I love shopping at HyVee in Fort Dodge. The store is always clean. I like the selection of meat and seafood. Mike in the seafood area is very helpful giving tips on cooking some of the things we have never tried before.The pharmacy takes very good care of us and explains new medications fully.One tip I can give is, please keep the checkers. I am not comfortable with the self checkouts.

I am always stopping in at the Fort Dodge store. They do greet you with smiles and have great selection. I especially appreciate their health food selections since I have a special low carb diet.

To be honest with you, I use to not like going to Hy-vee due to a lot of unfriendly employees. Now we dont go any where else. This is only because of Jonathin. He is amazing, always makes us feel so welcomed. His attitude and energy puts me in a great mood. He is always in a good mood, (if hes not hes good at keeping that to himself at his job) and he can always relate to all the shoppers he interacts with. I would wait in line for 2 hours rather than have someone else ring me up. He needs a raise. Employees like that are almost extinct. Thanks Jonathin for making sure I still leave my house by making the grocery store a pleasant place.

I went in for a Starbucks Coffee. The ladies behind the counter were awesome. Very friendly, one of the best cups of Starbucks I have had. I am from Phoenix Arizona so thats saying a lot.

The MarketStreet Grill has changed menu (reduced selection greatly). Wait to be seated vs seating self. Wait staff needs serious training in apperance (smiles, etc), customer service (attitude) and service (waited 15 min for water after placing order).I was very disappointed in everulything but the food itself. Food was good, cooked and presented OK. But, eveeything else about it drastically lowers rating for them. There were other customers with similar complaints while we were there.

Nice HyVee in Fort Dodge! HyVee is a friendly Midwest grocery store chain. They typically have the freshest produce of anu grocery store, and the best selection. Their focus may not always be on the lowest prices, but they have a better selection and higher quality product than some cheaper stores. Theyre not overpriced, just maybe not the lowest. I find them to be a good value for quality and money. Staff is always friendly!

I ake a hyvee worker were something was thay not only told me but took me to it got it off ghe shelf and walked with me away from tje area and ask if i needed anything ease, that thay would be very happy to assist. Due to my medical condition I did isles online. I got a text from the store saying its 835 am and that my driver was getting the groceries from the store. It was 915 when they sent the text the time frame for delivery was btwn 8 and 9. Then I was notified that 3 of my items were unavailable when I went to the store this afternoon the items were right there in the freezer. Also I got a text telling me order was complete and I had the option to add a item. Well I did forgot an item so I pushed add was asked what the item was so I put the name of the item it was never added. What was/ is the point of this option if you cant use it.This experience is horrible. There was nonpoint in using this when I had to leave my house to go to the store to get the items that were supposedly out of stock.

They catered some events at job sites. Food tasted ok but 4 hours after eating didnt feel good afterward after eating the sandwich. First of all who lets cold cheese melt and puts the food into a fridge after this. When the meals were supposed to be cold, makes me wonder how if the staff did this to smite the customers wont be ordering from this establishment ever again lost another customer.

All the people are so nice and helpful. And they are quick and accurate. Always ready to help if there is a problem too. Recommened!

No issues here but this place can be a little pricey. Specifically the produce. No veggie burgers/vegan specific foods. But overall a nice place.

Some unique deli items only available at Hy-Vee.The eat-in deli experience is good.The problem with this store, and Hy-Vee overall, is that they are consistently more expensive than others in town, but many will gladly pay the premium for the slightly better experience.

Slow when need help even buy manager no name tags need help for im disable military person stuck in wheelchair need someone to push cart for I cant push myself .Then when I ask someone where something is they tell me they are busy and dont have time to help me.Was very busy and dont have time to help me but someone else asks that person they help them when person comes back I ask this person whats the deference between them and me except that person can walk and i cant then they walk away from me and sticks nose up in air and dont day nothing to me .I was going to be spending around 400.00 dollars or more was going to have a wake for another trooper of mine or fellow soldier friend of mine who I lost in war on a mission with me while I lost a total of three of them altogether which we where all together .Ended going some other place to get most all my stuff but stuff like this has happened before

Sale prices are great its fast and easy they are helpful

Their store brand products are always really good and low priced. Always have great deals on everyday items.There is always an employee close by to help you when needed. Produce isnt always the best but is good often. The bakery gives a free cookie or you can have a free banana which I thought is pretty cool.

I am a regular customer. When you are looking for something they will have it.

Its the best ice cream in Webster Couty and beyond with alot of flavors to choose from and they also serve dairy free ice cream and last bit not least....you get the most for your dollar by far! Worth the wait in the line of cars!
