark Store (Amys Hallmark Shop) for progressing forward and returning LGBTQ related cards.I mentioned to the nice lady assisting me, that I had stopped shopping there due to Hallmark corporate offices removal of all LGBTQ related items from their shelves over a year ago, and she responded back saying,, Thank you. I believe it is important that ALL people are recognized and welcomed at this store. Welcome back! Your comment and the manner in which it was stated, I could tell, was sincere and I truly appreciate that.I look forward to once again frequenting your store for all my future card/gift purchases and will definitely encourage my fellow LGBTQ friends and allies to do business at your store as well.

I really like that everyone is super nice. The atmosphere is so calm and there are so many things to look at throughout the store. They have trinkets and gifts year round that I like to come by and look at. I get coupons often and previews of merchandize in my email. Wonderful store!

The store changed ownership in Sept of 2019 and they have won me back as a shopper. The stores remodel is bright, cheery and well organized. The incredible sales associates are so helpful, friendly and they have great ideas for finding that perfect gift for any occasion.

Great service, right when I came in they asked for what I was looking for and directed me there. Then throughout my stay, checked up on me. Was super nice when checking out. Store was updated as well, much easier to navigate, however some of my favorite things sold there were no longer in stock. But overall great experience.

Both women that close the store at night, which is around 8 were real rude, talk down to me and my wife. If the transaction hadnt already been made, I would have left everything on the counter and walked outWe spent close to $300 in there. I will never be back and they will never get dollar more of my money and I will tell everyone I know not to shop there.

I love Hallmark cards, and I love to go to Hallmark stores for the best selection. However, today I had the worst experience at this particular store. I found 4 cards for purchase. When I was paying, I had to use the only cash I had big enough to cover it....a $50 bill. The clerk said, I dont know why people use these big bills! I hope I have change for it!. Excuse me, how rude! Next time Ill take my big bills AND my business elsewhere.

The temp. Manager Amanda is the rudest most degrading women Ive ever heard of. Making fun of staffs clothes, she can be overheard by customers and is hands down the most unprofessional human being Ive ever come across. she is a bully and she needs a reality check.

I was surprised how little cards they had in stock. Maybe king soopers or Wal-Mart has a better selection of cards. If you want very special ornaments this is the place to come. I bought a $24 one for a gift not knowing how special these are and how moved she was to get it. So this place can be very expensive and selection limited but worth a stop in just to see.

Anns Hallmark has a variety of cards, gift wrap and gifts. I was looking for birthday cards and wrapping paper for gifts. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff is rude and doesnt care about customer service. It clearly states from the automated order email that when you order online and ship to your local store, you will be called when your order arrives. Making a customer track down their own order and then hang up on them when you mention the policy is to receive a call is no way to run a shop. I will no longer shop here and instead I will drive to Loveland. When I called Loveland about how they handle online orders delivered to a local store, they said they call every customer when their order has arrived and then the Loveland store apologized for the rude behavior of their neighboring store. It is really just that simple Fort Collins, make customer service a priority.The store will also contact you when it’s arrived, but you don’t have to wait for their call.

I avoid going in here. They are rude and unhelpful. Wish Hallmark would do something about this store! Love the products though. The Flatirons Hallmark has nice employees.

The staff here are very rude, not helpful, and seemed racist. Not something I am too used to being from CA but was followed through the store and was scoffed at when asking them to gift wrap a shoe box top and bottom separately, insisting the item be present for sizing even though I had sized it myself. They didnt even wait until I was out of the store to laugh and scoff some more about it. Hopefully when you go Shirley isnt working and you have a better experience. Wow.

Customer service is sub par at most. Every lady that I spoke with was rude. Their gift wrap service isn’t trustworthy, they can’t even guarantee how it’ll work out, won’t even put labels on the gifts.

I hadnt been to a Hallmark store before and needed a unique wedding card. I was disappointed at the lack of sekection of cards. Most of the store seemed devoted to other knick knacks like ornaments, keepsakes, and decorations.

Apparently when they change ownership they do not honor store credit from a gift receipt. That is theft.

My go to place for greeting cards and gifts. Great staff and selection of goods

I have never had a bad experience, I always find amazing cards and even last minute gifts here. The staff has always been there to assist me if I needed.
