I am totally happy with the products and services that Crystal Springs has provided me. We love our water dispenser and the ease in replacing the bottles. We adjust the amount of refill bottes that we order according to our use and try to maintain enough bottled water on hand for three people for three days to use in case of an emergency.
Let me begin by giving a good comment about the delivery person. His name is Billy. Really nice person and helpful. But the companys service and customer service is really bad. When a customer is unable to contact anyone there and gets no response to emails it says the company is in bad shape. I have sent emails and called in the past two days waiting more than an hour on the phone to report a leaking bottle, another one, and no response from anyone. Because of this kind of service Ive decided to cancel my account. I honestly would not recommend this company to anyone.
Trying to reach someone anyone to come a pick up my water cooler a 6 empty bottles. Cant get an answer. Have yet to speak with someone, I been on perpetual hold 15 min or long. ABSOLUTELY REDICULAS!!!!!
New customer here. 45 min wait time. No answer, can’t get anyone live or to respond to emails. DisappointingUpdate on this review. If I could put half a star, I would. I was on hold for 4 hours, today. first contact, the guy told me that I was getting my delivery and that the driver will contact me when theyre close. it is 6:03 pm now, i had to call them only to find out that they ran out of time and can not deliver my water. I received no email, no update, no phone call. The girl i spoke to couldnt care less, no compensation, no nothing. I would not waste your time and money with this company. Its a shame how they do business.
They dont deserve any stars at all, this company is an absolute JOKE, hold times are over 2 hours, they say they delivered your water yet the water bottles are still outside empty waiting to be picked up.But they dont hesitate to charge you for water you dont receive. Save your money and time and go somewhere else!!!!
The customer service has been horrible, I have tried to email, call and send messages and NO ONE is calling me back, its been two weeks of me trying to get in touch with someone! I was billed for a water delivery I did not receive, I cannot get anyone to call me back! I will be switching to a different water delivery service.
The agents and drivers have been very helpful and courteous. Been a customer for 23 years. They adapted there service for my needs and I am very grateful.
Your cooler with start to smell like mold in months, you sit on hold for at least an hour anytime you call, their billing is really screwed up.....dont do it. Youre better off picking up gallon jugs at the supermarket.
Between yesterday and today I have been on hold for over 4 hours. I am a new customer and never received the call for my delivery. I never received a confirmation. nothing. i redid my order cause i thought there was a mistake but nope. I received the confirmation for the 1st one when the confirmation for the 2nd one came in, A WEEK LATER. now i have two orders. my delivery was for today. this is the worst service I have ever experienced. I have written to them twice and nothing. I rather cancel then have to deal with this any longer. but I cant get intouch with anyone to cancel. this is great. WORST SERVICE EVER.
I been customer of crystal springs since ever, I love the taste of the water as this one doesn’t have a bad taste as other companies. The customer service is always amazing and their delivery guys always polite and helpful.The great variety of products it’s a plus and their water coolers that I love the most.I truly highly recommend this company, specially for those who are as picky as me with the water flavor.
Worst water company ever !!! Every month they charge extra fees .they raised there delivery prices and water prices all the time without letting the customer know .it takes FOREVER to reach them on the phone !!! Please save yourself the headache and money and dont do my mistake .
The company I work for has(had) been a customer for 34 years of Crystal Springs Water. The cooler broke down and we asked for a replacement. After 5 promises of swapping the machine out was broken I called the parent company. They tried to get this branch to respond to us and we were still ignored. Called the Regional Supervisor and received no response. Needless to say we are no longer customers. No follow up from parent company why they lost a 34 year customer. The low score of this company is not surprising. Stay away, there are better alternatives.
I am unsure what is going on but you cant reach their website/online account, customer service via phone and i have yet to receive my scheduled June delivery. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone.
The water has me spoiled. I like to bring my crystal water when I’m traveling or going to events. The water taste better than other brands. My husband and I don’t leave home without it.
Ive been getting Crystal Springs water delivered for several years and only had 1 missed delivery due to a replacement delivery person. I leave my empty bottles outside and the delivery guy leaves full ones for me. My only complaint is that the 3 gallon bottles cost the same as the 5 gallon bottles which are too heavy for me to put onto my water cooler. Otherwise the service is convenient and brings peace of mind in case of a bad storm. I get 1 five gallon bottle at the start of hurricane season and keep that one through the season, while using the 3 gallon bottles for my normal usage.
I never give a bad review to any company. I cannot believe the amount of bad reviews this company has earned! I’ve used CSW for a long time and they were never bad until now. I called customer Service and I was on hold for over 2 1/2 hours. Nothing they promised me ever happened which was the biggest disappointment. I have found another water company and I’m very happy please do not use this company you will be aggravated. I think they just have too many customers and they don’t care about one single one of them. I wouldn’t be surprised if they went out of business. Their coolers were refurbished and didn’t work correctly leaked all over my house not to mention some of the bottles were leaking. When I complained to Customer Service about it they really didn’t have any remorse and wouldn’t let me rent a brand new cooler, even when it was the second time it happened in 2 months! When I told them I was considering canceling service, all they said was OK no hey maybe there’s something we could do to make it up to you, or we don’t wanna lose you as a customer,nothing about that.Well goodbye Felicia
The best way to go about reviewing a branch of an organization that doesn’t take a chain approach is to go back to the original brand as a whole which is very refreshing to say the least, although it should be noted I have heard Zephyrhills is a little more business to business focused but I have not dealt with them directly.
I have used this company for years and the only issue I have had on occasion are leaky 5 gallon bottles. My delivery person is very considerate ☺ and replaces it the next delivery. I just put a note on the bottle. The app online service is easy to use to keep up with delivery schedules and payments.
Each and every month for the past 5 month they have missed the schedule appointment! I can understand you get busy but seeing how we get charged delivery fee each month, it is your responsibility to come when you say you are!!!!! Horrible
I have been getting Crystals Springs for over 7 years, and they have always come thru before every storm, and anytime I had an issue, their customer support has made it right for me, love the convenience, and the fact that I don’t have to create more trash by buying small bottles of water.
They made a mistake on their end - cashed our payment but did not appropriate to our account - then sent US to Collections. we could not get anyone in the company to assist- they wanted to keep forwarding to someone else. Horrible horrible customer service - DO NOT USE THEM
I am furious, waiting for 2 hours now to speak to someone, this is not what I want to do on my day off. They promised to pick up empty and 4 full bottles of water that they over delivered on our order. It’s been sitting outside for over a week.I like the water but I think we need to cancel this service ! Customer service sucks!
In the pouring rain the delivery driver was smiling and did not complain about bringing in the water and putting it in different locations were it was needed.
I have been with Crystal Springs for almost 3 years and not once have they missed a delivery. I have nothing but good things to say about their drivers, customer service can be spotty but its 2020 and I expect to wait, the hot water stopped working and I called new water dispenser next day. Keep up the great work!
My orders are always accurate and timely. It is easy to cancel or edit orders if/when needed. My delivery guy is awesome! Hes very personable & represents the company well!

I had service with this company, 2 weeks prior to a hurricane, I ordered water, they never deliver the water, I never saw the driver until a month after the hurricane, and then, I was charged for water that was never delivered. absolutely the worst, they are a scam, thieves, liar I urge everyone to stay away from this company or you will regret it. Unfortunately I cant rate less than 1 start
I started about 1month ago. Horrible customer service. Ive had to place multiple phone calls and my issue is still not resolved the customer service reps are rude and dont have any listening skills. This company is garbage dont waste your time, energy, or money shop around any other company would be an improvement. They dont stick to the agreed upon delivery they show up or dont show up without any notice.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. The customer service team was always friendly but they have a huge communication DISCONNECT between them and the branch that delivers water. They would never come when scheduled and after dealing with a broken water cooler for 3 weeks and multiple reschedules for them to replace (BUT they didnt show up) I am canceling today. Such a shame.
I have never written a negative review for anyone’s business however this is a first. I feel like its my obligation to let others know as a thoughtful individual.Crystal Springs Water company uses faulty water jugs. They are well aware of the issue however they continue to deliver water to their costumers.Our business got flooded twice this year. First time, they wanted to do an investigation to find out if the bottle was faulty. At the end of the 45 day investigation; the bottle was faulty. Instead of paying for my damages, i was informed about the term and conditions immediately which states that they will not pay for the damages.I continued to do business with them. This morning, the same issue again and a large part of our wood flooring got flooded again due to their faulty bottle. I feel almost embarrassed to have this problem again. I should have cancelled by account on the first time but i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.Now on, my account is cancelled! I told them that they should stop delivering water knowing that there is a defect with the bottles but it went over their head.I would never do business again. Be aware!
Horrible missed delivery 3x and everyday they tell you ghey will be there tomorrow I spoke with Howard in customer service who was horrible and does not care the only time you may get someone to care is if you threaten to cancel i rather pick up my bottles from bjs or sams very unprofessional and unreliable i do not recommend

THE WORST, AVOID AT ALL COST. If you want to avoid a head ache stay away from this company. We signed up for residential service through Costco. Deliveries were never on time, we had many months when the delivery driver simply skipped our house. Calls to customer service were never any use because they always advised that they escalated to rout supervisor and nobody ever called back. We discontinued the service and returned their cooler. These people sold our information to a collection company who are now extorting $400 from us as the cost of equipment which we already returned.
HORRIBLE!!! One star is too much. 1st cooler did not cool water. Replacement cooler requested and delivery person stated he would replace in next couple of days but never heard back despite my several attempts to follow-up. The replacement cooler arrived after reporting to corporate office and also broken! Would not dispense water without lifting the bottle up every few seconds. Called to cancel and spent over 20 min on phone for them to finally agree waiving rental and delivery fee, etc. Had to speak to manager. DO NOT waste your time, money and energy with this company.
I only order water from Crystal, as we have our own cooler. But delivery has always been on time, customer service is always friendly, prompt and little waiting time whenever Ive had to call them. I fired my prior company for terrible service, but I have nothing but good things to say about Crystal.
Beware and Important to Understand (5 Gallon Water Product): The bottling of the 5 Gallon bottles is high risk for leakage and water damage. On average 1 in 5 bottles leak at the seam base. You can catch this in storage if your lucky but if not, it will leak in unit and cause a mess to floor and any surrounding items within a multiple foot radius. There are instances of not catching this for multiple days due to being away, causing damage to baseboards and kitchen chairs. This has been brought to the deliverer and company with no resolution to date. If you do use this product (of which I obviously would not recommend) make sure it is placed to allow for this known issue and mess it will cause.
One star only because there is no option for zero stars. This is the WORST company that I have dealt with. They kept delivering water before our office hours, so we were left with the new bottles and a bunch of empties. I would call and complain multiple times letting know our business hours which are standards 9-5 and explaining that we do not have the room for all these empties. They would promise to pick up the empties and never pick up. They would also promise to deliver during office hours and still continue delivering too early. One time, I had to take the bottles home because the office was looking ridiculous with all of those empties. They stayed home for almost two months before the driver randomly showed up one day to pick them up. He agreed to return the next day to get them. It took another week of those bottles in my car and me calling before they were finally picked up. I finally had it with them and switched to Zepherhills. I called them to cancel and they asked me why, I explained to them that I really do not have the space for all of those empties and that this was an continuous problem with them. They promised to pick up those bottles the next day. A week and a half later, they still had not picked them up. I called and they again promised to pick them up the next day. Its now two weeks and the four empty bottles are still here really really messing up the look and flow of the office. I have had it with these people. I am going to throw these damn bottles in the trash and they can keep the bottle deposit. Absolute worst company. Total trash!
Unbelievable! Delivery issues, lack of customer service, management issues and employee moral issues....All told by inside employees.How can bigger be better water company consolidation (see the bills)All owned by the same group... We have had double deliveries, lack of responses, foreign call centers language difficulties, credits not issued and overall disarray ....After 25 years as a loyal customer I would think we deserve better. Not to mention the damage to our office due to leaky dispenser and at times bottles. Unreal!!! Looking to move on from these folks.
I have 4 locations using this company and would not recommend them to anyone. Poor service, missed scheduled deliveries, delivery when not ordered. They sure know how to charge a cc though. As soon as I am finished with the 7 bottles they deliver (they dont take them back) and I never ordered, I will have them come and pick up cooler and cancel service.
Terrible customer service. Promise deliveries and do not come thru. I have been a customer for years and called for water prior to the hurricane and was told they could not deliver until after the hurricane. I understood and scheduled my delivery to their first available date, that day came and they ignored my delivery and didnt even call. When I called they told me they ran out of water and could not deliver until 10 additional days. Still waiting for a call back.

Our company switched over to Crystal Springs from Zephyrhills because the previous supplier consistently missed scheduled deliveries and their online system was horrendous to either schedule or order. Once we starting using Crystal Springs I havent had any reservations whatsoever for changing companies. I have had the best customer service and I can only speak highly of the driver, Michael who comes with our supplies. I totally recommend this company.
I switched from another supplier (Zephyrhills) to Crystal Springs because the previous supplier was undependable and consistently missed scheduled deliveries. Calls and emails to their customer service went unacknowledged and unanswered. Crystal Springs has been a perfect and consistent supplier always on schedule with the correct orders.
Great service, the guy who delivers our water is so kind and friendly. Even when the office is so busy he is so polite and helps around so that he can leave quick.

If I can give them Zero Stars I would. I got the service from Costco. I havent received service in 1-month and have 6-empty bottles for pick-up. The Drivers have the option to cancel the service from their Route, so I am guessing this is where the problem lies. No really managers to control this, so you will never get your delivery when scheduled. If you call their Customer Service number, you will not get any help, because they are just an outsourcing phone service. Dont get your water from this company. Epic Fail!!!!!

But I just dont want anyone else to fall into the same trap as I did with crystal water.This is Probably the worst company Ive ever done business with my life!!.. If you live in south Florida and need water delivery service please look else where. Paid for service, havent seen water in over a Month. Customer service completely lied to me over and over.They sent a representative to my house to shake my hand to tell me everything was going to be great. Nothing at all has been great. Including the 14 Bottles they havent picked up in over a month. They simply do not care about your business.Like I said. For your own Sanity. I am completely disappointed and unsatisfied with this company. They missed my scheduled delivery last week (Thursday August 22, 2019). When I called on Monday August 26, I informed them that I had not received water for more than two weeks (because the delivery was missed) and that I have a 2 yr. old and a 3 and a month old newborn infant. Also, I advised them that Hurricane Dorian was going to hit us on Labor Day weekend. They said that I was scheduled for Friday August 30, 2019. I kept calling and they told me that they were going to text the driver in order to see what his E.T.A. was going to be. Guess what? He did not show up. When I called D.S. Services, they read to me a script that said something along the lines of due to the Hurricane, no deliveries will be made to your area. Your next scheduled delivery will be Tuesday September 3rd... Thats when the HURRICANE WILL TOUCH SOUTH FLORDIA!!!!Now, due to the fact that they missed my delivery on Thursday August 22nd, and failed to deliver on Friday 30th (when they supposedly scheduled because of the failed delivery), I am left with no water to keep my family safe during the Hurricane....Thank you Crystal Springs and D.S. Services....
This company is the worse for delivery and ever worse for pick up the dispenser and bottles after the most horrible service u decided to cancel the service. It’s have been two month waitin for then to pick the dispenser and bottles and nothing happens and if u decided to trow it away u can be held responsible so sorry do have to have that at your house in a corner with no use at all. Company is a scam. Salesman are deceptive and manipulative. A report should be filed for deceptive trade practices. They will bill you for things you never agreed to and add late fees and hope youll just pay. NOT RECOMMENDED WHATSOEVER!
Dont fall for this scam at Costco!!!! They are not even affiliated with Costco! They deliver more and more bottles you didnt order, then leave you stuck with a bunch of empty bottles they charge you for. You cannot get a hold of them, then they send your bill to collection without notice! I never write bad reviews but this company is the absolute worse. The machines attract roaches ( Google it!) and is an overall health hazard, dont waste your money!.
This company is the worst to deal with. The customer service is terrible. You wait on hold forever. Then you are answered by rudeness. There are to many extra charges in the bill. They deliver water when they are not suppose to and then never show up or call ahead to let you know they will be there the next day so you miss your water delivery and forget getting them back out again. 1 out of 10 water bottles leak. Cooler leaks. I called the corporate office and wrote a letter. You would think they would reach out to you to make things right but just the opposite they dont care to lose customers. Also, Good luck when you cancel this lousy service to get them to pick up their cooler. That takes weeks. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot and buy yourself your own cooler and water. Its not worth making calls constantly to management or the aggravation. ZERO STARS
If you are considering Crystal Springs water delivery DONT! Their customer service is TERRIBLE! We rented a machine from them at Costco last year and the service has been nothing but trouble. Missed deliveries, late deliveries, billed for non-deliveries, leaking bottles, etc. Recently, the machine started leaking Thursday of last week and I was told that they would be by today “between 9 and 11” to replace it. It is now 4:40, after 3 calls to CS with a promise that someone would reach out with an ETA I have heard nothing! I just called to cancel my service with them. NOT WORTH IT!
If I could give it zero stars I would. Placed an order online for new service. About 3 hours later got an email that my credit card declined. Called the bank and they have no record of a transaction attempt. Called DS Services customer service number, transferred a few times, spoke to someone who could setup my order for me but informed me the $50 off special is ONLY available online. When I said, well you sent me an email saying my credit card was declined and you NEVER ran the card they said they couldnt honor the $50 off. If this is the type of service they are offering when I am just trying to start, Id rather do business with someone else...AND will !
If could, they deserve a o star review. They add something you didnt order automatically, so they can charge more. The delivery guy is unprofessional and rude, and most of time they are not on time. The customer service representatives are rude and unprofessional, they do not care what you want. Whence I cancel their service, it is so hard to work with them to pick up their equipments. This company was recommended by Costco, but they do not have good products and services. Shame on them.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely terrible. I ordered 3 bottles with no cooler, guy calls me on delivery day to tell me hes coming to setup my cooler. When I tell him I didnt order a cooler he hung up on me and I havent heard from anyone or received a delivery at all.

Absolutely horrible!!! By far the worst service I have received from any company I have every worked with. From the beginning this company as been lying. We went to costco and saw their service available. The man selling for them promised us a certain price point and services that were exclusively available costco members. We signed up and the nightmare begins. Withing a few weeks the price changes. So come to find out their salesman lied to us. We were upset but decided to keep the service. Since then I have called them almost every time I am suppose to get a delivery because they never show up. We get a call stating that the delivery for water will be the next day and to leave our empty bottles out. They NEVER SHOW UP!!!!!!! This has happened over 20 times and this time they are 5 days late. When we call they have a call center that is not even part of their company answering for them. The reps at the call center take the messages and delivery them to this company who never respond. This is a part of why our country is falling apart. We allow these companies to walk all over us and take advantage of us.
Water was great the cooler was great the service was the worst ever. They didnt make my first delivery and i had to call and complain it was there the next day. They didnt make my second delivery and despite three calls to complain a week later i still had no water. I called to cancel and its a week before they will show up to get their cooler

THE WORST! Do not hire Crystal Water. We had Culligan for years and it was bought out by Crystal and we have had nothing but problems with them. We have had so many missed deliveries I can no longer count. We have made many phone calls to Crystal and have been made promises that someone is definitely coming out. They texted the delivery driver and he confirmed and yet still no deliveries. They have no communication and have no clue on what is going on there. They cannot tell you why the delivery was missed, just that it is scheduled for another day. All the other reviews tell the same tale. Stay away from Crystal, there are many other companies that actually care for your business.
First they rescheduled a delivery ON the day of delivery (with no notice) while my wife and I were waiting for the delivery so we could evacuate before the hurricane. Then, weeks later they bring... the wrong water, having substituted something (again with no notice) because they were out of the right water. Call and call, spend hours on hold, all customer service can do is reach out to the (Fort Lauderdale) branch to contact you, branch does nothing. For the last two weeks, Ive had fourteen bottles on my porch waiting for them to pick up, and the last straw is their driver apparently falsified a delivery report claiming they were here on Friday and picked up one of the bottles. Which is a lie, because not only are all fourteen still here, I WAS HERE ALL DAY and nobody showed. I dont normally like to give anybody a bad review, but these people deserve it and more. If you live in South Florida, for gods sake do not use this company. I was only with them because they acquired the company I was with before, so I never looked them up.

I got this offer through Costco. After the 3rd delivery: they didnt deliver on time (every other thursday), the waiting time on the phone for customer service up to 30 minutes, finally when they delivered, they delivered 1 less bottle water than the 4 bw of my plan. Water taste great, cooler is perfect but services is terrible! I canceled my account!!
Not only that they screw up on the delivery schedule delivering water on the wrong day in the wrong amount of water every time. They are billing me for the water that I never received and not returning me empty bottle deposits for the bottles I return. The worst customer service on the planet, the worst delivery service on the planet. My suggestion: take your money and run!
This is the worst service I have ever signed up for and will be cancelling once I can get someone on the phone! They havent delivered our water for two weeks but still charged us for it and we are now at the point of a hurricane heading our way and we are being ignored and no one has brought our water! I am tempted to drive over to the facility and start knocking on doors! Having to find another way to get water now after all shelves and stores are out! this is disgusting and doesnt even deserve this one star.

Service is the worst. When you call the reps. phone his voicemail tells you to text your order to his phone or call 1800 number. Then when you text your order like he says, he will not reply. So you end up calling the 1800 number to find out when your water is coming. 50 minute process for something like water is horrible.
After being a customer for many years, I have been treated very poorly when on the 26th of February my cooler malfunctioned and flooded my house. I called to report it and was told that no one could come to fix this rental unit until the following Thursday! (almost a week away). I asked them to cancel my account and to come and retrieve their cooler. Twice I was promised that they would come and take out the unit. It is still in my house 3/10/16. Maybe I should charge them for storage! They did nothing to encourage me to keep the account.

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! FIRST I WAS OUT OF WATER FOR THREE WEEKS AND EVERY TIME I CALLED THEY DAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT. THEY NEVER DID!!! I CALLED SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR AND TOLD THEM THAT IF THEY DID NOT DELIVER WATER THE VERY NEXT DAY I WOULD DROP THEM. GUESS WHAT THEY NEVER CAME. SO I CALLED TO TELL THEM THEY FAILED AND I WAS CANCELING AND WITHIN 2 HOURS THEY CAME TO Put CK UP THE WATER COOLER!!!! I WAS LIKE WHAT!!!! YOU GUYS WOULDNT DELIVER WATER BUT COME TO PICK UP THE COOLER!!!! HERE IS THE KICKER...... AFTER BEING WITH ZEPHER HILLS FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS CRYSTAL SPRINGS SENDS ME A BILL AS IF I WERE STILL GETTING WATER!!! OMG.
Actually had to call in yesterday with a Costco representative on three-way. I really hope Cosco Reads the reviews from other Costco members and pull their contract from this company. I received terrible service from this company and was so frustrated that I canceled my Cosco membership. I felt like if Cosco allows Companies to come into their stores and offer Services such as this water than they actually have to be really good and with my experience it was totally the opposite, but after reading other peoples reviews from Coscos I realized its just not me complaining. This is unbelievable I was trying to cancel my service and therefore have them pick up the empty water bottles before I made my last payment and what they did was deliver full extra water bottles and never picked up my empty water bottles plus on top of that they put cups and the water bottles in front of my door which I asked them not to leave outside ever as it is blocking the mailbox entrance for everybody. When I was on the phone with the Costco membership representative talking to Crystal Springs they couldnt even tell me how many empty water bottles I had remaining. If I could rate this company -1000 I would!
If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. I came into the studio in the morning and the water cooler was boiling the water in the bottle! I called them to come pick it up and cancel my account because that was the 4th broken cooler Ive had in the year that I have been with them and they never bring the delivery on the right date. Ive been on the phone with them everyday since Friday February 5th, its the 25th now, and the broken thing is still sitting in the studio wasting space. SO NOT WORTH IT!
Terrible customer service. They always miss their scheduled delivery. Always running out of water. Then you have to call repeatedly to get a delivery, which they dont show up and keep rescheduling, so you have to keep calling them. This is a business account, and I would change companies immediately if it wasnt a corporate set up. Terrible service.
ZERO Stars! The worst delivery service in the history of all mankind! Do not believe a word they say... unfortunately I’ve been told well too many times I would receive water and it never occurs:(
Completely agree with all the reviews...have been on hold for 25 minutes and then got hung up on...not a happy company... will be looking to switch..
Terrible service. When I canceled they told me I had to take my equipment and drop it off or they would charge me. They didnt make me go pick it up so why should I have to drop it off somewhere. I am handicapped and I cant do this. These are really horrible people. I wish I could write a review and give 0 stars, because thats what I would do.
Worst customer service ever, waited on hold for 45minutes for then to tell me no manager was able to take my call and now they charging me for a machine I never even agreed to buy. I told the csr they can come pick it up the same way the delivered it and they said I need to drop it off or ship it myself.
WARNING: Terrible service. They decided to notify us that there was an issue with the credit card a few days before our fist delivery. Complete BS.

These people do not return calls, do not deliver as promised and yes they have a full volume of excuse books that they draw from to give you their BS. Do not use them there has to be a better service

I have been waiting 3 days for water delivery to my job site. No one to contact except a call center that apparently sends the regional delivery service an email to let them know that we are waiting and they refuse to give out their number

Skipped water delivery without any communication one week before hurricane Matthews was on the East cost. Called 3 times, they re-scheduled 3 times and still re-scheduling water delivery as we speak. Worst customer service ever, no apologies, no communications - nothing! Keep your water guys, I check out your competition!
Drivers are really rude... calling customer service you will be on hold for hours....
Machine leaked 5 gallons on water on the first day, then they billed me $267 after we already canceled.
They cant seem to get one straight, all the reviews are accurate, they are a MESS !
