Lauderdale Bride went above and beyond my expectations! :) I went into this bridal boutique with a very specific dress I wanted in mind... Once I tried on the dress I thought I would love, I realized it DID NOT work with my body. I felt a little lost and confused on what to do... But thankfully, Daria suggested I try on a dress that she thought would look amazing on my body. It was a dress I wouldve never thought to try on but thank goodness Daria is an expert in what she does and thank goodness she suggested this dress because it was the most amazing dress ever. I couldnt hold back the smile on my face from the moment I put it on to every time I thought about it. Also, huge thank you to Rachelle, who works at Lauderdale Bride to custom tailor the dress to your body. She was so patient, hard working and kind throughout the entire alteration process. :)The price point at Lauderdale Bride, from dress to alterations, is truly unbeatable!! Dee is an absolute doll! I knew Id love her when she mentioned she was from my home state of Massachusetts :) Her shop has an amazing selection of dresses in a variety of styles, so it was easy to find one that I loved. She was very attentive, and made great suggestions for alternations that helped make my dream dress fit like a glove! My wedding day was perfect. Best wedding dress shopping experience. I went to 6-7 shops and Lauderdale Bride was hands down the best. They carry more brands than other boutique shops and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase from them (but chances are youll want to). The best part is that they allow you the time and space to try on as many dresses as you want, at your pace, without a pesky salesperson standing behind you the entire time. I recommend this dress store to all brides!

Thanks for everything! My daughter found her dress only after looking one other place. Dee held off until she got a feel for what my daughter liked and had tried on many other dresses. Then, Dee presented her with a dress to try on that was magical and the one! My daughter lived out of town and had to make special trips for fittings. My experience was amazing! We booked our appointment online and they went above and beyond for us because it was a holiday weekend. I had a dress in mind but it wasnt quite right. Izzy listened to what I was looking for and made it possible! She helped make my vision come true in an enthusiastic and excited way! She made me comfortable after going to a different shop that gave me a cold attitude. The shop has a great selection of dresses in a laid back, warm environment. They will also help you avoid looking too far out of budget. And Daira needs a shout out too for helping my budget and timeline work! You 2 are the best.

WOW. Such a great experience here. The place is elegant and I had the store all to myself. The seamstress can do ANYTHING you need her to do. It was great knowing I could take away or add to the dresses to make it truly customizable and perfect. Izzy was a great consultant as well! I ended up buying a dress from another location but they had so many options and I was truly impressed with the experience I had at this salon.

I only had one weekend to find a dress because I live in California and all of my family that went dress shopping with me live in Florida. What I liked most about my experience was that it was just me and my family in the bridal salon. I gave her some ideas of what I was looking for and she picked out a fabulous dress for me that accentuated my body perfectly. I planned to come back to town for custom alterations once my dress came in. When COVID-19 hit and prevented me from traveling to Florida, she worked with me to safely ship my dress to California and provide me with notes to instruct a local seamstress in my hometown to alter my dress. Loved working with D from Lauderdale Brides. She went above and beyond to ensure that my dress was uniquely what I wanted it to be!

I had the best experience working with Lauderdale Bride. This was my first stop on my wedding dress hunt and ended up also being my last. The bridal salon carries many different designers and styles so there is something for everyone. From the moment we walked in, Dee made us feel comfortable and welcomed. She made sure to ask what style I was going for, as well as suggest what she thought would fit well. I tried on probably 20+ dresses that day, a few twice. But when I tried on my dress I knew it was the one. Dee was very easy to communicate with and after my final alteration, my dress fit like a glove. My husband LOVED the dress and I felt and looked amazing on my wedding day. I can’t thank the Lauderdale Bride team enough for helping have the perfect wedding day.

Lauderdale Bride was over the top in customer service from beginning to finish! I didnt live in Ft. Lauderdale, but was getting married there, my work schedule was crazy and my trips in town for fittings were usually last minute but D was always so accommodating to fit my schedule. She always made me feel comfortable and beautiful! I tried several other shops before Lauderdale Bride but never another after my experience. I 100% recommend Lauderdale Bride and D for your wedding dress, veil and accessory needs!!

I would NEVER negatively review a retail store after growing up around retail my whole life. However I hope my review serves as an attitude check.I unfortunately had a terrible experience with Lauderdale Bridal. One you should never talk down to a customer or assume they cannot afford your product. Also! If a bride your customer has an idea of what she wants; don’t tell her no? I was in tears the entire time. Thank god for my mask. I can’t imagine such a disheartening experience. I appreciated her time and experience but I hardly got a word in, when I did it was met with condescension.Her dresses were stunning, however the attitude tainted my whole experience. It wasn’t until the end she changed her tune. I will not be returning. To the owner who assisted us, I’m very sorry you’ve being going through tough times. However, there is no excuse for taking away what should’ve been a memorable and magical moment with my mom and I. Instead It will be memorable for all the wrong reasons.I hope things improve for you.

Lauderdale bride made my first bridal shopping appointment an incredible experience for me and my party! All of our requests and concerns were heard and acted on expeditiously. “D” was a super attentive sales woman and pulled all of the dresses I wanted to see, while also pleasantly suggesting others I may want to try on. Dee was an absolute pleasure to work with! I loved absolutely every dress I tried on at Lauderdale Bride but was so lucky to find my dream dress! I had been to several other bridal shops before walking into Lauderdale Bride and I knew immediately upon entering that this is where I would find my dress. The store is beautiful, has an amazing selection of dresses from top designers within all budgets, and Dee (Daria), the shop owner, is BEYOND patient and knowledgable. I was extremely indecisive which made me very anxious about the process. I had to have at least 5 appointments deciding between two dresses. Dee worked with me and encouraged the multiple visits. I never felt rushed. Despite the opinions of family members, I was encouraged to stay true to myself. I found the perfect dress and I felt amazing on my wedding day!!! My mom and I went in the store looking for a dress. As soon as we walked in we saw rotting floors and the placed smelled and looked disgusting… NEVER should you tell someone they “would fall in love with a dress they can’t afford” we didn’t see one dress that pleased us. None of the wedding dresses were a nice bright white, some were even stained. We will not be returning to this store…

Best best best experience, I went to a bridal shop in Deerfield and had the worst experience. I came into the store for an appointment with Dee thinking I wanted an A-line dress..... somehow she was able to pick the perfect dress shape for me and I ended up with a mermaid. Love love loved it, alterations also wonderful.

This place I found last minute was EXACTLY the place I needed to go to all along for my DREAM DRESS!!!! Dee was awesome as well as Bertha to make my dress fit perfectly! This is overall the best experience I ever had. I called Lauderdale Bride last minute and asked if there was any availability to come try on dresses, without hesitation Dee said come right over. Lauderdale Bride was the biggest blessing during my postponed COVID-era wedding. Daria was not only amazing while I looked for a dress, but listened intently and helped me customize my dress so it was just right. She helped me through the fitting process as my mom was multiple states away and even held my phone as I FaceTimed my loved ones while in the dress. Her attention to detail, kindness, and follow through are unmatched. Alterations were a breeze with Rochelle, and she made sure everything was just to my liking. I LOVED my wedding dress, and hands down this is THE place you need to go to. The dresses here are very beautiful, and I found the perfect dress for my beach wedding. It looked elegant and ethereal.Daria, the owner, has such an eye for the style, and she basically created a custom dress that enhanced the original design by 1000%! I got so many compliments about my dress during my wedding (Oct 3). Many of my guests said they haven’t seen a more beautiful dress ever. It brought tears to my husband when he saw me walk down the aisle. Daria was very attentive to what I was looking for, she understood what works for my body type, and she was involved during the alteration process (which was a huge plus!).I wish I could give her more than 5 stars if I could.

Brides- I highly recommend this shop! In my opinion, they have some of the most beautiful dresses in the area. The owner, Dee, is amazing. She is professional but also so friendly and you start to feel like family when you go in for your alterations. She is knowledgeable about designers and styles that fit your body type and will give you honest, helpful feedback. She was always there alongside the seamstress (Rochelle, who is also amazing) to give a second set of eyes. She was so accommodating of my unique work schedule and always made sure to fit me in for my alterations. They price their alterations very fairly at this shop and they will continue to alter until you are 100% satisfied.

My only regret is that I wish I had picked another bridal shop and dress. Everything else for my wedding has been prefect. Except my dress and my whole experience with this shop.

Dee, the owner, is absolutely amazing. Due to matters out of my hands with COVID, I was without a dress 2 months before my wedding. I found this shop on google, called and explained the situation, and she fit me in that day. Luckily I found a perfect dress, but there was a huge time crunch. She arranged with another shop so I could get the dress I wanted in time. She took so much time helping with my fittings to ensure my dress fit perfectly. She was always very responsive for appointments and fit me in at a time that worked for me. I highly, highly recommend her and this shop!!

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this bridal shop. This was my my first time looking at dresses and who I’m amusing is the owner (we discussed how her website wasn’t working properly), made me feel uncomfortable, unwanted, and discouraged. When I showed up with my friend, she barely said hello. When I told her who I was and that I had an appointment, she barely spoke then walked to the back. I started looking at dresses, then she came back to the frontal and has me fill out a “bridal profile.” When she asked me when the wedding was I told her, October 2022. She then said “why are you looking now? So many other lines will be out before then. Are you sure you want to look?” So I guess she wasn’t interested in my business. I continued to look around, and asked about the sample sale, since that’s how I found this shop was through a sample sale promotion. Well I guess between that and how far away my wedding is, she figured why bother with me. She didn’t pull a single dress for me, she didn’t ask me what my budget was. I had to ask her to bring the dresses to the fitting room for me. When it came time to try on a dress she barely strapped me in, didn’t fluff me out in front of the mirror, and again, walked away. There was only 1 other bride in the shop, so she wasn’t very busy. And if she was, she shouldn’t have asked me to come in an hour early for my appointment (which she did the morning of). My bridesmaid who was with me did everything the bridal associate should have been doing.I did find what I believe is my dream dress, but I refuse to buy from here. I will look for it somewhere else, or even find a different dress if I can’t find it anywhere else. This shop will never have my business, and I would not recommend it to anyone I know who is getting married.

Rude Rude Rude!! Just called Lauderdale Bride to book an appointment to try on wedding gowns and the woman who answered the phone sounded bothered that I was calling. She told me I had to book it online and then asked me what day I wanted. I told her July 5th and she said I needed to make it for later in the day then proceeded to tell me she was with a bride right now so thats all she could do for me. Very rude, very monotone, very poor customer service skills. Will NOT be booking an appointment with them.

In my opinion, buying my wedding dress from this company was the worst experience for, myself as bride, to go through. I bought my dress there and before alterations were even supposed to start, my wedding dress was completely ruined by the shops seamstress. The owner offered NO help to rectify the situation, to my satisfaction. She then, a few years later, tried to silence me with a letter from a lawyer, threatening to sue me if I did not take down my post on YELP! I only used YELP for its intended purpose, to give my honest opinion on my experience with this company. I do not wish my awful bridal experience on any bride!!! My mother and I both left crying:*( I had a really hard year re-building the dress from scratch so, that 8 months later it was finally ready, the day before we left for my big day (as if planning a wedding isnt enough stressful enough in itself). Therefore, I only give this business 1 star, if I could leave ZERO stars, I would!!!!!!!!!

The second I walked into this bridal shop I knew I would find the dress of my dreams! Daria and her seamstress Rachelle were absolutely amazing! They were precise with everything they did and I had no issues along the way with my fittings and timing of everything, especially during a pandemic! I am SO happy that I found Lauderdale Brides! I cannot recommend them enough! After trying 3 local bridal gown stores, I decided to check out Lauderdale Brides based on a friends recommendation.I made an appointment with my mom and sister in law. Luckily there was not an appointment after us because we must have spent 2 hours there! Daria was so patient, sweet, and honest -- which I so appreciated!! I never considered a strapless dress before and never even tried one on in the other stores, but Darria showed me one that I fell in love with! It looks amazing on my body shape and I felt so comfortable in it!! It was such a special moment and memory when we said yes to the dress! They even brought out champagne for us to celebrate! After the purchase of the dress, the fitting process was so seamless. Daria and the seamstress are true experts and professional! They have an eye for detail and a true passion for what they do!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! As someone who used to be a wedding consultant for a large wedding gown corporation, I knew I wanted an exciting and personal experience for my own wedding gown selection. After a few scheduled appointments elsewhere, my girls and I walked into Lauderdale Bride, expecting to schedule an appointment for another time. **The gowns were so gorgeous the moment we walked in, I wouldve been back in a heartbeat**. The owner, Daria, was just finishing up with a customer and offered to take us right away. And THANK GOD SHE DID! By about the second or third gown, I had found The One. Daria suggested I try a few more just to make sure; which I didnt mind **they were all so beautiful!** I tried on The One once more and officially said Yes to the Dress.Less than two months later I received the call that my dress was in and was ready to be fitted!! Alterations were so easy through Darias suggestion. And after only two weeks, my gown was ready for my final fitting. Daria graciously housed the dress until the week of the wedding, and when I came to pick it up it was beautifully steamed and ready to wear.Every time we visited Daria at Lauderdale Bride, we were welcomed with open arms and always treated like family. I am so happy my instincts told me to just stop in that day. I constantly think about how incredible I felt in my wedding gown and even wish I could relive it all over again. I don’t often write negative reviews, however my MOH and I agreed this experience was too awful not to warn others lol. We had a scheduled appointment for 11am, to which the owner unfortunately arrived ten minutes late. The dress options in this store also appeared limited to floral boho styles. And worst of all, the owner could not have been less interested in our business with her. She was completely condescending and critical of my wedding plans because I was not from the area. We did not try on any dresses and ended up leaving empty handed.

The very first dress I tried on there, was the one!Daria and the seamstress were so patient in meeting all my demands and vision that I had for the big day!I highly recommend any bride who’s looking for a stunning dress to go there! There were never big crowds and I always had Darias full attention without hoards of spectators which was a big concern of mine while dress shopping. I was able to try on as many dresses as I wanted and was allowed to take plenty of photos.After selecting my dress, the alteration process was quick and easy, even though we had to make more changes than initially anticipated. As I am about to start our wedding day, I am up a little early, before the others, so I can stop and reflect on the past several months of the hustle and bustle of planning the most important days of our lives. With that being said, there is no better time than now to share my amazing experience with Lauderdale Bridal. From start to finish it couldn’t have been better. Daria is wonderful to work with! Her knowledge, experience, and advice is spot on. I LOVE that I had the ability to change the fabric of the dress and customize it to fit my style at an adorable price. She genuinely wants you to look beautiful and made sure everything was PERFECT before I left with my dress. Like many brides, I was losing weight up until the wedding so we were altering the dress right up until two days before the wedding. Never in that time did I feel nervous or worried that it wouldn’t get done in time and look flawless. What I loved best is her attention to detail. She knew I wanted the bodice to sit a certain way and really was the voice for me when I didn’t know how to communicate what I wanted while working with the awesome woman altering my dress. During each fitting, she went over the dress with a fine tooth comb to make sure everything was perfect. This meant the most to me as I’m very detail oriented and hate to be the one picking everything apart. It has been such a pleasant, positive, and great experience and I’m proud to wear my dress today knowing it couldn’t have turned it any better for me on our special day. The only good thing about my experience was the cost of the dress. Everything else was a pure hassle. This included the several questions about whether I had lost the weight I said I would lose, along with the inability to communicate effectively. I cannot explain how many times I had to follow up after not receiving the phonecall I was due. Also, my friend went to pick up my veil and after coordinating the time, she was very rudely made to wait an hour for no reason. I was so frustrated with the service and lack of communication, I went elsewhere to have the dress altered. Im very glad I did, the seamstress did not once ask me about my weight. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Where do I even begin? This salon is nothing short of spectacular. Tracy was incredible helping me select my dream gown and was an integral part of my wedding planning. She made a daunting task into something so easy and effortless, all whilst making me feel like a stunning bride. Loved the dress I ordered here! They really listen to the bride, and take into consideration what you want. They matched my style to the tee and I loved my dress! The only thing is better communication during office hours. I understand how it is working with brides, but after buying the dress, it was difficult keeping in contact with them.

I absolutely loved this bridal boutique as well as the owner Daria. The environment feels very cozy and intimate. This was the first boutique I went to, then I visited some of the larger bridal shops. My heart took me right back to Lauderdale Bride. When I starting shopping for a dress, my wedding date was 9 months away, but I ended up moving the date to 3 months away. When I told Daria this, she said Dont worry, youll get your dress on time. Since she was not worried, I was not worried. And with a crazy busy work schedule and everything else I had to plan, Daria accommodated me for fittings and alterations a few times by staying late until 7pm just to make sure my dress was perfect. The woman that was “assisting” my friend and I was hands down the worst experience I’ve had so far in bridal shopping. The places I’ve been too thus far was such a joyful experience. Not sure if it’s because we are black, however I was In and out within 10 mins. Not sure if she was having a bad day but we were greeted with a angry frown, I was not assisted with putting my dress on at all and when my friend said “I think she needs help” the woman stated “she’s fine” with an attitude. I believe in meeting people with kindness regardless so that what I did but I felt disrespected and even if I loved a dress, I wouldn’t dare invest my business into a business that is this discouraging. :/

Daria, the owner of the shop was great and no bs. I visited two other shops prior to coming to Lauderdale Bridal and had bad experiences because I would tell them my budget and after picking a dress they gave me a different price. I explained this to Daria and she understood. Daria showed me a dress and I immediately knew it was the one. When I asked for the price, she stuck to her word by showing me a dress within my budget. She really did make my dream wedding dress a reality! I went back to get my veil at a later date and she was very helpful as she knows what she’s doing! Deciding the dress and veil legitimately took 10mins!! I would read the 3 stars and under reviews. They’re the most accurate on this business. I ended up canceling my appointment due to how unorganized and rude they were.

I was so happy after leaving here.. Dee was a dream, so kind. Wonderful experience and I will definitely be saying yes to the dress very soon!!Update- THE WEDDING WAS AMAZING and the dress was amazing and Dee was amazing! Absolutely recommend!!!!!

There are no words that can describe how incredible Dee and her staff are! I found... and they fitted perfectly... the dress of my dreams! I was the typical panicked bride but Dee wont allow that! My experience has been amazing. I went to so many other boutiques and did not find the style of dress I wanted. When I walked into Lauderdale Bride there were walls of dresses and a large variety of styles to choose from. Daria assisted me and give me a large selection of choices and recommendations. Then I finally found the perfect dress. I was fitted and my dress was custom made and fit my body perfectly. The service was so personal, every time I called they knew exactly who I was. I would recommend Lauderdale Bride to anyone looking for that perfect dress for your perfect day!

I attended the trunk show this weekend and it was overwhelming of how may beautiful dresses there were! It was a cozy, intimate environment, very hands on and a team effort in finding my amazing dress, that I said yes to! No pressure selling just what do you like, and if you dont try something else. Even though my wedding is literary a year later, I wanted to confirm my dress because designers will discontinue a dress at their discretion and is why I was out shopping again.I do recommend this store over the other popular ones in the area because it is a great place with good energy, but the main reason being, they had so many affordable dresses to choose from. I said yes to the Dress today! This was my second time coming into this Boutique and well worth it I went in last week and a dress could not fit me she actually order the dress for me it came back in less than 5 days for me to try on my exact size you never get this service any other Bridal Boutique they always try to make you imagine how you look in the dress that does it fit you I was treated so wonderful the first and now the second time Im happy I actually have my dress I dont have to wait 8 or 9 months like the regular places if I can give this place a 10 Stars I would

The quality of customer service is the worst Ive ever seen. I cant express enough how badly they treat you there. Its horrifying. I found a dress that I loved there, went back a second time to try it on again and ended up walking out. It was like I was completely invisible to everyone in there. No acknowledgement or anything. They have some beautiful dresses, but the lack of customer service is not worth the hassle; especially since theyll be doing your dress fitting there too. Youd find better customer service at the DMV.

This store is very racist!!! Me and my friends did not feel welcome here. I wasn’t there for 20 mins. If you have a dad, brother, guy cousin or grandpa, men are not welcome even if they mean the world to you they are not welcome them no men. I understand it’s a girl thing but I want men point of view too

My name is CalNeika, its 11:30pm and I get married tomorrow. I went to go pick up my dress a week before the wedding. I put my trust in Daria and the Seamstress. They did a great job. However, I just opened the white bag my dress came in and I be damned my dress has 3 dirt spots! Ok, maybe its my fault I didnt check the dress before leaving. But seriously, you two had to see these spots. The wedding IS TOMORROW and guess whos PISSED!? I cant even sleep. Unbelievable!

This place completely mangled my sisters wedding dress! They were going to tailor it and when she gets in to try it on again its falling apart and cut to fit an entirely different person. It was coming apart... And then they told her shed have to pay to get it tailored AGAIN... Even though it was clearly their mistake. And they were rude to my dad when he traveled from upstate ny to come help her pick out her dress... Dont go here! Awful customer service and theyll destroy your dress

I probably went to about 6 bridal stores before becoming so discouraged on fighting a dress, within my budget. Even when I walked into Lauderdale Bride, I was not hopeful, but gave it a try anyway. When Daria showed me the selection and told me the prices, I thought. Hmm maybe I might actually find something here. I tried on almost 5 dresses (all which were beautiful) and Daria brought a last one into the fitting room that I couldnt get my eyes off of. I tried it on dead last and that was the dress I said yes to! I had a $1000 budget and I found my dress for exactly $999! Pretty funny but I was soooo happy to have found my sexy gown there. They have a large variety of dresses to choose from. The manager Daria is super cool, and my consultant Tracie was sooooo sweet. She was extremely patient with me. There was no rush, and did everything she could to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Lauderdale Bride to any bride looking for a dress!

Do not hesitate one second !Daria has is all and no one does it better, at one glimpse of a dress you like on a picture she will deliver the perfect match !, great variety of sophisticated and well priced dresses...plus we had a memorable girl time with the ladies of the store who have seen it all yet make you feel like you are the first bridezilla they ever dealt with :))

HORRIBLE experience !! When i asked to order my dress they told me i had to pay a fee for my dress to arrive faster and i did. It was two weeks before my wedding And my dress hadnt arrived! So basically i payed this rush fee for nothing because it didnt arrive the day they told me it would, Separetely from that, before ordering, they took my perfect measurements so i wouldnt have to get more arrangements once the dress arrived and when it finally arrived it literally looked like a blanket on me of how big it was and on top have the guts to tell me that the dress looks perfect on me talk about fake . And told me i had to pay more for extra arrangement how ridiculous. Worst customer service! My wedding is in a week and i have to find someone to basically fix my whole dress,dont waste your money here !!

Too bad i couldnt give zero stars. I was in the store for 10 minutes, I tried desperately to get the ladies attention. She barely answer back when I said hi. I left feeling embarrassed, I guess they didnt think I could afford it? They didnt need my money, took my business to the store 3 blocks down to Novias Bridal.

Horrible service. Called and the phone was answered by a woman saying yeah. Then it sounded like she was driving and each time I started speaking she would cut me shortly and say hold on maam. I told her what I was looking for and she asked me for my price point and when I told her what is was she responds by saying NO, that wont do. How rude!

Worst experience....i do not recommend. They do not help you AT all and i just felt super uncomfortable the ENTIRE time.
