We needed to have a large, awning cover taken down in preparation for a roofing project. The awning cover was removed by a very capable Walker Awning crew, then taking the awning cover for storage at Walker Awning Company. Following the completion of the roofing project, a telephone call was all that was needed to have Walker Awning refit /reinstall the previously removed awning cover. Great job!!

We did our homework and could not have chosen a better company. Other vendors were 4 months out for delivery and after making out comparisons we realized that Walker was more structural sound.They also had us finished within a month. Beautiful awning and great workmanship.

I had Walker Canvas Awning recently do a re-cover on my fixed 23x6 awning. My first contact, with Kim, was pleasant and I sent a few photos/measurements. The owner Pete gave me a call and an estimate. What I noticed on that 1st call was he took the time to talk at length about fabrics, choices, etc. He seemed in no rush despite my asking multiple questions. Richard came out within a few days to measure...again answering a multitude of questions. Pete stuck to the phone estimate and surprisingly had my Sunbrella awning of my choice fabricated in two weeks (I say this because the other 2 re-covers over the last 12 years took months despite promises of 4-6 weeks). His crew had the cover on within an hour. I did notice a small detail in the following days and after one call Pete had his crew at my house within 24 hours to address the issue. I cant say enough about the company and the personal (Kim, Richard, Terrance) as I have not always had the best of luck with contractors here in S. Florida. Thanks.

I dealt with Terrence a few months back. I had him come out to my house and my mothers house to give us estimates about a carport and awnings, for both houses. He never once sent the estimate even after I called and followed up. He also had a terrible attitude. I just dont get it because I read the great reviews online and I dont understand why he didnt want to give us a quote... just seems like he doesnt need the business? Waste of my time.

I called to request to have someone come and re-lace an awning for me. The lady, who was very polite when she answered, asked if it was one of their awnings. When I told her no, she suggested that I look else where because my job was not worth their time. I said, Ok if you dont want my business..., she interrupted and said, it is not worth it for us, no we dont want your business. I do not understand why people are so rude. I understand all of these companies are really busy right now but you never know when one small job will lead to another big job in the future!!!
