Very nice marina in Fort Lauderdale, the yachting capital of the world! Never had any issues with staff, parking, etc. There are some beautiful looking boats there as well!

Very busy full service yacht yard for mega yachts using a market place platform on site restaurant as well recently purchased by safe harbor marinas.

Great facility with so many resources at your fingertips. It’s also great to be able to perform some work yourself if you like.

Excellent people and great service

This place is amazing! Had the boat pulled for rudder service, the entire crew has been so accommodating. The haul out staff took their time and made sure everything was perfect before lifting. Once I was set down I was welcomed and given a rundown of all that goes on here, while friendly staff kept showing up to assist with electric, boarding stairs, setting up the A/C chill tower, everything. By far the best experience Ive had coming into a service yard. Thank you LMC

All you need to fix your boat... For hydraulics, look for High Seas Hydraulics, Chris Brown will take care of it. Youll also find electrical and paint shops available.

This is an excellent place for dining and weekend brunch.. the Marine atmosphere and Ambience is exquisite the food is great also, try their smoked fish dip with chips its really good.

Staying here for several weeks.Safe and in a great location.With many amenities for all crews.

The biggest marina in the US and the most professional environment that we worked in south Florida. Very well trained staff, reasonable prices for services and a variety of companies of all segments.

As a refit captain I would like to say my experiences at they yard were based on relations with people. General services are good i.e food, parts stores, contractors etc but the direct service i encounter from the LMC staff is what counts. I particularly would like to say thank you to Sarah the service manager and sarah the receptionist. Every encounter with both sarahs has been very professional and very thorough and conscientious. they are what make Lmc what it is... (the proof in the pudding). Ihope to deal with sarah in the service department every time i visit the yard for any type of service, i’ll certainly try to request for her as our project manager because her tone, demeanor and her expertice in handling matters even when under pressure. Thank you Sarah and thank you Sarah.

The guys at the parts department went above and beyond trying to get my son back on the water. They had the part for me in less than 12 hours and were very helpful through out, even calling me up after to make sure it was the right one. ( It was only a $50 impeller for a 6hp merc)

This is an absolute beautiful location, the staff here are excellent and everything just seems run perfectly! I worked with Quality Sandblasting here working on some Mega Yachts and it was an amazing experience being around all the friendly people, beautiful boats and just all around having a great time. Lots to offer here. I recommend to locals and friends!

Great experience during a tough time, dockmaster Dave was awesome, helped guide us in and gave us a ride to the office. The check in was a bit of paperwork made easy by being offered drinks and air conditioning and even food from the lunchroom if we were hungry.A brief chat with Amy and Sara yielded laughed and smiles all round and made us feel at home amongst friends.One of the best socks weve been to.

I have kept my boat at LMC for the past 3 seasons. The staff is always very friendly, courteous & professional. They go out of their way to answer your questions & accommodate any requests. Although the facility does not offer a bar/restaurant for guests, they have a fantastic captains lounge and the available restroom/shower facilities are very clean & well kept. We came in last year with only myself & 1 crew member & the dock master helped us tie up & get the utilities connected. I had to twist his arm to get him to take a tip from us (which he earned with all his help). Very happy with the staff & service, we will continue to use their dock facilities whenever visiting Fort Lauderdale. Fantastic organization!

Pretty cool shipyard considering, it’s a shipyard. Good facilities and LMC has gone a long way over the years. Not quite the Rybovich marina but it’s getting there.YOT bar is great and happy hour is ideal for crew to end their day. Wings are divine and so is the rosé. Good location, most Uber’s know the shipyard well and I always felt safe walking through the gate, across the yard at night. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Interesting and vast marina that is primarily a working yard. If you are in need of repair this is a great option. Docking rates are reasonable and every type of service is onsite. Dock hands are helpful but not around on weekends so plan your arrival accordingly if you want help docking ( flo as ting docks here). There is a huge West Marine store nearby if the ship store there doesnt have what you need. The location is not easy to get too. Located up the New River, right by noisy I-95, first time guests here should familiarize themselves with local knowledge about navigating this tricky river. Not much to walk to, best to take your dinghy out on the river for excursions if you are sans automobile.

If you want the best American services, youll find the most in LMC. Ive been in nearly every yard and most marinas from Jupiter to Coral Gables, and LMC is by far the most capable facility. The only advantage Rybovich has over LMC is that theyre easier for mega yacht and super sailboat services. This is because LMC is up a river, so there is a size limit (~165+ ft). Also the river has powerlines with limit sail boat masts ~90ft or higher.
