This company impressed me from the time I walked in. Minnie was extremely nice and helped put my ideas on paper. Christian did an amazing job, designing the banner and he was extremely patient with me while I made changes. I really appreciate everything this company did for me, helping me honor deceased family members.

I love working with fast signs because they are fast, reliable and offer the best alternatives. They help me come up with solutions to problems I have and always make sure our signs are ready in time! They package and organize the signs and always provide an accurate ETA.

This company will take your money without hesitation and dont deliver the product. I bought a post and a sign to and they charged me $35 more for installing, what was never ordered. I bought a rider, what is a small piece to add to the sign and the charged me the same amount, $5 less, than the whole sign. Nobody explained to me, that by wasting material the customer had to pay for it. I signed the received w/o looking at it as I thought it will may cost around $25-30 for a small rider. I did not receive my money back from the apparently installation of the post, nor did the manager have any customer service skills or minimum talk about to credit me the over priced rider. He didnt even know how to work the computer as it took him 30 minutes to find me in the system. This sign company is not customer service oriented except the lady on the front desk.I cant recommend this company as they take your money faster as they make the signs. This is a hard time for everyone, but to take advantage of customers is the worst thing you can do right now.

Could not be happier with my service. I called for a quote for an install on Thursday 1/30/20 for hanging a banner for my new business on North Federal. The response was prompt, the price was fair. They answered all of my questions, and by 5:30 the next day, the banner was in place, hung by a friendly and polite installer. Amazingly fast. I will use these guys again, over and over.

The owner Cathy is very unprofessional, they screwed up our order twice and instead of making the situation correct, they decided to not do business with us and refunded us.
