LOVE that you all are offering paper bags. Great location with amazing staff.

Never offered any assistance and then charged 15 cents for a paper bag that Im suppose to bring in and reuse!?! I fully understand recycling however your employees stand behind plexiglass for their protection and yet you want me to bring in a used bag? Silly!! Inventory has been horrible the last few times Ive been in as well. Not able to take advantage of sales when there are no products available.

Cant get made at them because they dont have certain things, but they try.

Always love to walk around and get some hair color. The ladies ate always so helpful and the shelves are always stocked with my favorite colors. Fantastic.

They had no idea what the answer to my question was but instead of looking it up or letting me know so I can look it up myself they lied for the sale. Not the first sallys Ive had this issue with either. Spent $50 at sallys just to go on Amazon less thank a week later.
