They are the worst !! Horrible customer service. AND DONT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO BE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT OPEN ON TIME !! YOU WILL BE WAITING ALMOST 30 MINUTES AFTER THE TIME THEY SAY THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO OPEN

To be honest with everything that is going on wanted to support my black Nubian Goddess but with their stuck in their ways attitude towards other Nubian Queens deters me for simple fact we here to uplift but they favor friends over getting their bags up. No support here just plain neck twisting eye rolling attitude go figure

Im a tourist so first impressions are everything I have personally never met a jamaican that didnt have an attitude maybe its their customs ..

Store is so unprofessional how is it that they only have one person doing hair with 10 people in line I’ve been here for 4 hours absolutely horrible service and on top of that the lady wasn’t even on time herself I spend good money this store well did and won’t be anymore until they get more employees and reliable ones

Ladies overthere are Ratchet.no customer service at all they are rude specially the dread lady.

Ghetto hair girls in the back are very rude and unprofessional manager was very nice and professional

Very Rude... No customer service AT ALL. The hair stylists dont greet you and stare like you have 5 heads. Instead of asking How may we help you? This is why I dont support black ppl. I left, you would not get my money nor my Great Tip! The tip is learn Professionalism

I have had good and bad experiences. I only go their for the lace front wigs. If you want a beautiful hair do then you need to let Stacy do your hair. She is very professional and she can style any lace front wig. I only let her do my wigs. She can take a 1 Hour Week and make it into a miracle. I feel as a customer that are getting lace front we put on buy Stacy they could have at least give her a tip for the beautiful job she is going to do to your head. Some of the other people there need to leave their attitude outside the shop.

I was double charged and man said he looked at the camera abd would not give me what he charged me teice for. A friend of mine warned me tgat. THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME SO BEWARE

They were very helpful and polite. The Prices range from very inexpensive to somewhat expensive. They have a great selection of styles cuts and colors from the everyday to edgy and trendy.

Love love love this store. I always go to the one on Southgate. Helpful and experienced staff make it a quick and easy visit. As a cosmetologist I find everything I need for my business and clients all in one place and the prices are great! Its a hairdressers playground and its right down the street!

I don’t know what big business that does not open up on time. Been sitting in my car for over 15 minutes, they say it opens at 8. Wasted my time especially when I had somewhere important to be .

Nice typical hair store. Sometimes you can get help and sometimes you have to hunt someone down for it. But great prices over all. Clean and well stocked.

This place is great and has a lot of cool little hidden treasures but the greatest part of all is the selection of lighter hairs! (hard to find in smaller places) I come here weekly for my beauty supplies!

Huge selection and every hair supply you could need. Extensions, combs, makeup, dye, shampoos and conditioners, plus clothes and shoes! Staff is super helpful and friendly.

I wish California had such a convient place like this. I come here every time I come to Florida. The ladies can use a hand with customer service. But for the price and selection of hair and the fact you can get your hair done in the back is the best!!

Never have stock..prices are high on everything hair makeup jewlery wigs unless its simple cheap stuff that really dont or wont work.. unfriendly service.. want make deals on other competitors sale items that they have but not on sale..dont support the community we all on an budget.. the store is over stock with items thats not been sold n the items thats been sold is never in stock n when it is its very over price... down size on your not selling items so you can give an better price on the items you are selling cause thats whats keeping you open is the hair ..wigs..makeup..and some jewelry n the young forks who spends the parents hard earned money

They do false advertisement. They have a perm special for $35 I called to verify this special before I went there. After getting my hair done the girl charged me $65 I spoke with the manger named Greg because I think they should Honor the price being that it is in the flyer and he did nothing he didnt apologize or show no care at all. This is my first and last time going to the store or spending money there. Its crazy

CARE LADIES OF WHEN YOU BUY THERE YOU WILL NOT GO THROUGH THE SAME THING I DO NOT GIVE YOU ANY STAR! It is a very well organized and clean place, I went on June 25 to buy a wig for the first time, I loved that one can try the wigs and even assist you in that! When the employee of the floor, it was for the cashier to scan the price of two that interested me, she told me the prices and they left (the cashier and the floor maid) and a man came and charged me and told me the price and it was The difference of $ 10 more than the price q scanned the other cashier !!!!! What annoyance and disappointment, if not because I really need it, I DID NOT PURCHASE IT, Im angry that they cheat me and they want to go from taking advantage of people!CUIDADO SEÑORAS QUE NO LES VAYA A PASAR LO MISMO! NO LES DOY NINGUNA ESTRELLA! Es un lugar muy bien organizado y limpio, fui el 25 de junio a comprarme una peluca por primera vez, me encantó que uno se puede probar las pelucas y hasta te asisten en eso! Make sure you’re 100% sure you want what you buy they will not return or exchange any hair or wigs even if not worn, you still have packaging and receipt, even if it the day after you bought it. One lady appeared to be spying on me. I asked for help, I waited then she told me to ask another lady, I asked she did the bare minimum appeared in a rush. Didn’t have what was on display.

Ordered a wig online and they have yet to send me tracking information. none of the contacts listed on the website even work, no one picks up the phone. If I dont hear back from them by this weekend Im canceling my order and getting my money back, and I will let friends know never to shop here.

Its a nice place with quality products at a great price and overall great, but I called a couple mintues ago to ask a question because one of my girlfriend recommend the salon to me to get my hair done and the person that answered had me on hold for 6 and a half minutes. So I just hang up.

I ordered my product a month ago and the status is still displaying INPROCESSING. When I hit the view button to see a status of my order there is nothing in the content. I hope anyone that order from this company have better luck than me because their service is horrible. I would definitely choose another company.

The customer service towards me and my mom is HORRIBLE. Only 1 person here treats us right which is the short dark skinned man with the curly hair. The ladies there are very rude! They have attitues almost EVERY TIME. This is YOUR job. Theres a man working in there that looks like hes about 20 something or early 30s that has big lips and a large gap. I asked for bonding glue and because I wasnt looking he upsold me and put the more expensive one in my bag and rung me up. It wasnt until I reached home and realized what he did and when I open the glue IT WAS DRIED OUT. Plus this is not the first time hes done that. Also, before some hairs go on sale the price could be Lets say $20. Then you get the hair flyer and it tells you the hair is $40 and you get one free. Like seriously? I go here when its absolutely dire! If not, Im elsewhere. Its sad because they are literally a two minute drive from me.

😒 my experience was great at first...spent well over $1,000 on products for my store...the manager charged me twice for wigs,but when I wanted to get my products I was over charged for I was told Thats too big of a credit ...mind you it was only $75...Its a great place to shop...but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I am sitting in my vehicle at Classy Girl beauty after calling the Broward County Sherrifs office for a cashier that was hostile, stealing from customs blatantly, and he is an immediate danger to the business and the services. I will be filing a repost with the better business bureau and Ive already filed with the Sherrifs office. This is not a great place to shop and the quality will be less than conducive for sales. I will be reporting to the news as well.

I went to go try on a lace front wig and the Jamaican lady in the back has the nastiest attitude ever. She was acting like i was bothering her when i asked what colors they had and it took forever for her to go find it. How are you gonna disrespect paying customers and act like you dont wanna be bothered at work? Its not my fault that you are 40 years old working in a hair store, but put a smile on your face and treat your customers with some respect.

Excellent customer service the girls are very nice, they also compare prices and the store is always clean.

I hate the service, the cashier rang me up for hair and didnt put it in my bag. When I went back for my hair the cashier was not helpful. The manager is never there, I went back twice I never got the hair I purchased or a refund. I will never go back, it was a huge inconvenience.
