I stopped in the store requesting a replacement part for a casement window that is 40yrs + old. Patti was extremely helpful in translating my lack of window terminology into the exact part I needed. Because of the age of the windows, Patti needed to do research to get a part number. To my surprise, Patti called me a week later and said she ordered the part and it was in! Patti Davis went above and beyond in assisting us with a problem we had with our Pella Patio door. The small tab that operates the enclosed shade had broken off both window in the French door. She did extensive research trying to find a solution, unfortunetately for us, the only option was total replacement of the windows for over $700. She then installed the new panels herself to ensure we had functioning products. She has been professional and knowledgeable in her assistance in this matter.

We have worked with Pella for several years and various projects now. Our sales rep is very responsive to both email and phone messages, and has always been on time. He works well with our budget and is always upfront about what the costs will be. The installation crew members are wonderful and efficient. They also do a great job cleaning up afterwards. When Ive come home to let the dogs out during installs, theyre always polite, and have been great dealing with our large and friendly canines.
