Love Kays! They fixed my wedding ring Ive had for 28 years. It looks brand new! We will always go to Kays. Customer service is amazing and love the selection they have!

I love this store! I live in Eldora and I will make the drive to Fort Dodge over any other store. Ive been to Kays in Ames, Waterloo, even stores in other states, and Ive had so many bad experiences. But with Fort Dodge Ive always recieved excellent service with a smile. Highly recommend!

We originally bought a ring from Wal-mart, on the condition we could bring it back for re-sizing. On our way to resize the ring, we called, and Wal-mart was not able to resize, so we called Kay Jewelers in Ft. Dodge, and they were willing to measure and resize the ring from Wal-mart. When we arrived, instead of what we originally went there for, I told my wife to look around, if she found something she liked, we would just return the other ring. 1 hr later, with much help from the 2 ppl who were there, we had a MUCH better quality ring, and a happier wife! Would DEFINITELY recommend, and we WILL be repeat customers!

I did not have a good experience at all.workers were RUDE!THAY ACTED AS IF I WAS AN INCONVENIENCE I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY. MY HUSBAND AND I JAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT KAYS.WE WILL NEVER GO IN TO THE FORTDODGE STORE AGIAN.ITS SO SAD WE CANT SHOP LOCALLY ..NEED NEW WORKERS!!,AND BETTER TRAINING ON HOW TO HANDEL GOOD CUSTOMERS.

The staff at this location show outstanding costumer service! I will be a Kays costumer for a long time with this specific location :)

Good place but Im not the one who got something.

I can’t speak for the jewelry there as I came in for a simple watch battery replacement. The two female employees that were working were very kind and helpful. The employee that changed the battery was up front with me that she did not have the proper equipment to reseal the water resistant seal completely. I was ok with this. The watch is my Father’s and I don’t see him going diving 100 meters under water anytime soon. Haha! I appreciated her honesty and she had it done within minutes. She set the date and time for me too. Both ladies were professional and provided great customer service.

Not good. They were suppose to fix my wifes ring. It took over 2 months and it looked horrible. Worse the manager tried to pass it off as being ok. Very disappointed.

Cookie cutter jewelry. Not high grade. I wouldnt buy from them. The clerk I spoke with was unfamiliar with the pieces and the only thing she knew about was the extended warranties on everything, which she pushed right from the start. Training is sub-par.
