Hubby was discharged from PVH today. He has multiple pulmonary emboli and needs to be on oxygen for at least 3 months. He did not get checked out of PVH until after 5pm. When we got home, Hubby called Roth because his oxygen tank was almost out. Company was closed, but they have after-hours delivery service. The most delightful, personable, professional, employee named Seth brought us everything thing we needed and some things we never knew we needed. He clearly explained how everything worked. I had the most enjoyable chat with him as he unloaded 10 of the small O2 tanks in our garage. This experience was the best thing that happened to us in an otherwise extremely stressful day.

Polite, attentive assistance, but the equipment was not in good condition. We had to ask for help with leaks in the oxygen tanks and other equipment multiple times.

Jack & Michelle were great to work with. Everything was well covered and discusses. They need more accessible business location. Very professional and polite.

I have been waiting for over a month to get my CPAP. The last contact I had from them was 05/10 when they left me a voicemail stating they are still working on getting my CPAP. When I called today seeking an update, they said they closed my order on 05/11 because they got no notes from my doctor. They never reached out to me to tell me that they closed my order. When I called my doctor they said they had not gotten any contact from Molly at Roth Medical. Very upset.

Roth Medical Staff helped me get set up with a CPAP. They taught me how to use the device. For that one time engagement, they were great.Follow up was tough. I wasnt using the machine long enough because I kept pulling it off in my sleep. Not a lot of concern from ROTH just advice to use it. I travel a lot but I was trying. I got calls from a separate group also ROTH except they were trying to get me to buy replacement items and etc. They also wanted deductibles; which is understandable but Im trying to see if the device works for me or not and the focus is on replacement pieces and deductibles.Maybe the device would have helped me but I may never know. The insurance company has cut off support. I understand this decision because I wasnt using it. I dont know if Ill ever be able to try again. The insurance company might not support that. Ive paid everyone what they deserve but Id advise anyone to push ROTH for answers before working with them. Learn from my errors, please.Bottom line, I would have appreciated long term support on top of the one-time demonstration. ROTH staff may respond but Im not interested in arguing the point. This is how I saw the experience.

DO NOT GET A CPAP FROM THESE PEOPLE! VERY VERY deceptive practices. They asked me if I wanted to enroll in the monthly service where they would ship you supplies every month and told them definitively about 5 times that I did NOT want to enroll in that service. Well somehow in all the paperwork they made me sign they slipped in the one that signed me up for the enrollment of that service even though I explicitly told them I didnt want it. So now Im stuck paying all this money for something I didnt want and they will not allow me to return it. After calling to try to get the pieces returned they basically said too bad you signed this and you have to pay.They are cheats, lairs and very very questionable business practices. BBB here we come
