We were not rushed at all, but he made it so easy to figure out the best solution for her and we were out of there in under an hour!! We also like the fact that we can track this order straight to our door and they do all the work of setting up her new mattress with adjustable frame and taking away the old mattress. Right after Christmas we visited Mattress Firm - Fort Lauderdale on N Federal Highway & NE 21 St next to Barnes and Noble. Yelena (Lena / Lina) was working that night. She had 2 costumers when we arrived, she dedicated time to each one of us. She explained the difference between each of the different mattresses and recommended two according to our budget. She was extremely helpful in deciding over a box spring or bunkie board. We walked out very happy with two mattresses and two bunkie boards (main room and guest room) for our new apartment, without going over our budget. Thank you Lena for your great help.

What an unexpectedly nice experience. i was dreading yet another reip to a dreadful mattress place. (Other experience in the past included a place in philadelphia where the mattresses were ”displayed” on the sidewalk and you could try them out under the eyes of the throngs that passed you by.) Anyway, took us about 20 minutes with Yelena, She was honest, helpful, didn‘t push anything down our throats. I actually really like her a lot and didn‘t feel like my pocket was about to be picked The mattress was terrific, she let me try out different grades without knowing the price. Saved us a lot of time and money.There are a lot of mattress shops on this strip. But Mattress Firm at 2121 N Federal Hwy in Fort Lauderdale is clearly the one to go to.
