The service rendered at this business, if you can call it that, is PISS poor. My mother ordered a couple couches and a stove on last weekend (April 25th) to be dilevered on yesterday (May 1st). On the day of ordering and multiple days leading up to the delivery she informed the store associates about a graduation dinner reservation at 6pm on May 1st. The morning of the delivery she called for an eta and was told the items would be delivered around 4:30/5pm. She asked the associate if the delivery could be made any earlier and after (supposedly) contacting the driver was told the truck was packed according to a specific route, beginning in West Broward. She then asked to rescheduled since she communicated on multiple occasions about a prior special arrangement. The store associates proceeded to tell her she would still be charged $100 for this delivery and would be charged again for the actual delivery. Needless to say my mom was distraught when the truck arrived at 7pm. To add insult to injury, the driver told her that they could have, in fact, delivered the order earlier had the store associates contacted them. Had she raised me with any less decency Id make a trip to the store and personally knock everything over. What type of business is this!?

Customer service is terrible. I received a damaged tv and they gave me the run around on getting it replaced! Don’t order anything from them. Just ridiculous

Very affordable and wide variety of furniture

G M i am not happy al all with them first things first when me and my husband got there inside no one asked us may they help us or nothing my husband is in a wheel chair we came there to get a bedroom set for him we had been in there for about 30 minutes to 45 minutes and no one i mean no one ask us can they help us at all so we just looked around by ourself it was only 3 people in the store and i seen one lady helping her the other two was behind the counter talking i know they seen us because the lady who was helping the other customer pass right by us and didnt say anything didnt even speak than two more people walk in and that same lady was helping them an no one still didnt ask us if we needed help so we just kept looking around but when the lady came down stairs i spoke than she ask is anyone helping you my told me not to say nothing but i did i really dont think that was right but we will not be going back so we went to Rooms To Go and it was so different so good but i will be calling the main office after Christmas you all have a happy holiday god bless.

Customer walking around in the store eating chips and drinking sodas with no mask on did not appreciate that at all no one said anyting

I bought furniture 2 months ago and have been promised my dresser and damages upon delivery would be fixed and still get no returned calls nor anyone responding to my emails. But they sure to take there payments out like clock work. I have called for days n days......nobody responds or ever picks up the phone, I have waited up to 80 mins for someone to answer n nothing. Shop elsewhere, it’s been a headache from day 1.

Excellent customer service from the gentleman Bryion (I apologize if I spelled it incorrect). I came in only to look and left with a beautiful coach that comes with pillows. He even gave me wonderful pointers on how to bill my credit which I had no idea I even qualified for.I even appreciated the non but friendly social distant contact everyone displaced while assisting me during this process this was my first time buying a couch and I must say it was a wonderful first time experience thank you again.

Bad service, ordered a sofa and a desk and the sofa has such a bad paint like smell i’m hoping it’ll wear off soon. The delivery men looked unprofessional like normal street people no uniform and one of them wasn’t even wearing a mask!

STAY AWAY! They are crooks and dont know how to provide fair customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY! I got a stain on my sofa which should have been covered under the warranty. So when I called customer service they didnt send someone until 6 days after! Now they are being sleazy and say that its not covered because its accumulated stains/damage over time. They said I should have reported right away, which I did. I will never recommened or purchase from this company again.

Badcock & More Home Furniture (Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL) is an excellent furniture store and more! I rate it best for customer service, cleanliness and quality. The entire staff that I interacted with was welcoming, personable, very polite, dependable and prompt. Don H (the assistant manager) and Ms Annie were extremely helpful, reasonable, and polite while helping me. They actually made my day. I walked in that store with a lot on my mind and God placed these two angels before me. Ms Annie was a sweetheart. She was very knowledgeable when it came to the furniture and sales. She helped me remain in my price range. Also, she never grew weary or inpatient with me. The assistant manager Don worked with Ms Annie and I. He made sure I was taken care of and made my load a lot lighter than what I anticipated. Lord knows when I walked in there I didn’t think I would be leaving being able to get everything I needed. Don made sure I got what I needed and more. He was amazing. The entire staff was pleasant. There was another young lady there but I didn’t catch her name. She didn’t help with my purchase but she made friendly conversation with my sister and me as we waited. The young man behind the counter didn’t talk much but he smiled and made friendly gestures. While being there, I noticed how attentive they all were when customers walked in. They make you feel like you’re being welcomed into a home. I was quite taken with the great customer service, cleanliness and excellent quality of this store. I walked out of this store feeling so blessed and I will be forever grateful for all they did to help me! Kudos to Don and his staff!!!!

I had a fantastic experience in the sunrise Blvd location. The staff was amazing, both helpful and friendly. The inventory is huge with endless options for all home furnishings. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family. I will certainly shop here again. Thank you!

Easy financing .. Nice furniture.. Fair prices

Store was not the greatest furniture store I visited. I give 3 stars because the people working there are doing their best to help customers, guide them with their questions and give them space when they need it.But if I had to go shopping for furniture and I have a car, I wouldnt stop by this store at all as choice is quite limited.They have a clearance area on the 2nd floor which is probably the most interesting feature of the store as you may find some bargain appliances or other piece of furniture.

The Worst Customer Service Ever!!!Badcock Home Furniture & More in South Florida has horrible customer service.This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company.I called in to report a problem about some furniture I had purchased from them and they asked me to take photos of the future.I did everything they asked me to do, then they sent out a technician to do nothing more than take 3 photos of the furniture and then the so called furniture technician left.I received a call from Badcock Furniture & More telling me they would be replacing the piece of furniture that I had reported to them.They Told Me They Would Come On One Day Then They Changed It To Another Day Causing Me To Change My Plans For Two Days In A Row, Then They Called Me At The Last Minute To Tell Me That They Would Not Be Delivering The Replacement Item To Me Again.They Claim That They Made A Mistake And Didnt/Couldnt Find The Item In Their Warehouse.A TOTAL MESS I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BADCOCK FURNITURE & MORE AGAIN!!!THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY DONT KEEP THEIR WORD TO CUSTOMERS.DONT SHOP THERE AND NEVER PURCHASE A WARRANTY FOR THEM ITS NOT WORTH IT AND THE QUALITY OF THE ITEMS ARE NO GOOD!!!

Badcock is a great furniture store and I realized that when rooms to go was closed and I saw this advertisement about badcock I asked my mom about it and she said its a great store and she gave me directions to it and when I went in it was huge! So much furniture and I found the perfect bed

Everyone was friendly but the furniture, in my opinion, is cheaply made. After my bed broke after 14 months, I called. Someone came out to look at it and said it needed to be replaced only to get a call from the store that it couldn’t be replaced. I was offered 25% off a new bed but I just paid about $1200 for it 14 months ago. Long story short, I went to Rooms To Go and was offered a 3 year warranty, in the event something happens.

This is the terrible customer service ever !!!!!! They dont care about buyers!!!! We called to this store asked about specific item, one of the assistance told us that they have it!!!! This store location pretty far away from ours apartment! We came to buy it!when we was coming we had surprise! They havent brand new one item ... They have just on a floor ... No one told us about it in a phone !!!! They dont apologize! And even doesnt try to help us find smth familiar!!!!! Terrible service! Unfriendly staff!!!!!! Never go back !!!!!

Ive been dealing with badcock since I was 18 and they used to have some good sturdy furniture but now it seemed like when the furniture get home it doesnt last long like its cheap 🤔 but not cheap prices so I can imagine if I did buy the cheap furniture it probably wouldnt last 6 months

The worst delivery I’ve ever seen, customer service can’t contact their drivers . The drivers takes 5hours from delivered time to get to u, their movers don’t care for the products or customers . I should’ve just went to rooms to go .

The first set of drivers brought the wrong headboard instead of king they brung a queen and then was frustrated about it thank god there was some smart people who came from badcock and assemble it up right.

Horrible the 1 st set of furniture I ordered never came then a month later they told me I had to get a different set which was more expensive then it took them forever to deliver it the headboard was broke an so was the dressor they change it out several time for the same reason the deliver guys left all there trash on my lawn then they said they would credit me for all of the hassle well Im still waiting for the credit as of today I was warned I shoulda stayed away!!!!!!!

Mr. Manager is very rude to the customer. A bit rude.I bought a sofa and it was broken and it was a struggle to get it taken away. The bank has requested the refund and it has been more than 15 days and nothing, but also it will only return what I paid with a credit card, the difference in cash I do not know where it went.The sofa was picked up by the same store manager and not a receipt that he took it he wanted to leave me.I never buy at that branch again.
