I brought my 94 dodge 2500 here to have a fuel issue fixed and deal with a brake issue not only did they fix both but they also adjusted the belts in my transmission and really made sure that this truck was top notch. My father has been getting work done on his F-350 by this company for 5+ years. His experience at first seemed to be good, then as different work needed to be done there was always a conflicting story between the owner and the office. The office would tell him one thing, then when hed arrive it would be a different story. Parts would be put on that werent necessary or approved by my father and other work would be done incorrectly and then would have to be redone (and even after that it still wasnt done right). Dont recommend!

Over the course of a couple years RNW took my 2006 4WD King Ranch Ford F-350 I bought new from a boring daily driver to a smoking fast, tire burning, totally reliable, fuel efficient absolutely fun driver. It looks good, sounds great and with no leaks. They do amazing work! Along the way we’ve had a couple of small bumps but they stand behind everything. You simply rarely find a company like this with such skill and credibility!

Took my 06 6.0 in to Will and his team for an oil change. I could do it myself, but Truck was new to me, and I wasn’t sure exactly what all was done to it. Smart decision as it was not as “bulletproofed” as I was led to believe. Did the cooler change, EGR delete, and other preventative maintenance items. Will gave me a very fair price, and checked out a bunch of other things I had questions about. Answered all my calls and questions and never made me feel like I was bothering him! Fantastic customer service. I have found my shop for any more issues with my truck. Thanks Will for going the extra mile for your customers. We greatly appreciate it.

Honest good people who know their work. I brought in a truck from the auction and was planning on driving up to Chicago. I brought it in for a diagnostics because the truck wasn’t running right and was overheating. They were able to diagnose the problem very quickly and saved me from being stuck on the side of the road and prevented a possibly horrible situation for me. Thank you guys so much again, you will see me again definitely.I wish we had diesel guys like you that know what they are doing here in Chicago!

This is the place to take your diesel Truck! I was on my way back from Orlando and my temp gauge went to hot. So I pulled over and called Triple A for a tow. While I waited I googled diesel shops in the Fort Lauderdale area there were several but only one with 5 stars and over 50 reviews! So I called and talked to Will and explained my situation and he was very nice and said to bring the truck there. On the way there we hit massive traffic! So I called will to explain that I was running late, he replied no problem I will wait for you. We finally arrived at his shop at 6:30 a hour and a half after they were to close! I was met by Will and his staff they received my truck and were very polite even though I was a hour and a half past their closing time! The next morning I got a courtesy call informing me of what they thought was the problem and by early afternoon they had fixed it and my truck was ready for pick up! There pricing was very affordable especially since I was accustomed to FORD DEALERSHIPS pricing! So I went to pick my truck up that had been there less then 24 hours! I get there they pull my truck around and will even took the time to answer questions I had about my specific make of truck and also volunteered additional tips for me to do! I see why they have all the 5 stars! Do yourself and your truck a favor and go here for all your diesel needs! They will not disappoint! And will exceed your expectations! Take it from this very happy Ford F-350 owner! They now have another new customer!

I am very please to have found this shop. The owner Will and the service manager Tony are very upfront and they don’t beat around the bush. If it’s broke, he’s going to tell you what it takes to get it fixed, without robbing you! Some shops that don’t know about diesel work, will guess at what parts you need. Then when that does not fix it, they throw more parts, all at the owners expense. This place is honest and they diagnose your vehicle properly. Highly recommend them. They are also a Jasper Engines and Transmissions dealer, which is a plus.

Was referred to Will through speed and truck world for a job they did not want to do. Will and his team took great care of me and 96 ford bronco. I had them do new shock mounts front and rear, shocks front and rear, coils, coat the frame, rotars and new drum brakes. They did a fantastic job. I will most definitely be back. Honest hard working shop here. Wish I could give more stars.

RNW AUTOMOTIVE IS THE BEST AND ONLY TRUE TRUCK SHOP AROUND. They actually know how to fix stuff and not just plug a scanner into your truck and change a part. These guys can actually troubleshoot and repair stuff on your truck. They are also super reasonably priced. Will and his team fixed a very expensive bucket truck that my business owns after it rolled over upside down In a canal. These guys can fix anything especially on diesel trucks. These are the only guys I allow to work on my stuff. Very glad I know them. Great people. They will take care of you when you need it.

In my truck was a problem that the engine would turn off every time I stopped, I went to the first mechanic said he had to replace the IDLE AIR CONTROL MOTOR $ 540.00A second mechanic said to replace the fule pump $ 750.00 I went to RNW Auto diesel in 5 minutes He found the problem of cleaning the air valve that was clogged, The guy charge me $ 50 !!!!this is a place to fix a car without the thought of being over charge,thanks Willy
