Great yard crew. Fast to get us off loaded.

I tell friends, family and anyone interested in buying a boat that Lauderdale Marina is the ONLY place to make that purchase! We live on the water on the east side of FLL and decided this year we would buy a new Boston Whaler. Spent a lot of time looking for our 130 Super Sport but ended up wanting to buy from the nice people at Lauderdale Marina during the boat show. Our sales person Tom Shelton was so helpful and communicative throughout the entire purchase. Any request that I had for Tom was met with sure we can do that! Lauderdale Mariana arranged on on the water delivery so we could drive the boat home! At the time of delivery we met Jason from service who went through the entire boat with us and all of its functions. I have been back a few times mostly for accessories and answers to more questions and JD along with Jason in parts and service have both been so helpful and professional. I cant say enough great things about this business and the people they have working there! We are very happy new Boston Whaler owners and very happy with our decision to purchase our boat from Lauderdale Marina.

Dasnel is a Vacation Saver!!! His knowledge and expertise far exceeds any technician I have ever dealt with. He fixed what Marine Max could not fix in a week in 2 hours. My boat came straight from having service at Marine Max Clearwater to be dropped in at 15th street boat ramp so we could head out to Bimini. As soon as I pulled the boat off the trailer I lost steering. I took it to Lauderdale Marina with no prior relationship and they treated me like I was their most valued customer!! We were able to leave for Bimini that same day. Thanks again Dasnel!! I will be dropping my boat off to Lauderdale Marina the week before we make the trip to Bimini for the yearly service!!

The staff here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about pretty much everything on the canal. Very friendly and willing to assist where needed.

I took my Deep impact with Mercury engines for a warranty issue and their team is a class act! everything from the assistance in launching, fixing and accommodating my truck and trailer they were great. The Tech Dasnel had extensive knowledge in quickly diagnosing my issues on two of my engines and was able to get it completed so i could enjoy my whole weekend on the boat. A huge bonus.. they treated it like I would laying towles down protecting everything and cleaned up like nothing was repaired. I was there a good part of the day and it was worth the quality. I would recommend them to anyone.

I arrived at the Lauderdale Marina service department to have my boat serviced. I have been taking my boat to other Mercury dealers for years and have always had terrible experiences with all of them.I have been working with them almost 3 years and i can guarantee that all of the technicians are excellent. They are sent to get trained yearly and all of them have a vast knowledge of Mercury and Yamaha motors.Jason the service manager is also an amazing and qualified person. He is the greatest.The service department works with appointments and this ensures that they are able to start and finish other jobs on time.Dasnel Castellanos as well as Mark are amazing technicians in both Mercury and Yamaha. I have worked with both gentleman and they are superb technicians.

Early this morning my family met a young lady with plenty of heart. She was hustling up and down the dock attending to many boats but didnt miss a step when checking on my family. We were taking a trip out for the day to fish with the kids. Sam even took time to address our little ones on the boat. Great way to start a day out on the water. Thanks!

My boys pulled up to the dock and was having a hard time landing the boat so we threw Sam a line and she schooled him in how to dock the boat. She was explaining which way to turn the steering and she pulled the boat in by herself. This chick is hilarious and knows what she is doing Plus she is a nice sight to look at while fueling. Job well done Tommy Shelton & Lauderdale Marina Team! As our family has grown we needed a bigger boat. Since Lauderdale Marina had been servicing our 22 Triton, we asked them for advice. Not only was their service on point, Tommy Shelton got us upgraded to a beautiful 2014 270 dauntless... immaculate condition. The service team and Captain Jason also helped us get the boat dialed in for the family and kids, included a customized sun shade, boat name Flash, and a few other enhancements. Sunday night my family took our boat out for an evening on the intercoastal and dinner at the restaurant next door. Sam came sprinting down to help dock us. Her friendliness is above and beyond expectations for any deckhand we have come across. After docking our boat, my daughter and Sam hit it off with their 4ocean bracelets. My family and I will look for Sam next time we dock for dinner. Thank you for putting a smile on my daughters face :)

My brothers and I took our nieces out for lunch at 15 street fishery. We were told about the fish feeding and the girls were excited. The triplets adored Sam, as did we. She was so warm and welcoming to our nieces. She joked around with us and made this experience so much more warm and friendly. We went to feed the tarpoon and when we came back Sam was ready to greet the girls with a hi-five and awesome job. We really appreciate Sam making our family feel welcome and important. She even went out of her way to explain some fun options to take the girls. Thank you A++ all around!!!!

My boat took a turn for the worse last week and Sam was understanding, practical, and made every interaction we had with her above and beyond expectations. She had a line of people and i was filling out a contract. my wife and I stood back as she worked. she took care of us, the other customers and phones with a smile and great hospitality. Came into marina for the first time early in the morning this weekend... Sunday I believe. Just got a new boat was really struggling how to dock it. Katie helped me by instructing me step by step how to use new engines and perfectly got docked up and gave me gas. Also got my receipt and card without having to leave the boat. Great marina with lots of drinks and snacks inside as well. The bait prices are a little higher than other places... but a lovely environment.

My family and I have docked our boat a few times to have lunch at 15 street fisheries and the last few times we have docked for lunch we have been greeted by Sam. She is just outstanding. She is super friendly and always remembers my son’s name. My mom was on the boat with us during our last trip on Sunday and Sam was fast and ready to help my mom off of the boat. We LOVE SAM!!

While dining at 15th street Fisheries for lunch I noticed a very impressive young lady truly putting her heart into her work. She was running up and down the dock in the sun with a smile. I briefly got the opportunity to speak with her and tell her that I believe she is really going places. With a positive attitude and great work ethic she is really going to be someone important. It was a pleasure to meet you Sam. Keep on going!

As always the marina staff are standing by to assist. David & Miguel were very courteous and helpful! I stay overnight here a few times a year and will certainly continue to do so! Highly recommended.

As a local I come hear two to three times a week for fuel, beer, snacks and anything else that I need when I’m out on the water. They have an awesome crew with amazing customer services. Whether it’s Sam, or Mat, or Mason Price, or Matthew Moss, or the two old dudes in the office in the mornings, and everyone else who’s name I can’t remember. Everyone as a team works together to make shur I get what I need and my boat stays safe!

I ran outta fuel and was being towed to the marina. Boat US notified David and Miguel at the fuel dock that we were heading there. They stayed late and kept the fuel pumps on for me after hours. Awesome service and total rock stars! Thank you again!

I am a vinyl wrap vendor and have worked with Lauderdale Marina on many jobs. Ive worked with Tom Shelton Jr for over10 years. I have been doing graphic and color change wraps on their Boston Whalers going on three years. I’ve worked with JD Heminger and Jason Rodriguez in the service Department and they are always extremely helpful and give me the space I need to perform my job. All the technicians that I work around are also extremely helpful. I really enjoy working for these guys. They always pay me promptly and treat me fairly!

The best! We were on our way out of Ft. Lauderdale headed to Bimini just now and our VHF radio went out. Checked the fuse and sure enough it was blown. Called these guys and they told us to pull on in and they’d be able to help. We were in and out in a matter of minutes and didn’t even get off the boat; they brought everything to us. I had questions about the taxi on the water and about feeding the fish with my Grandbabies. It was their first time visiting. The young woman behind the counter at the Marina was very helpful and sweet to my grandsons. It is nice to meet kind and knowledgeable young woman.

My husband and I were in the market for a boat and we did not really know what the best fit was for our boating needs. We contacted Lauderdale Marina and met Tom Shelton. He was amazing. We had narrowed our seach down to a couple of different models. Tom took us out to sea trial the boat we were considering on a Saturday afternoon. He made himself available outside of their normal business hours as this was the only time we were available. He didnt put any pressure on us at all, but at the same time he provided us the information we needed in making the right purchase decision for us. He provided side by side comparisons on our options and made recommendations on several options that we ultimately selected. He worked within our budget and made sure we ordered all of the options that we wanted without over selling us on things we didnt need. Tom has been very supportive ever since we took possession of our Boston Whaler Vantage 270, and quickly answers any questions we have.We are very happy with our Vantage 270 and we look forward to a long relationship with Tom, and Lauderdale Marina.

This services department is amazing. If you have a Whaler ANYWHERE you need to bring it to these guys. I live in Tampa and will pay for my Boston Whaler 285 Conquest to get professionally transported to these guys just to make sure she is serviced right. If you own a Whaler you already know you won’t settle for anything but the best, so don’t settle on service. These guys will take care of your Whaler like no other. Dasnel is the best. Extremerly rude people, trying to dock they would not receive the rope from my wife until the attendant made sure we would pay their “dock” fee. (We had no problem in paying whatever their buck a foot o something fee is to pick up our friends ). Then entered the shop to buy something and the shop attendant greeted me with “this is a private dock, you can’t leave cars parked here...”. This added to the stress we had as our friends had boat trouble and needed to be picked up. Will make sure to take my business elsewhere if I ever need gas or anything ...I have already told my friend and he will never take his 48’ boat here for gas again.

We recently attended the Boston Whaler Bimini Rendezvous, but before we made the crossing our Whaler was docked at The Lauderdale Marina where we found our generator to be broken. The folks at the service department dropped everything else to fix our problem so we could enjoy our time in Bimini. Several folks from the marina actually attended the rendezvous just to ensure that any issues with our boats would be addressed before making the crossing back to the states. I HIGHLY recommend this organization for service and patronage. Make sure to ask for Dasnel for he is very knowledgeable and attentive.

On Saturday evening my family was taking a cruise down from Pompano to test out our motors that were just replaced. By the time we reached Lauderdale Marina our boat had lost an engine. There was a girl with a red shirt and white hat standing at the edge of the dock ready to great us. Her customer service was outstanding. We threw her the lines and she walked the boat up to the gasoline pump. When my daughter explained to her what happened with our engines she ran to get us information on towboat just incase we had trouble with the other engine. We were going to get snacks but she offered to get them for us. Between fueling and snacks this young lady consistently sprinted back and forth to make sure we doing well. Me and my husband were just starting our day out. We went to Las Olas Marina before stopping at Lauderdale Marina. The difference in marinas is noticable. We are never usually greeted by any marina employees with care and friendliness. Sam helped to tie us up, got us oil and fuel. Miguel was helping Sam with the fuel hose. They were very helpful and the kindest employees we have come across and my husband and I have been to plenty of marinas. I hope others take notice because these people seem to have the right idea on customer service.

Super helpful. Easy access for quick fuel stop on the fly, almost feels like a normal gas station on a highway. Easy in, easy out, and their prices are not exorbitant.

I have always been impressed with the level of service I have received at Lauderdale Marina. The staff is friendly and always attentive. All repairs on my boat have been done when they said it would be and done right the first time.

My experience with the sales and service side of Lauderdale Marine has been outstanding. I purchased a used 2010 Boston Whaler Outrage 280 and was amazed how they stood behind the boat. I had a few items upgraded at the time of purchase and everything was delivered on time on budget. They went out of their way to make sure everything worked as new which made the experience even better. Service following the purchase was equally impressive and reasonably priced.Parking can be tight but it’s worth the small inconvenience for the huge benefit of working with Lauderdale Marine. I was treated as if I’ve been doing business with them for years. Great company and highly recommended.

I had an AWFUL experience here yesterday. This blonde girl should not be allowed to touch boats!! She has no clue what she is doing! She tied the bow line way to tight and my bow was sandwiched to the dock hitting and cracking the fiberglass. There was no apology she just stood there clueless! Seems like she has no idea how to handle a conversation or a boat. As I explained to loosen up the lines she just stood there like she couldnt understand my instruction. When I pull my boat up to a marina I prefer not to have some blankfaced child with no boat or marine experience handling my boat!!! I wont be coming back!!

We had an engine fail on a Sunday evening over 150 miles from home port. Dasnel the Master Tech took the time to diagnose the problem first thing on Monday morning and had it ready for us by 4:00 on Tuesday. Saved our vacation. We still made it to the keys just one day later than planned. Great service and good people. Wish they were my local shop!

I had new engines put on my boat about 6 months ago. Since then everything has worked fine. They did a good job and they know what they are doing.

Weve been stopping here at Lauderdale Marina on our way out to open ocean and cruising the waterways for several decades. The convenience of its location (fueling up and well-stocked dockstore) is matched by consistently friendly and professional service. We also love the restaurant, 15th Street Fisheries. My son-in-law bought his first boat here last year, a Boston Whaler. The sales team was knowledgeable, respectful and very helpful in making a decision. Its a great marina with a significant history. Always a pleasure to visit.

I have dined at the 15th street fisheries plenty of times with my friends. A week or so ago we were dining outside and this boater was having issues driving. He almost hit two parked boats and he would have it this girl deck hand didnt jump into action. She jumped on one boat, saved that one, darted around to the other side of the dock, and saved that other parked boat. Then she helped dock the driver in distress. I have never seen anything like it. If you want dinner and a show i recommend dining at 15th street fisheries when she is working. Sorry i dont know her name but she is the only female on the dock and she runs like fire.

I recently purchased a 2017 Whaler Montauk from Lauderdale Marina and my experience with this dealership and specifically with Tom Shelton in Sales was a pleasure.From the first phone call I made to inquire about the boat to the actual delivery of the vessel was a smooth and wonderful experience. I didnt feel the shark attack experience you usually get from dealers.I give him 5 stars. If you are looking for a boat, make sure to contact Tom in Sales, you will not be sorry.

There was nothing to like I fished my whole life and Ive never been taken for bait like I was taken at this place. Brought the kids out for a fun day on the water and got ripped off for $40 while I was in paying for bait they put 18 minnows in my well. I ran down to pompano pierand filled my well with real pilchards

5 Star Dealership and Service Center at it’s best! I have owned many boats and have been in the maritime industry for over twenty years and very few actually have the customer at the top of the priority list. Lauderdale Marina definitely has their customer as first priority in every step of the process. I bought a new 270 Dauntless from Dave Beard, I told him that I wanted the bottom line without the haggling, he contacted the owner and got the deal done right away. After the purchase and prior to delivery Jason Rodriguez handled my electronic package installation as well as some other work that I requested, he was an absolute professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I finally take delivery on my boat in which I drove from Fort Lauderdale to Key Largo, arriving in Key Largo my power steering pump failed, I called Lauderdale Marina at 3:30pm on a Friday, Dasnel Castellano was at my house in Key Largo replacing the pump at 8:30am on Saturday morning. Dasnel was excellent, extremely knowledgeable master technician, professional, and cut no corners. The guy clearly loves what he does. I can’t say enough about the whole experience. I was always a Whaler fan but they made me into a Lauderdale Marina fan as well. Buy anything product they sell, you won’t be disappointed.

I have 17 Boston whaler with 2015 mercury 90 hp engine.for more than 6 months the engine had problems .i went to three mercury dealers to repair my engine problems.none of them was able to detect the problem.i was recommended lauderdale marina.the problem was detected immediately.the mechanic department is the greatest.the service spectacular.i was helped by JD Heminger. service manager.extremely helpful and the same for the whole crew.my suggestion, dont go to any other mercury dealer in miami and ft lauderdale.dont waste your time.

If I could give this less than one star I would. They asked us to dock at the end of the dock for diesel. As I gently crept forward in neutral, then reverse to bring boat to a sto at pump, the very inexperienced dockhand proceeded to grab our bow line put around the piling and PULL our bow into their dock!CRASH, all we heard was our fiberglass crack he apologized. Then lazy or sleeping management said they saw the whole thing and we came into fast. We absolutely did not come into fast which is why the dock hand, who was about 16 years old, and the decency to apologize, did just that. We were creeping up slowly to where they asked us to go!Never go here unless you want a cracked hull ( although we doubt he will make that mistake again but who wants to chance it) and SORRY EXCUSE for management!
