Looked for some moisturizer with nice scent young lady at front was so helpful asked all right questions and made good recomendations cashier was great too.

Who does not love Bath and Body Works! They always have the best fragrances. I love the sanitizers. I saw alot of new stuff. Semi-annual sale is June 14th. Get ready.

Customer service is awesome
This particular Bath and Body Works is well run. The staff is familiar with the customers. While they greet you they do not over do their presence and permit you to shop around. They honor the company guarantee. Once, I returned a use candle that did not burn evenly to the end. There was no question asked.
I always visit this store, but today the customer service was amazing, everyone treated me very kind, and the staff was very acknowledge!

Got a good deal and great customer service. The lady at the register did not give us back the correct change initially but the error was corrected quickly when we went back a few minutes later. I was reminded of childhood when my Dad said that I should always count my change while Im still at the register.

I kept trying to get my 20% coupon before i get to the register. So I told the girl at the register, I have the email but it wont load due to the bad reception in the store. She said oh youre not there. I couldnt figure out why she said that. She just continued to ring up my items without saying anything else. She then told me the total, I paid. She then mocks me with a fake smirk and says have a good night. These new people they have is horrible. I used to love going there, now its like oh Lord please I dont want to be upset.

Nice inside. Wanted the whole set of a fragrance but they were out of the body spray so I got nothing since the main one I wanted was the spray. Oh well Ill try the body shop.
Oh my gosh these ladies that work here are the best!!! And we all know the awesome deals here but the staff makes all the sales awesome because the ladies are the best shopping buddies!!!! Thats why I frequent this one weekly!
NIce selections scent oils, body lotions, hands soap, body soaps. I purchased scent oils 3 months ago and I when back I ask for the scents I purchased and they told me after a wild or changing seasons they change the name of the scents and the colors, I was so disappointed littlest to say didnt get any. Great products but there policies there questionable.
They need to bring back Herbal Mist. It was the only scent that smelled clean and fresh. They only have very sweet fruity or flowery scents now. YUCK
Arrived at 10:25 am ! They open at 10 am ! Now they say they open at 11 am ! Doesnt make sense !

Nice store but the girl up front didnt speak. It wasnt a friendly atmosphere. There wasnt even alot of people in there. You would think the girl on the floor would be chattin people up to drive sells up, nope.The cashier was pleasant and helpful.
