Really great folks! I bought a foam mattress 8 months ago and through no fault of the stores, it didnt last. The 30 day warranty had ended obviously and I was afraid Id be out of luck. The owners were kind enough to work me a fantastic deal on a replacement and didnt even ask me to haul the old one back. Theyve also arranged delivery. Even when something went wrong I was very happy with this store and highly recommend them!

Final update 11/16: Firstly, I apologize for the book I have written as a review, but I am a firm believer that its only fair for people to be aware of things, especially when dropping a larger amount of money.We ended up receiving a refund for the amount we had so far paid on the mattress and they came and took the mattress! It seemed kind of awkward in that I thought I would have to sign something or fill out some sort of paperwork...So after they removed the last boxspring I waited for a good 10 minutes before going outside to see if I needed to sign something or anything like that. But the truck gone! No goodbye, no were leaving, have a nice day!, no nothing! It was very odd....but whatever!Lesson learned...anywhere with a no return policy, no matter HOW good the deal seems, (or how great the customer service) is NOT for us!Update 10/23: Box Drop, in keeping up with their unheard of customer service, has personally reached out to me to resolve the issue at hand.Will update review one last time once the situation is completely taken care of.If reviews were based solely on customer service, this place would get a million stars....However....We ordered a mattress that we laid on a number of times while in the store. It seemed as close to perfect as you could get (considering this is a liquidation center) and we even got the cooling fabric on top, which the model we laid on did not have.The first night we laid down, we were both in shock. There is NO WAY this is even slightly CLOSE to the same mattress we laid on in the store! came out of both of our mouths. The names of the mattress matched, but that was it. IF the cooling fabric was going to cause THAT much of a difference in firmness, customers should be warned of that. Really though, I cant believe that it would be the fabric...this bed has BARELY ANY pillow top on it and feels like a flat rock. Ive taken into consideration that the models in the showroom may have had many people lay on them and maybe it will just take some time to soften up and puff out. No way...still a flat rock.... my husband and I are REALLY disappointed and dissatisfied.I am 7 months pregnant, we are financially screwed (which is why we came here in the first place) and now were back to not sleeping and getting up with rediculous back pain. I literally CRIED this morning because I cant remember what its like to sleep through the night in comfort. And if you dont know what being pregnant with ADDED on back pain from a mattress on top of the pains already involved...I ENVY you.We know what their return policy is, so I figured Id warn the world.....be ready to recieve what you did NOT lay on in the show room.Im so surprised there are no other reviews like this. We cant be the ONLY ones who were unpleasantly surprised by the product we received vs the product we thought we were purchasing.Now were screwed out of about $1,000, good sleep, and our backs. 🙄Guess we shouldve just saved our butts off for a while and went to Denver Mattress like we were going to do in the first place. Too bad desperation influences you to make some bad choices....
