I would HIGHLY recommend this paint and body shop. Talk about great customer service all around. Christine in the office was very easy to talk to and took care of all the billing with the Insurance company for me. Christine also kept me informed every step of the way. When speaking with Ron about how bad the damages were to my vehicle, you knew he was being upfront and genuine. Everything done was fairly priced and the work done was EXCELLENT! I have gone to Ramseys multiple times for car repairs and each and every time they have exceeded my expectations and had my vehicle completed in a timely fashion. Overall, great customer service and communication and Id recommend to any one in need of body repairs.

I was worried because all I hear is about the back order on parts but Ron and his team got the car in and out quicker then expected and 5 star quality.

A wonderful team of professionals. Repaired all the scratches and dents in my Tesla for a reasonable price. Gave me good advice on how to repair the body damage without gouging me. I was referred to this body shop by a friend and they were very pleasant and worked well with my insurance. I didn’t have a lot of money to put towards the car getting fixed, due to COVID, but they helped me through reasonable pricing and fast service. They were done fixing my car within a matter of days; brought it on a Monday and picked up by Thursday. I had a couple of concerns after the job that they helped me fix and everything appeared to be as good as new. I would highly recommend them!

Ron took my 2007Jeep that was sun worn, dinged, dented, and tired and made it look better than new! I will return to Ramsey Paint & Body for any future needs and I highly recommend.

Ramsey took great care of my Cadillac, my pride and joy. I had some dents and scratches on front bumper, other places had quoted me hundreds more than what Ramsey charged. The end result, they pulled the bumper and repainted. I had a metallic flake paint and they did a great job matching the paint!All the staff was friendly and helpful, which is nice when you live in area where dents and scratches are life.Be right back, Tuff

Ronald R. did a great job in fixing my car after my accident and he made it look like new. He went above and beyond the call of duty and charged an extremely reasonable price for his service. If my car ever needs auto body or paint work again I won’t even think twice of who I will trust with that work. I’m definitely very pleased.

If I need to explain in details... this place does not deserve even one star, specially Ron.Car took too long to be done, couple spots where you can notice unprofessional job done... I bring it back, and again couple day without car, just they can fix their mistakes,And on the end I took it the same!!! They didn’t even blend the paint, so you can exactly notice the spot where they been painting!Just bad service! I won’t be back!

If you need a body shop this is the place to go. We had a little fender bender with a friends car on our vacation and they took care of it in a really timely manner. The work was excellent and they are such nice people. Honest, kind . Dependable professionals!!

Got my car back yesterday and I have to say that I am super happy with the results! I love my car and became disillusioned when it was hit (dented /scratched ) on my driver’s side one month ago. I had a dent on the right side and decided to have this fixed as well. My Lexus SUV looks new again ! Great job!

STAY AWAY . . . .On two different occasions, this shop has botched the job.Job 1. In an effort to save time, it looks like the bumper on the first car was painted outside because there was bumps from debris all over. After seeing the shotty job, I asked them to fix the issue and they burned through the clear coat but claimed they would warranty any issues.Job 2. They had this car for a week. This time the orange peel was so bad, the bumper looked like it came from a different car. In addition, the car was not washed so that the color match could be determined. I had to wipe it down myself. The car was sent back and came back even dirtier than before. When I brought this up to the owner (Ronald), he said that I should have washed it before i brought it in, lol. Unfortunately, the job was not yet complete because the fog lights were installed incorrectly. After having to argue with Ronald multiple times, he reluctantly ate his words and fixed the fog lights.Im not sure why I gave them a second chance but I will sure as hell not give them a third. Ronald will not stand by his work and will try to argue his way out of fixing the poor work done at his shop. Do yourself a favor and dont give them a 1st chance to work on your car.Lastly, Christina, the office manager, is really nice. Unfortunately she is not the one doing the work on the cars or calling the shots.

The service they provide isnt something you find often anymore. Do yourself a favor and go in.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop. I brought in my Pathfinder with extensive damage. When the repair was completed, it was as it I received a brand new truck. Ron, the owner, was excellent. He was extremely honest and courteous.

This place apparently has enough business where they can screw around with people. I called to get a ballpark figure to paint two panels with no damage on my vehicle to see if it’s worth driving across town to them and they wouldn’t give me any figures over the phone and said I have to come in. So I make the trip across town and get there just after 3 and I’m told the guy who does the quotes already left and won’t be back until tomorrow and will still not give me any ballpark figures even though I’m there with my vehicle! The guys there just laughed sarcastically at the situation. Piss poor way to do business. If this is how you treat potential customers I’d hate to see how you treat your actual customers.

AMAZING! Before bringing my babies in the last 2 years to Ramsey I shopped at other places like everyone else, including Autonation, and some of the other neighboring ones in Lauderdale, but they either were unreasonable and much overpriced, questionable looking, or had poor upfront service. Did not know what to expect from Ramsey, but felt at ease when I found out that they do work on exotic cars and also service all vehicles for the SIXT Rental Car Agency, which have some very high end rentals. This meant that they had to be reputable and their work had to be quality. Speaking with the owner, he seemed very honest and experienced having a good history in the work. When I found out about the price which was too good to be true I would be stupid not to try them. So it turns out that in the past two years I have not only brought my Mercedes 2016 GLC 350 but also my 2005 BMW 3.0 X5. The X5 had some major structural and mechanical damage after being crashed into a tree by my son, but I was very surprised with the low price and the great quality of the finished work. For these reasons I was prompted to give a business like this some more visibility by at least writing a great review because they deserve it and they deserve your business!
