Today at this store the employee failed to meet even the minimum of customer service needed. He was unhelpful and unwilling to provide any information to meet my buying needs.For example he said “obviously you don’t know what you need” my reply was your the trained sales representative amd I am your customer that needs your help. His reply was “well it looks like we don’t have what you need” I asked when do you expect a delivery? His reply was “no idea” I said will you call me? His reply was “no, you just need to keep checking”.During this horrible lack of service I also witnessed the other employee treating another customer as i was being treated.This manager and his employee are the worst representation your company you could have.If it wasn’t for another Guiry’s i went to following this bad experience, I would close my account and never return.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. I had my two little boys in tow and the gentleman who helped us showed my boys how the paint was mixed. Excellent customer service!

I just had the best experience here! I took in a can of DV paint that I couldnt open and fully expected that they would discard it and Id buy a new gallon. Not only were they able to pry it open but strained it and put it in a fresh can. They sent me on my way at no charge. I LOVE that kind of service and I saved $35!
