Honestly great experience working with the team at Grieco Chevrolet. I found the car I was interested in online and requested for more information. Very quickly I received a response and eventually scheduled a time to come in and see the car. I arrived 30 minutes early, and the car was all ready to go.The buying process was easy. OnStar sent me monthly notifications that I had a weak battery in my 2021 Corvette after the transmission was replaced. I took it to the dealership and quickly had their Corvette Tech check the problem. They kept it overnight to check for a leak down but nothing could be found. I feel that they checked it as best as possible but I will keep an eye on the situation. They arranged for my transportation to and from the dealership and Jonathan the Service Advisor has been great to work with.

Never buying a car from them again. When I first got my car on lease they took advantage of me and sold me the most expensive insurance to find out later on that nothing they promised it would be covered was, in fact, covered. When I bought the car they would give me different buyout prices every single day and they promised to fix some little things on the car due to the misunderstanding with the insurance. That never happened. The manager Feliciano has absolutely no word. I won’t ever do business with them again. Run from this dealership. They are liars.

My name is Eric Clay and I want to show you why you should seriously reconsider buying a car from Grieco Chevrolet of Ft Lauderdale. I purchased a car from them a week ago ( 10/22/21 ) and I have been trying to resolve these issues for a week now.First of all, I was lied to, or at least, grossly mislead. Because we live almost 3 hours from Grieco ( and not wanting to spend hours at a car dealer ), I wanted to finalize a sales agreement over the phone before making the trip. After a few phone calls between “ Eric “, the salesman, and myself, we were able to come to an agreement. He emailed me a copy, in writing, of the sales agreement signed by him and a sales manager with an “ out the door “ total price.I questioned the $1495.00 charge for “ CERTIFICATION “. I was ASSURED by my salesman that this was a“ necessary “ charge and it would guarantee an extra “ bumper-to-bumper “ warranty for another 23000 miles, the FIRST lie! The finance man, Danny, said NO, this $1495 charge was for only 12000 miles or 12 months. If I wanted coverage for 24000 miles or 24 months, I would have to pay ANOTHER EXTRA $2000. I would not have paid the extra charge for a CPO, if I had been told this in the beginning. If you do go, by all means, avoid having to deal with Danny!Now, as to the price of the car. The internet had one price but my paperwork showed a different price of an extra $2059.00. I asked for a breakdown of the price difference, but they couldn’t or wouldn’t give it to me! That seems like a very shady or dishonest way to do business! My total out the door price was $623.00 higher than the price that we had agreed to. Danny tried to give some “ mumbo jumbo “ as to why there was a difference, but none of it made any sense! To top it off, I still have not received any paperwork to show that I even have this grossly overpriced CPO certificate.Also beware, they will try to charge you an extra $1000 if you don’t have a trade in vehicle and an extra $1000 if you don’t finance! I wanted to pay in full, but that is not good enough. REFUSE to pay these charges, I did!What would I like to have happen? At least, I feel I should be refunded the $623.00 that I was overcharged between the agreed upon price and the price that I actually paid. I also feel I should get the full extra 23000 miles “ bumper-to-bumper “ warranty coverage that I was promised in the beginning for the $1495 that I paidIn summary, I feel that I was lied to and overcharged for “ BS “ items. I am not saying that this happens to every customer, but this was my experience. I will NEVER purchase from or recommend Grieco Chevrolet of Ft Lauderdale to friends or anyone! All I can say is “ Buyer Beware “, check everything before you sign! Good luck with them, if you decide to overpay at Grieco.

Alex and Eric were accommodating. Unfortunately for the second time now I looked at a vehicle that could have been presented better. The first time was in their Delray Beach store. Just a little TLC goes a long way. Foggy headlight covers dent on the back bumper, just faded paint in certain areas. Presentation of a vehicle is important to me. It has to look decent. Had it been detailed and been more presentable it would have made a world of difference. Good luck fellas

Everything was okay day I purchased the vehicle, salesperson, finance person and sales manager was very polite. Only part I couldn’t able get enough information about futures about the the car because no one was knowledgeable enough about the product. (He told me I can’t record more than 15 minutes on performance recorder but I found out I can record 320 minutes high quality video or 1000 minutes low quality video on 32gig SD card)Vehicle has two open recalls, PDI not done properly ducts for brake cooler was sitting in the bag in trunk. (Pictures attached) OnStar wasn’t working because has electrical problems. Performance video recorder wasn’t working because electrical problems. (Pictures attached)Next day my repair shop put on the lift to install those unfinished PDI parts to the vehicle found nail in LR tire. My service advisor called road hazard warranty I purchased same day with vehicle and they told warranty wasn’t processed yet. I text sales person and he said he’ll take care of it right away and waited 6 more days to call road hazard company and they said still not processed. I text back to salesperson (Eridan) never get back to me. Also didn’t want accused any one until make sure but I had $730 cash in the center console of vehicle I traded in. That also missing . I am very disappointed with your dealership after sale.

Glad we didnt buy here. Went to dealer to inquire about a new Corvette. Yeah we know hard to get etc... etc.. etc... They gave us a very hard time....not sure why. We didnt go in wearing a suit or dress. Maybe we look young but have more than the means to purchase one. Salesman acted like we were a bother as well as another guy assuming manager. Would never buy a car here. Have purchased quite a few cars from 16 to my current 35 years and have never been treated this bad. They actually did us a favor as we found exactly what we wanted, more options, several thousand dollars less.

Whatever you do car repairs well well I dont know about other people but I was a wreck inside. because it was extremely expensive I paid over $1,538.83. Know what else I forgot to mention there are always to Sizes to each one of my experience. I just hate when that happens. but those Guy they did a lot of work and a lot of work had to be done to my Chevrolet Equinox oh yeah! and it also has some age on him. So whenever I do car work repairs I have a bad attitude and I get upset easy but let me tell you those guys no matter what I dish. They took care of my Equinox they washed it. oh yeah they also reimburse me some money back will I tell my friends to go there yes indeed Im totally pleased. it was so dirty they clean In & out. So when you go there Mike is the manager that will work hard for his customers. A beautiful man but actual ask for Mr. Ruben Perez. Why because he works extremely hard for you also.Those guys they worked extremely hard so go down there and you wont be nowhere near any disappointment whey because they actually care. Very lacking when it comes to customer service. I was following a vehicle they had posted last week but “still needed to get inspected” for me to purchase. While the miles they had listed online were incorrect I didn’t have a problem with it simply because the vehicle I was trying to purchase still had good miles and the price they had was also great. Was calling multiple days to inquire about the vehicle and what steps I needed to provide to purchase the car. The vehicle in question was very sought after and because of that I was thrown to the bottom of the barrel. Since I was calling about the vehicle and I live I Chicago, IL the amount of effort put into the deal for me to get vehicle dropped significantly. I let them know that I wanted to secure the vehicle even if that meant I needed to purchase over the phone or by whatever means necessary. Since there was a lot of interest by multiple parties I unfortunately was not able to purchase the vehicle before someone else and was told that I would be getting a call back as soon as they had the paperwork ready. I’m just glad I didn’t buy plane tickets to go pick up the vehicle as I was very close to doing so. Customer service was definitely thrown out the window buy them and I guess I should’ve expected that since at the end of the day they just want to sell cars and since I’m not a local my business would not be felt by them. Hopefully I can find a mom and pop shop where I can find the vehicle I’m looking for instead of going to a corporate dealership. Not everyone in this dealership is all bad but I ran into more than one person with very bad customer service and with very little intent of helping me purchase the vehicle I was trying to get from them. At the end of the day it is what it is sad I couldn’t get the vehicle but hopefully people will read this review and think twice before purchasing a vehicle from them because at the end of the day they don’t look at you like a human being when they see a person walking through their doors they either see money signs or get him out of here as soon as possible he’s not gonna buy.

I recently applied to the job and got hired they started to train me even though the paperwork was not made. I was excited to learn a whole new experience as a salesman my coworkers were very nice. On the second day comes through they wanted me to start talking to customers which I did, when i got my first customer and the deal was happening one of the managers took me out and put another salesman when it was my deal.As a person who earns money on commissions starting with the wrong foot does not make a place to work in. I told the manager i was quitting and to pay me for the hours of training and he manager Feliciano laughed, there should be no place that somebody is going to work for free. Do not support this type of manager. What serious company does this type of things?

Ordered some accessories on Monday. They called Tuesday to tell me they arrived and asked when I could come in to have them installed. They told me to have the car there Thursday at 8:30AM and they would take care of it.Arrived at 8:15AM on Thursday...took almost an hour to drop off my car. At 5PM I still hadnt heard from them regarding my car. I called the Service Advisor Khai who told me they were working on it when he left and they close at 6. So I arrived at 5:30 to be told by the Service Manager Michael Sherota THEY DIDNT TOUCH MY CAR ALL DAY. So in other words I wasted a whole day without my car while it sat parked in a parking lot.This is the second terrible experience I have had with Greiko Service Centers (previous issue with the Ford dealer) and will NEVER do business with them again.Totally opposite of the dealers that I am used to dealing with.

I had an initial problem with my car service, but was VERY pleasantly surprised that the Service Manager called me directly and we resolved the situation immediately. Also, my service technician, kai Andrews, was and always has been fantastic. I am very pleased with Greicos service.

I did not even have to step foot into the dealership. I simply called and asked for Tamer. We negotiated a deal on a brand new car within a couple of hours and he personally delivered it to me the same day. It was a straightforward deal. Ask for Tamer if you want a hassle free experience.

I dropped my car off for the 3rd time for an AC problem and a blinker rapid blinking. After 1 1/2 days I had to call them to find out the status. When I finally got the receptionist lady to find out that the AC part was ordered and it would be Monday before I got my car. Then I called Monday, after many voice mails and they told me the part came in on Monday. Then they told me they had to order the blinker module had to be ordered and it would not be ready until Weds. I called on Weds and it would not be ready until Friday morning. A cluster. Why couldnt the module be order at the same time as the AC part?

I was immediately greeted as I walked in by a Ms.Sabrina Little, which pleasantly shocked me to see a female sales person. There was no waiting as the car was already ready for me to test drive; from the test drive on, the process was quick and stress less. Down to Daniel the finance guy, who kept me laughing while taking care of me and providing me with valuable info. Ms.Sabrina was so calm and helpful and understood that I wanted what I wanted and worked with me to get it. No pressure was felt during the process, as it was all on me. I walked in thinking I might leave with a new car that day, not knowing that I would walk out with a new car. I’m glad I went to Grieco Chevy Ft.Lauderdale..I’m so happy and in love with my 2020 Chevy Blazer.

Called on the last day of June, 2021 in order to cancel extended warranty policy. I was told that they would call me back the next day. I still have not heard back from them, and it is August 16th.
